When I went to pick it up and tried it on, the straps weren't taken up enough, but with it being the week of the wedding, I have to deal with it. 5. She initially wanted to charge me $100!!! There was never an estimate given, and she said that was my fault because I never asked how much it would cost. 6. I ended up paying $80. This place is a rip off, and instead of owning up to anything, the woman blamed me for not asking for an estimate. This was a very expensive learning experience for me, and I will never go back to this place.

I figured a shampooer is like a vacuum so I called another place and they said they don't fix them. I called Bessemer Sew and Vacuum Center and spoke to the owner who said he doesn't typically fix them but if he can get the parts, he will see what he can do. I dropped it off the next day and less than 24 hours later, he called to say it was fixed!! He actually didn't even need parts so I just paid for his time. I was super happy. The owner is great, really nice, cares about helping you, and won't charge if he can't fix it. He even carried it out to my car. Highly recommend!
