I was able to talk with the manager (or maybe owner) and she told me they work with 400 cooperatives in 59 countries across the world. The first time I went, I didn't buy anything because there were so many different things and I wanted more time to really look at everything. There were household goods, instruments, shoes, blankets, jewelry, art, and so much more. Prices range from low to high, but all are fairly priced to help promote economic development in the countries that send the goods. The second time I went, I took my husband with me. He settled on a Gourd Shaker made in Peru and I purchased earrings made in Kenya. While we were there, we saw a djembe that we will probably go back and get. I highly suggest you stop by. You'll probably find several things you like! Oh, this place is great for finding unique gifts. I'll be a repeat customer.

I discovered this place and checked it out because they offered a 10% discount on Yelp. Anyway, I was looking for a cool Valentine's Day gift (plain old roses and chocolate covered off-season strawberries just don't cut it for me), so I checked this place out. I found a great gift for my lady, as well as a pair of silver earrings for my mother for Mother's Day so that shopping is done :) ! I will need to remember to come back next time I need to find a unique gift and I don't know what to get.

Scrolling on Google I found Levy's posting of a unique contour band... I called and spoke with Paige explaining my unique ring and asked for more pictures and to put a hold to let me try it on. I was ecstatic, we purchased and they said it would be resized in house and they would be able to ship it to me. I received a call Thursday of the same week they were shipping and now it is Friday and I have my beautiful wedding band. I will definitely make the drive to be a returning customer of Levy's!!! The associates were friendly, and the store isjust beautiful. They told me they have another location in Tuscaloosa. The items are quite higher end with a few pieces I picked up being priced in the $200-300 range, just as a head's up. I always like to know price ranges before coming into a store. I can see women in high corporate positions wearing to work or attending an important meeting. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the store owner's large black pug named Mr. Pickles. One of the cutest dogs I've ever seen! It was hard for me to focus on shopping after playing with him. The store owner even told me that little boys come to her store after school just to see Mr. Pickles. I have included photos, although I probably should have been taking more pictures of the clothes since that's what you're here for. I plan to do that when I return!

I didn't realize until last week that they had a brick and mortar store. They made a post about some items for the Magic City Classic being available for pickup in store. I hopped in my car and drove right over. When I arrived, I was greeted and helped. After talking with one of the employees and her showing me some options, I was able to have two items (a polo and cardigan) created same day. The quality was amazing and for a same day turnaround, the pricing was fair. I paid $121 for my items. They have a variety of designs so if you need something custom for a high school, HBCU, fraternity/sorority and more, check them out!

You can buy great pots and pans, utensils, plates, serveware, cocktail shakers, anything you can imagine. Probably at a lower cost than most other retailers, too. But, if you need an industrial grade fryer or ginormous rolling trash cans, they also have that here. It was way busier than I thought it would be in here. An incredibly useful store to have in Birmingham, the people working here were obviously very busy fulfilling large orders, so it took my dad and his singular pair of tongs a second to get checked out, but no stress. I kinda wanted the ketchup and mustard bottles to put my face wash in in my bathroom. Maybe I'll have to go back.
