I, along with several of my friends had inquired about the consignment process, and had heard that this business allows you to bring in your clothing, and they keep what they want and donate the rest without asking you if you want it back or not (as in returning your items is not an option). Once you take your clothing to them, you receive NOTHING back. If I want to donate the clothing, then I will take it to the place of my choosing and get the tax deduction for myself. That being said, that's their choice to make, and I respect their decision. However, when my friend group and I called up to the Clotheshorse to inquire if this was their policy, the owner answered the phone. I cannot tell you how rude and condescending this man was. I was simply asking if this was the store policy and he informed me that "Yes, and if you want your stuff back, you can take it somewhere else and when they return it, you can take it home and keep it FOREVER." I told him that all of the clothing that I would bring to consign was expensive and name brand boy's clothing like Vinyard Vines, Polo, Burlebo, etc. He literally laughed and said "Yeah, we don't really even really take Vineyard Vine anymore...so....." You would have thought I was scum on his shoes from the way that he spoke to me. It absolutely infuriated me, and I can't imagine treating my customers in this manner, ESPECIALLY as the owner. The girls that work at the store are very friendly and the manager- Amber is truly wonderful. The male owner needs to refrain from answering the phone or speaking with customers. He is definitely a repellant. Hands down the worst customer service from an owner that I have ever experienced.

The store is beautifully curated, welcoming, and such a fun place to shop! However, what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every time I go, I meet someone who makes my day better. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Riley, Leslie, and Cat. Riley, Leslie, and Cat are genuinely remarkable. They are kind, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make the experience special every single time. They are attentive without being pushy, helpful without hovering, and they truly seem to care about helping you find exactly what you're looking for. Anthropologie clearly hires only the very best. I am consistently impressed by the level of customer service, warmth, and professionalism at this location. Shopping here is always a treat, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

A week later, I found $1,000 extra charged to the card and new clothes in her closet. We called to return the clothes, outraged that they had used our credit card to exploit a vulnerable, confused woman with dementia and her unknowing care taker. The owner's response was to simply to tell us that it wasn't his problem and hang up on us. I've never seen such callous behavior. This is a business that profits from taking advantage of an elderly woman with dementia. It's disgusting and inexcusable.

I'm a sucker for all of the bold, vibrant colors. I ended up finding two blouses and tried on a dress that just didn't quite work out. But it was gorgeous! I was happy to see they had a decent selection of items that are 100% cotton or linen. Some items are much more pricey than others, but for the most part everything is reasonably priced. The staff was sweet too. They helped me find the right fit on for one of the blouses and were helping everyone in store with outfit ideas. I can't wait to go back and see what else I may find. They said that they get new items and stock everyday
