I had the money I trusted this company with on the 7th and they held my card info for 20 days before they charged it. I'm not rich enough for a company to hold my card authorization for 20 damn days and just charge it when they feel like it. I call the customer service,wait on hold..after 20 minutes it takes me to a freakin voicemail box that is full and then hangs up on me. This happens 4 times. Wtf kind of "customer service" is this. So then I drive to Eastchase from Millbrook so see if the 4 items I ordered over a month ago are here..the hours are wrong and no one is there. So y'all can't even update your hours online?
