My husband and I have never had Converse sneakers before, but we knew Journeys would probably have a decent selection. When I went in the store, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for and shown to where the Converse shoes were located. My husband wanted all black Chuck Taylors and I easily found some that matched that description in his size. I'm a little more picky so I didn't buy my Chucks today, but I'll probably go back and pick some up once I decide what color or style that I want. The store isn't large, but they have several brands like Puma, Adidas, New Balance and others. They had many shoes that were on sale so you can probably find a good deal in here.

Returns are always easy, and the cashiers are efficient and pleasant. I do shop this location periodically. It's about a 50/50 chance on whether the stock is orderly and organized. The worst area is usually the cosmetics and accessories (to the far right in the store). If you like to dig through the additional markdowns, it's not unusual to find items broken, sampled, etc. Same for the additional mark clothing; every once in a while those racks look more like thrift racks than clearance, but once you find that diamond in the rough it can be worth it. I do wish this location got more of the special occasion pieces, but either I always miss them or they go to different Rack locations. If you've got the time, it's a great place to find great prices on everything from budget-friendly brands to designer brands.

It's not uncommon to have difficulty finding assistance, finding sizes in the wrong place - specifically shoes, messy racks, clothes left in changing rooms, and a long checkout line moving at a snails pace. When shopping here I expect at least a 50% discount, but it's not uncommon to only find 25%-30% on discounted items. Even with these negatives, I've found great shoes and some clothing. She took him to another area and found the sizes and styles that would work (be allowed) at school. Her help was awesome and she even checked to make sure that they fit and that she liked them. Once they got a size that worked she went and helped them get some additional jeans. Seriously 5 star performance from this employee. Three stars is primarily based on not necessarily having anything that I was interested in and the tight quarters. But, I would return and check them out again when I'm in the mall.
