I purchased the Bradford White water heater myself, but wanted licensed plumber to install to bring everything up to code.. other plumbers wouldn't mess with just install, they wanted to mark up the water heater as well.. Contacted Brian to install a new water heater, replace the old pressure regulator, and fix a few random plumbing related things around the house. I loved how he was able to come within the week and got everything taken care of for me at an extremely reasonable price. I contacted multiple different plumbers and they all quoted me for much higher prices. When giving me quotes, he was very responsive and was able to provide me with lots of advice. The day of, he was super responsible, and let me know right away when he was running late. Most other plumbers just showed up late or would just not show up. He had to work in a tight spot to remove a 15 year old water heater that the prior condo owner had trapped in a tight closet behind a furnace.
