These 5-star reviews are legit. We just had Justin and his wonderful team come out to repipe our entire house and install a water filtration system. Like others have said, the quality work really stands out along with the integrity of Justin and his wife, Jamie. Purpose Driven Plumbing was referred to us by another company whose owner I really trust too. Since we own a couple of properties, I've come across all types of contractors but for some reason, good plumbers or plumbing companies are ridiculously hard to find. I feel like we've finally found our go-to plumbers for life because they are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and do a quality job. Every fixture, valve, and hose bib they replaced with the repiping made me realize how much we've paid other plumbers a lot of money to do very mediocre jobs. Everything that Justin and his team put in, looks so clean and operates so easily. To repipe, they had to cover the whole downstairs with plastic (think Dexter!) and when done, they cleaned up so it looked like before. The crew were all super nice, and you won't find a better family-owned business than this. Jamie was so lovely to work with in coordinating the crew's availability. I've already referred them to two of my colleagues and a good friend. read more

They promptly answered the phone and it was easy to arrange an appointment for service. Justin was great to work with, and he performed excellent work on a very hard job. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on, and I highly recommend you try them. read more

This company was great! We got several quotes for our repipe and they came back with the best quote. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. We've had this done at our previous house and this time our new home was left in much better condition after. They really take the time to make sure they don't leave a mess. read more

After several years of putting off a repipe, I finally bit the bullet and went ahead with it. Nobody wants to spend that kind of money to have their house wrecked and put back together and I absolutely dreaded it. Justin, Jamie, and the team made it all palatable. Jamie was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. After she scheduled a visit, Justin showed up and spent a lot of time with me answering questions and explaining the repipe process. The two of them make a great team and I knew right away they were the kind of people I want to do business with. The quote was fair so off we went. Justin told me he could get the whole house repiped and functional in a day, then have all the walls patched up the day after. It seemed crazy to me but he and his crew pulled it off. Three bathrooms, two refrigerators, a washing machine, water heater, kitchen sink...all fully repiped and functional at the end of day 1, and for the amount of carnage it took, the house was shockingly clean. He was back the next morning for drywall and texture and was done by 4pm. Really impressive. As a bonus, I now have a good, local, honest, and reliable plumber to call for anything else this house throws my way. Thank you, Justin, Jamie, and team. Until next time... read more

There is no question in my 'book', these are the best plumbers I've ever used. My hot water heater went out and was leaking! Two months ago, Service Champions charged me $600 to 'bring my hot water heater up to "good condition" but failed to warn me that I needed a NEW hot water heater! Mine started leaking this weak and Purpose-driven gave me a great price, and within 3 hours it was installed and working up to city code (unlike Service Champions) and I am very happy with Purpose-driven!! The guys were trustworthy and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you very much. read more

HONEST REVIEW FROM A REPEATED CUSTOMER!! For someone that is looking for a review from an individual that has used this company multiple times you're going to want to read this. We have only used this company since moving to South Orange County five years ago. We added onto our home (master bathroom and remodeled another bathroom) and this company did all the plumbing. We are 3 years out without any issues. Not one. Everything works beautifully. We also had a major leak in a wall in our garage due to a faulty pipe next to our washing machine. They were able to diagnose what was going on very quickly and fix it the same day. It is now 2 weeks out from that repair and everything is working perfectly. They were great at communicating and very transparent. So we have used them for extremely large projects and smaller projects. They are wonderful. Family owned business and very good people. I would trust them with any and all levels of plumbing issues. I'm so grateful that we found them! They will be doing all the plumbing for our upcoming bathroom remodel as well. I would not look any further. Price is fair, communication is amazing, and above all the quality of their work is unmatched. read more

Amazing work, done very quickly, for a great price! These guys are very friendly! Justin is the old pro, really smart guy, but the younger guys that were helping him were friendly and really smart too! What a great team! We will definitely have them out again next time we need plumbing help. read more

Purpose Driven Plumbing - Relocated natural gas line. The work Looks great, these guys are pros! - Plumbing Near Me

I found Purpose Driven Plumbing on Nextdoor and then coincidently got referrals from 2 neighbors, after we hired them. Justin, the owner, was not only knowledgeable but also very nice person. He and his crew arrived promptly each morning and had our entire house re-piped and walls repaired in 2 days. They were neat and everyone was very polite. We had him do a few other plumbing jobs after the re-pipe. His prices were very reasonable. I am so happy to have finally found a plumber I can us and refer to others. It is so nice to be able to support a local, family-owned business that has not been gobbled up by corporations and equity firms. I highly recommend. read more

Had a hot water pipe burst in concrete slab. Purpose Driven quickly determined the cause and capped off the leak. They carefully explained my options and returned to fix re-route the broken pipe in a second appointment. Quality work from a friendly team. Excellent customer service. read more

Purpose Driven Plumbing helped us replace a water heater a few weeks ago (I'm terrible at keeping up with reviews). This was a super last minute emergency when our old water heater was on the verge of exploding. We contacted them because they had some great reviews and we loved their business name. Their prices were much lower than some of the other companies we called, totally reasonable and honest work. They were honest over the phone about the pros and cons of a tankless vs a tank water heater and we decided to go with another tank to be better prepared in emergency situations. They found us a tank and were able to install it within a couple of hours! While here, they showed us why our old tank had corrosion on top, they installed the new heater beautifully. Everything was cleaned up around the heater before they installed too. Purpose Driven Plumbing saved the day and did an excellent job!! We found our go-to plumbers for our future needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a plumbing service! read more

