The store is always in tip top shape and there's a wide variety of products from skin care to hair care to accessories. I almost get overwhelmed due to how many items they have lol (but that's a good thing)! The customer service is always great when I come here. A while ago they had a reward point system where you spend a certain amount you get points, but this time they didn't offer that incentive. I would recommend they bring that back. Although my experience is great each time I go here, the music is a tad bit too loud. Overall, I will continue to come to this Beauty and Beyond location because they have great customer service, the store is clean, and they always have what I'm looking for!

The staff were friendly and greeted everyone as they entered, checked out and exited. The store was a bit junky for my liking and I felt like I had to search high and low for shoes. I did see a few pairs of flat shoes, but they were stocked high on their shelves where I couldn't reach them. I'm 5'1", so it is frustrating when you see something interesting in the store and have to ask someone tall or someone with a ladder to reach it. I phoned and spoke with the owner, and was informed she still had it, and - not requiring card payment over the phone, she decided to hold it for a couple of days until I was free and my wife and I could drive 200 miles to her shop on a Saturday. We arrived, paid her, and while there I saw and purchased a beautiful, quality onyx lamp my wife fell in love with. What great finds. The owner is very gracious and just a knowledgeable and lovely person. It has been over a year now and We are still pleased. I will recommend her to anyone.
