And the items we had to order came in pretty quickly and in good shape. Seem to have a mix of employees who know what they're doing and know all their stuff and some you're better off with trial and error picking your own supplies. Some are new, so hopefully that learning curve won't be too bad because they seem like nice enough guys. Not that they didn't want to help, just didn't have the experience yet. Not the easiest location to get into and out of during heavy traffic times, but the location is conveniently, centrally located to serve a lot of people, and parking lot itself is good. It's just located at a busy intersection.

I purchased a washer/dryer combo and once installed it did not operate properly. The washer would…read morenot work unless the dryer was on and the dryer did not dry the clothes (no heat). I have talked to their customer service to no avail. All they do is lie (saying they will be there to pick up the appliance, then not show) and waste my time. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a company. I will NEVER, EVER shop or step foot in Home Depot again. They have no integrity at all. I wouldn't take anything from them even if they gave it to me. No wonder this company is going downhill. Their customer service staff is the worst on the planet. Hope they get treated the same way they have treated me when they need something. BTW it was a GE appliance and will not buy GE anymore either. What a nightmare I wish it were all over, but they still haven't picked up the appliance, and I have been trying to get it out of my house for the past 19 days, that is if they don't lie to me again (something CS is good at) it should be gone on the 29th of January, 2026, but I don't think my nightmare will be over then. Since the 17th of January 2026, I have spoken with Brittany, Chace, Ron, George, Amanda, Dorie, Alex, Cassie, Kamesha and Sarah, and none of these associates could help me. Like I said no INTEGRITY!!!!

Went in 5/22/2026 to buy a new Refrigerator. We found a Whirlpool WRMF3636RZ discounted very…read moredeeply. As the associate was trying to enter it in the area manager came up and after looking at the screen told us they would not be able to sell it to us since they only had one and Lowes did not allow sales of floor displays that "would leave holes in the display line because they hated that". We were informed we could pay for it now and "maybe in 3 or 4 month we might get it". This was for a rental we have and are using while we enter the build process for our new home. Seeing Lowes seems to not want to make a sale we will take all of our new build business somehwere else. As of current the kitchen is at 90k and likely to increase as the wife adds more to it. Shame Lowes will be missing that due to some "random" policy to avoid a sale.

This location is convenient to where I live. It is also super busy except for maybe in the middle…read moreof the workday. Early morning is the pros getting their stuff and evenings and weekends is the rest of us thinking we know what we're doing. I can usually tell by how full the cart return is fi it's gong to be real busy inside. They've been pretty helpful with a variety of projects, and there is almost always someone around who can help if needed. Far better staffed than they used to be.

When we did go back recently the store had a bit of a remodel. It was nice, but just did not have the same feel as before. Prices on items tended to be a bit more hefty and the selection seemed more, how can I say,... "tan?" We went on a Saturday, which used to be a very busy time for them. But this time the store only had a couple of shoppers. Just couldn't put my finger on it, but it just didn't seem as interesting or inviting. The staff seemed a bit standoffish as well. I suspect if we are back down that way, we may stop by. Just don't think this will be a planned destination any longer.
