I've spent a significant amount of money on repairs, and the leak continues to be a problem. Jack was sent by Brandon, and I could sense his expertise from the way he asked questions and thoroughly examined the potential entry points for water. After hearing about the previous company's unsuccessful attempts to repair the leak, Jack flew a drone over my roof to check for any open seams on the copper roof dome. He then meticulously examined the roof with a toothpick and asked me to wait for the next rainstorm. He instructed me to send him videos of where the water was coming from. Jack also asked me to check the areas where the drywall had been opened up underneath the copper roof during the previous repairs to see if they had gotten wet.
