Listened to what I wanted and attention to details!
Kristin T.

T did an amazing job she paid attention to detail and really listen to what I wanted. She made great improvement on my cuticles which I usually don't get when getting a set. Highly recommend and they also take appointments which is a bonus!

They cut me really bad.

I will never come back to this place. :( extremely bummed. Not worth the price. New to Cedar Park not friendly and never asked if I wanted something to drink. They offer only old timers that come in all the time. They cut me 3 times and it took 3 people to do my fill and shellac . Also didn't get all the dead skin off my feet. Super disappointing!!!

Love US Nail and Spa on Parmer, all the ladies there are super nice, friendly and attentive!! They take their time with my nails and I never feel rushed. Tee has been taking care of my nails for the past 4 years and I wouldn't go any where else!! If your looking for a nail salon that does a wonderful job and will stand by their work come see the ladies at US Nail and Spa!!

I had the lady doing my pedicurei pick the toe color couldn't decide so many choices She picked perfectly

I have never left a salon after getting my nails done and actually love the way they looked. I can't say that any longer. This is my nail place now and forever. I didn't even feel Tee filing my nails because she didn't cut or rush. She might honestly be the best ever!!!! Showed her a photo and left with my nails exactly like photo. 1st time EVER!!

Pedicure

The atmosphere was pleasant. I just moved to the area from Galveston county and this is my first nail salon experience in about 1 yr. T was great she was patient and took her time. I was getting a soak of someone else's work and she was just as pleasant as if she was removing one of her techs work. I'm not sure who did my pedicure but i had an ingrown toenail that was giving me the blues and she took her time and removed it all. They do require mask to be worn the entire time and require you to was your hands upon arrival. I will come again.

Excellent staff! Everyone does a great job every time they do my nails (and I'm extremely picky). Definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

Bad pedicure

I didn't realize the good reviews are old! The customer service was terrible. My nail tech never spoke to me. She talked to the other technicians the entire time. I told her my old powder wasn't completely off for the new color she ignored me 2 times. . She was irritated when I told her some of the new powder wasn't covering the sides of most of my nails. She applied more and flipped my hand away. I was exhausted at the time and I should have left, because I have done that before at another salon. My pedicure was a20 minute job I could have done myself. $70 for both. No thank you nothing. Save your money go somewhere else. I'm going to have them redo somewhere else today. Super thick!

1 week since I got my nails done! French tip pedi and solar nails with French tips (a type of acrylic).

It's been about a week since I got my nails done at US Nails and Spa. Overall pretty good! Customer service was to be expected: nobody was rude or unpleasant but we weren't all buddy buddy either. Took about 2 hours total for both mani and pedi - hour and fifteen minutes for the pedicure, forty-five minutes for the nails. I got solar nails (a type of acrylic) with French tips and a French tip pedi and they are holding up nicely!! It had been about 6 years since my last manicure or fake nails so it's refreshing for me to not worry about my nails looking uneven, gross, or unkempt. Same with my toenails, although it hasn't been quite as long since I'd had a pedicure - but I can wear flip flops with no care in the world. They only lengthened the nails slightly, roughly 1/3'd of an inch longer than my original nail, which is exactly what I requested. A few notes: Not 100% forthright about the nails. I wasn't aware solar was a type of acrylic until I looked it up myself. I don't care too much since my nails grow quickly and I don't do this often, it was just a tiny bit of a pet peeve. ALSO, during the pedicure, it was overall enjoyable but at times the water was VERY HOT. My skin turned bright red with a visible line where my feet had been in the water and my legs had been out. They also put towels with hot water on my legs that hurt for a few seconds and plastic baggies with some sort of liquid that burned. It was enjoyable like I said and not something I would never do again, just be prepared!! I know this was a long review but I want anyone considering going to be aware! I would go back but I would also not be against looking at other salons too. Hoping my nails last for 4 weeks before I get a touch up... 1 week down, 3 to go!

One month with Acrylics and still going strong.

My nails usually fall off with in the first two weeks because I'm very hard on my hands but these are still cemented on!! Great staff and it was nice how fast they got them done. Highly recommend!!

Julie got me ready for my cruise! Love my anchor!

Really hurt my toes last week and caused several cuts. I probably won't return here. I've given…read morethem many chances and the work is subpar unfortunately even though they are close by. With how many times they made me bleed it makes me question their sanitation too. They can be pushy if you just want a normal manicure and pedicure. One time started doing gel even though I specifically said I absolutely didn't want that. Off to search for a new nail place. I would encourage this place to have better shows on their TVs. Watching Vietnamese cooking show isn't what anyone wants to watch while getting their nails done (raw fish?). Instead of being like every other place, make your salon stand out. Specialize in safe nail procedures. You reuse a lot of equipment. Be known for healthy nails (not removing nail polish with a drill).

Horrible. I can't even believe i paid $36 for pedicure. The girl first couldn't get my ingrown out…read moreand had someone come do it, then redid my big toe color 3x and each time was worse than the time before. I had an appt w Arlina at 3:30 n it was 4:35 and i was still waiting for her to start my manicure. I literally was confused that i walked out. The girls excuse was " the color doesn't dry want to pick another color" im sorry WHAT? did i bring my own color? No, is it your product? Yes? And what do you mean it won't dry? You can't even do a decent job or first or second coat so what seems to be the problem here, the color or you being incompetent?
