Young lady tries hard but there are a couple guys there, one in particular, that are really substandard. I closed my account and box as a result of downward service standards and poor value. I have been to this location a few times and would recommend going the extra 30 minutes to 1 hour to Pelham. Awful customer service and they can never seem to do any of the services offered. I have tried returning items, getting fingerprints done. I had to schedule an appt to get fingerprinting done and when I arrived no one the location could do it and they couldn't reschedule it because the appt was within 24 hours. A few weeks later I make an Amazon return, I couldn't even get a receipt after returning an item at this location. read more

I needed to ship an item back to the manufacturer and decided to use my local UPS store out of the man other shipping services available. Not only was the store conveniently located to my home, but they have good delivery services and are reputable/reliable company. This store has all types of shipping, copying and printing services available. Oh and they're reasonably priced. I also received 10% off of my shipping purchase for checking in via Yelp, so that was another plus for me. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, my wife came in this afternoon to return a few packages. They told her they couldn't accept one if it was over 60 inches which come to find out was a lie they were just being lazy because the Pelham store took it with no questions asked. Extremely rude employees, mumbling under there breath, this isn't the first time we've had a problem with this location. I wanted to speak with a manager and apparently the manager will be out for a few months? Seriously who runs this place, my wife is Hispanic and they seriously treated her like she was nothing. I'm extremely upset and will definitely be emailing whoever I need to email! I would highly recommend to NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. LAZY, RUDE and SLOW! get better employees! This Calera location is conveniently located in the Publix location, and without a wait, a visit to the UPS store does not take long. The store carries supplies, and the counter personnel are kind enough to offer to seal up my box if I have missed a flap, or it needs reinforcement. Insurance is also available with $100 automatically included in the cost of shipping, with extra available at a very reasonable cost. The staff are friendly, interested and engaged and take time to educate customers on available services. I will be visiting this store again. read more

Because of COVID restrictions with the local Police Departments, I attempted to use this store for my "Fingerprint" cards to be submitted for authorization through the FBI. The store was very responsive and took my fingerprints for $20 per fingerprint card (had to do 2 cards - $40 total). The cards were rejected by the FBI as being "smudged/ not clear. Went back to have them "redone" and the store would not redo the cards without charging me another $40. Attempts to reason with "Colby", the store manager, were unsuccessful- he would not take accountability for the original cards, and would not redo them (correctly), without charging a second time. I do not believe I should have to pay a second time for fingerprints that were done "incorrectly" the first time and not accepted by the FBI - this is very poor customer service - if they DO NOT know how to do the fingerprints properly, then they should not attempt to provide this service. I will NEVER recommend using this store in the future. I did call corporate UPS, they said the store was a franchise owned store and, although they agreed with my issue, could do nothing to hold the store accountable. read more

My husband and I came here because they offer fingerprinting services and it is part of the foster parent application. It took less than 10 minutes for both of us to be fingerprinted. The associate who helped us was super professional. I highly recommend this for anyone needing to get fingerprinted in a timely manner read more

I normally just drop off prepaid shipping labels, but accassionally pay to ship something. I try to avoid it though because shipping packages is expensive! The staff are always nice and it's almost always guaranteed that no one else will be in there so there is almost never a wait. read more

I recently shipped two fragile and very special paintings to my home in Washington State from this store. I am thrilled that they arrived in perfect condition and was very impressed with the care taken in wrapping each painting in multiple layers of bubble wrap and packaging them between layers of packing peanuts. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them! read more