Slab leak, called "Jill Netzger" Plumbing and the quote from them sent me spiraling, got a second opinion from Purpose Driven Plumbing and felt so much better, they both recommended the same thing (full re-pipe) but Justin and his crew did it for so much less. From beginning to end, Justin was professional, understanding and kind. He went above and beyond, even helping me wrangle my cats. They the house as clean as humanly possible. There is something to be said for a family owned business. I can now officially say I have a plumber and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. read more

Purpose Driven Plumbing far surpassed my expectations. This is a family owned business and it shows! They truly care for their clients, they are friendly and go above and beyond every single time. I have called on them several times and they show up in a timely matter, work hard to get the problem fixed. Simply good people that serve their community well. They helped me and my family with a tough situation and I will never forget them for it. Their pricing is reasonable and they are kind. Can't say enough good things about this company! Today, we noticed a garage leak late afternoon just behind our 20+ year old hot water heater. I promise we were planning to replace it at any moment! Justin, owner of PDP, was referred to us by another company who had recently given us HWH quote. He promptly came over, had a look, and offered to complete the job same day. Turns out that completing the job meant fixing the leak AND replacing water heater. He knew exactly what was needed for the job and insisted he could make it to plumbing supply before they closed. Within just a few hours, the leak was repaired and our new water heater was installed. I think it's important to note that because our water heater was so old, it was extra challenging to drain and remove. It's refreshing to have something that could be so stressful be addressed with ease and efficiency. He provides comprehensive service with a solution-focused positive attitude. Thank you Jaime and Justin for prioritizing the plumbing work we needed and making it seem relatively easy and at a fair price. read more

Excellent, professional service. We needed to have our water heater repaired and possibly replaced. They came fully prepared with a new unit just in case. It did need replacing and the two technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They finished the job in short order and left everything neat and tidy. Kevin in Laguna Niguel read more

During a particularly cold time last year, our water heater broke (of course). Stuff like that always happens at the absolute worst times. I called around and other companies either couldn't come out for a few days (we'd be frozen by then) or they were expensive. I called Purpose Driven Plumbing and Jamie picked up. She sounded like she genuinely cared that my family had no hot water and said she'd get ahold of Justin ASAP. He called a few hours later and scheduled to stop by first thing the next morning. It turned out that I needed a whole new water heater. Justin took care of the whole replacement and hauled away the junky old one. Full service that was super fast, super nice and just all around fantastic. It's so stressful to find good people when important things break down in the house. So thankful for Jamie and Justin! read more

Owner Justin is the man, he saved our kitchen sink from clogging today. He was on time, courteous, professional and most importantly he super nice and kind man. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to the extra mile unclogging, and trust me it's not an easy job he performed. He then clean up after himself, the excessive from the clogging is pretty bad. As far as price go, it's more than reasonable for the kind of work he performed. Highly highly recommended. The man is trustworthy, and he lives in MV so he is technically our neighbor. We love to support the locals. Can't say thank you enough for the work done. 5 Stars all the way! read more

October 2019 We called Justin to help us with a situation in our kitchen. We bought a new stove range and the gas line needed to be moved so that the stove could fit in without sticking out. He came over and fixed it on the same day. We love his energy and he is such a great guy. We are glad we called him. Thanks Justin :)))) ____________ I used the Yelp feature for quoting and instantly I received a respond from the owner and a second one from one of their plumbers. Customer service is a big deal to me and their prompt service was very well appreciated. We are new to this area and my husband just happen to talk to our neighbor who just happens a to be a licensed plumber. Otherwise we would of definitely used these guys. I did message them back letting them of what happened and I apologize for the delay to my response. I am writing this review as I did experience speedy service and guidance so as a nice token of appreciation I decided to do a nice compliment on yyelp page for customer service and promptly response. read more

I noticed a smell of gas in my garage. The gas company came out and turned off my water heater. It was early evening when places of business are closing. I called a company that said they couldn't come out for several days. They were kind enough to recommend Purpose Driven Plumbing. I called and Jamie, the owner of the company that she and her husband own, said Justin, her husband would be out in the morning. Justin and Tyler, his helper arrived. They went to work and thoroughly inspected it including going on the roof to see if the vent was blocked, which it was,. Ultimately they realized that the heater was faulty. It was still under warranty so Justin took the time to return it and replaced it with a new one. I give Justin and his company a 10. They showed up on time, took their time to diagnose the problem and were very knowledgeable. I couldn't have had better service. In addition they were competitively priced. I had a slab leak at my house and had 5 different plumbers take a look at the problem and give estimates. Most of the plumbers wanted to charge almost $17,000 and wanted to do a complete repipe. Justin took a look at the problem and advised a repipe was not needed and was able to repair the leak for around $1,300, and even took care of a drain line blockage for no additional charge! Justin is super friendly and highly professional; I even learned that we were both baptized by the same pastor!
