It is in a…read moreconvenient location, right off of Highway 11, and is great to drop off any items that won't fit in your mailbox. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have plenty of shipping supplies here. They even have a drive through lane which is very nice for just dropping off packages and being on your way. The main gripe about this place is also due to its location. The cramped parking lot it shares with Starbucks. The Starbucks line will wrap around the building, making it hard to get out of parking spots and even blocking the drive-through lane for this store. It's a real pain / hassle and I wish something could be done about it, but I don't think there is anything that can be done, sadly.

The employee just threw it in a box without even adding any packing materials. When I showed evidence of this the owner told me they were not convinced it was there fault. Just wow. Please do not use this store if you are sending anything of value stay away. Great for a local business to treat people this way. I just did digital printing, but I know they offer several other services. Prices were good, and I'd much rather support a locally owned business than Staples or whatever. To me, this shows that they care about the product and want to deliver something you actually want. Use their website for quotes and to submit artwork or stop in to talk about your designs. The photos looked very faded compared to the original or like they had a milky film over them. The only response I have received within a week from my call and email is a survey. I would not recommend Alpha Graphics for making copies of photos at all and definitely wouldn't leave the 100+ year old photos that are in the convex glass frames with them. This was my first and last time using them.

My job uses them for printing display ads in our lobbies, which always turn out well. They print everything in-house and build custom cabinets and displays for businesses. The building is fun to visit and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. There are a few sculptures in the building hat are really interesting to look at.
