Maybe they saw my review from over five years ago, but I have to say...employees have been helpful to me when I visit this location now. I stopped by yesterday looking for a printer for my home office. An employee saw me looking and came by to ask me what exactly I needed in a printer, and he discussed some different features and options with me. He was truly very helpful. They even told me about a subscription service that Office Depot has that I've never had heard of before. I will definitely be back at some point and I'm glad to see that they've improved their customer service. read more

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and came across as very rude. There was no greeting when I entered, and when I got to the register, no one acknowledged me with a simple "hello," "how are you," or "did you find everything you needed?" The cashier simply scanned my items without speaking, didn't provide the total, and seemed to expect me to swipe my card without even knowing what I was being charged. What made the experience even worse was my interaction with a representative when I needed a signature stamp notarized. I was trying to understand the process and asked a few questions, but the representative was dismissive, impatient, and unwilling to provide helpful information. Instead of offering customer service, I felt like I was an inconvenience for simply asking questions. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location completely missed the mark. I will not be returning, and I would recommend others consider visiting a different location if they expect friendly, professional, and helpful service. Definitely avoid this location. read more

I recently made several purchases from this Office Depot when moving my son to school nearby. My purchase included a pre-assembled desk and several other items. The entire team at the store was so incredibly helpful in every way. Van was a manager I believe and he bent over backward to do what he could to assist us in moving this large piece of furniture. All of the others were so helpful, including a quick turnaround on a large laminating project. They truly went above and beyond and I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism. read more

Not the most helpful shopping experience. Some of the staff were ok but not all . I have been shopping for a computer desk since working remotely, so I decided to give Office Depot a visit. This is a store I hadn't been in for a really long time. There was a male worker who was in the office furniture area while we were browsing the area. He said not one word to us . This is unacceptable! Eventually , we located a female worker who was helpful in checking inventory for me. Unfortunately, all the desks I liked were out of stock . Needed a new printer. Not knowing very much about them I asked for knowledgeable assistance and the store mgr, Van, assisted me. He talked me through the various models asking about my needs and guiding me to a product that would meet my needs without upselling me. I purchased an Epson. That experience was great but I had issues downloading the software. I'm lousy with understanding manuals and tech stuff so I've been back a couple times, and both times, Van has helped me resolve my question or brought someone who could. He understands customer service and I very much appreciate that! read more

I work remotely from home, so I hit this place up often for supplies (printer paper, ink, pens, etc.). Never a complaint. This past Friday I decided it was time I treated myself to a new, cushiony office chair. I chose one of the pre-assembled models at the back of the store and wheeled it up front to pay for it. The price on the tag was $390. As I handed over my credit card, a nearby associate told the cashier that he thought the price was wrong--the chair I chose should be on sale. Sure enough, it was supposed to be discounted at $250. Thanks to that attentive associate, that's what I wound up paying. read more

Dont go here if you need anything done in less then 25 minutes. They wont have your online order but want to charge you $2 more for a .25 print because you have to email it to them. The "self service" machine will cut off your copies but thats your only option unless you want to be completely ripped off on a single copy. read more

Awful. Don't go here. I wanted to buy some school supplies and I went online before I came and made sure everything was in stock. Everything I wanted said "27 in stock" "18 in stock" etc. (at my location too) so I drive up here and NOTHING that I had looked at was in stock. I buy 2 things and then leave and decide I'm going to place an online order because then maybe I can actually get the stuff. So I do that and then go and pick it up the next day. When I go, the guy doing pick up orders is like "oh so your order isn't completely ready but we have 2 things from it." I was like ok I'll take it and come back tomorrow. I open the bag, one of the notebooks I ordered was grey and I had ordered a purple one. So obviously they got the wrong thing. I come in the next day for the rest of my order and to explain how I got the wrong thing and the lady helping me was trying to tell me how that color is what I ordered even though the receipt said otherwise. I returned it and... the other things I ordered were not there. She said "we don't have them here" why would an establishment allow me to place an order and tell me that it's in stock and then allow me to drive 16 miles for nothing. Crazy. I'm so bothered and this is really annoying. Not to mention that when I went the first time to shop I walked around for TWO HOURS and nobody ever asked me once if I needed help or anything, they just walked right by me. I finally asked a girl for some directions and she was so bothered and annoyed. Never shopping here again. read more

Same print job, different problem just about every time! They did a print job for me many times and then out of the blue, the same person that had printed the same job was now going to charge me extra for setup. So easily, the fee was waived and the setup was emailed to me so that I could simply email it to them when I need them printed. So I did and had minimal problems. I emailed them today and they were busy and did not get the email...I understand, but to question me about the setup that they did and have printed from plenty of times, now they are not supposed to take print orders by email. read more

STIR CLEAR!!!! Everyone I have dealt with is bothered by presence in the store and are completely unwilling to be helpful. My info was entered incorrectly for a rewards program and they CAN NOT fix it???? what???? Print services are outrageously expensive, I spent $140.00 for 100 2 sided color flyers. I tried to get my due discount by being a member of a group that offers significant savings but because of their error I did not get it. I was in such a hurry I asked if I could back to resolve the issue. When I returned the old man who runs the print center was flippant and VERY unhelpful. I let it go and returned a third time to this store for a new project. This time the still could not/ would not fix their previous error and give me my full discount and low and behold were even ruder than before. Now I tried to log in and do what I needed on line, then just pick up in the store. Well that resulted in me getting kicked out of their system twice, because my information does not match AS THEY ENTERED IT WRONG IN THE STORE!!!!!! I am sooooo done. I will buy construction paper and markers and make business cards etc before I EVER do business with these people again!!!! read more

Very difficult to work with. Contacted the store to try to get invitations printed. They informed me I would need to email the invitations as they cannot do this immediately in the store. I sent them the email as soon as we got off the phone. I was then informed (9 hours later) I would need to come in and pay before they would do anything with them. I told them this is not what I was told when I called that morning and asked them if I did come in how soon they could be done. I have yet to hear anything back, so I went with another vendor as there are plenty of other print shops available in the area. The entire process was completed with UPS in 2 hours. read more
