I have had two occasions over the last few months that resulted in, let's say misdirected packages…read more However, both times it was not the fault on the store or the employees. Both times, after trying to contact FedEx and never being allowed to talk to a real person, I went to this store where I had the package sent to. There is where I met Michelle. To say she is a "Real" person is an understatement. Both time she was friendly and helpful. Mainly, she listened to me and got right on it helping me figure out where my package was. She really went the extra mile to fix what someone else in the system had really messed up. I had about given up on FedEx, but she saved you. So much so that I went back today to actually ship something. She also assist my wife in a print need and again helped her step by step with that process. She is an asset to this store. I hope this message gets to her manager or even store owner so that they truly understand just what they have in an employee like Michelle.

The photos looked very faded compared to the original or like they had a milky film over them. The only response I have received within a week from my call and email is a survey. I would not recommend Alpha Graphics for making copies of photos at all and definitely wouldn't leave the 100+ year old photos that are in the convex glass frames with them. This was my first and last time using them.

Unfortunately, low inventory since most people are shopping for laptops for many obvious reasons. No one asked if I needed any assistance , so guess it's a good thing I didn't make purchase. I didn't browse or pay attention to much else inside the store. I did observe them having a dedicated area for PPE items. Staples online is a great alternative and I have found that sometimes there is more available inventory.
