I figured a shampooer is like a vacuum so I called another place and they said they don't fix them. I called Bessemer Sew and Vacuum Center and spoke to the owner who said he doesn't typically fix them but if he can get the parts, he will see what he can do. I dropped it off the next day and less than 24 hours later, he called to say it was fixed!! He actually didn't even need parts so I just paid for his time. I was super happy. The owner is great, really nice, cares about helping you, and won't charge if he can't fix it. He even carried it out to my car. Highly recommend!

I hopped in my car and drove right over. When I arrived, I was greeted and helped. After talking with one of the employees and her showing me some options, I was able to have two items (a polo and cardigan) created same day.
