They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered my endless questions without ever making me feel like I was in the way. Construction always has bumps. Permits get revised, inspectors want changes. What mattered was how Infinity handled it. Calmly, professionally, and without disappearing. Tim must be a good boss and take care of his people because this is a crew of highly skilled workers who take real pride in what they do. The day the system went live felt like a turning point. Our first outage was December 23rd while setting up for a Christmas party. Power was out over eight hours. The lights never flickered. I only knew because the app alerted me. Tim included a Solar Insure 30 year warranty covering panels, microinverters, wiring, and roof penetrations, including labor. It's backed by an A+ Superior rated third party insurer and is transferable if I sell my home. An installer's warranty is useless if they go out of business, so this gives real peace of mind.
