These 5-star reviews are legit. We just had Justin and his wonderful team come out to repipe our entire house and install a water filtration system. Like others have said, the quality work really stands out along with the integrity of Justin and his wife, Jamie. Purpose Driven Plumbing was referred to us by another company whose owner I really trust too. Since we own a couple of properties, I've come across all types of contractors but for some reason, good plumbers or plumbing companies are ridiculously hard to find. I feel like we've finally found our go-to plumbers for life because they are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and do a quality job. Every fixture, valve, and hose bib they replaced with the repiping made me realize how much we've paid other plumbers a lot of money to do very mediocre jobs. Everything that Justin and his team put in, looks so clean and operates so easily. To repipe, they had to cover the whole downstairs with plastic (think Dexter!) and when done, they cleaned up so it looked like before. There is no question in my 'book', these are the best plumbers I've ever used. My hot water heater went out and was leaking! Two months ago, Service Champions charged me $600 to 'bring my hot water heater up to "good condition" but failed to warn me that I needed a NEW hot water heater! HONEST REVIEW FROM A REPEATED CUSTOMER!! For someone that is looking for a review from an individual that has used this company multiple times you're going to want to read this. We have only used this company since moving to South Orange County five years ago. We added onto our home (master bathroom and remodeled another bathroom) and this company did all the plumbing. We are 3 years out without any issues. Not one. Everything works beautifully. We also had a major leak in a wall in our garage due to a faulty pipe next to our washing machine. They were able to diagnose what was going on very quickly and fix it the same day. It is now 2 weeks out from that repair and everything is working perfectly. They were great at communicating and very transparent. So we have used them for extremely large projects and smaller projects. They are wonderful. Family owned business and very good people. Purpose Driven Plumbing helped us replace a water heater a few weeks ago (I'm terrible at keeping up with reviews). This was a super last minute emergency when our old water heater was on the verge of exploding. We contacted them because they had some great reviews and we loved their business name. Their prices were much lower than some of the other companies we called, totally reasonable and honest work. They were honest over the phone about the pros and cons of a tankless vs a tank water heater and we decided to go with another tank to be better prepared in emergency situations. They found us a tank and were able to install it within a couple of hours! While here, they showed us why our old tank had corrosion on top, they installed the new heater beautifully. Today, we noticed a garage leak late afternoon just behind our 20+ year old hot water heater. I promise we were planning to replace it at any moment! I noticed a smell of gas in my garage. The gas company came out and turned off my water heater. It was early evening when places of business are closing. I called a company that said they couldn't come out for several days. They were kind enough to recommend Purpose Driven Plumbing. I called and Jamie, the owner of the company that she and her husband own, said Justin, her husband would be out in the morning. Justin and Tyler, his helper arrived. They went to work and thoroughly inspected it including going on the roof to see if the vent was blocked, which it was,. Ultimately they realized that the heater was faulty. During a particularly cold time last year, our water heater broke (of course). Stuff like that always happens at the absolute worst times. Owner Justin is the man, he saved our kitchen sink from clogging today. He was on time, courteous, professional and most importantly he super nice and kind man. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to the extra mile unclogging, and trust me it's not an easy job he performed. He then clean up after himself, the excessive from the clogging is pretty bad. It wasn't fun but it wasn't awful because everyone was so nice, neat, clean, and polite. A two day process and they finished either early or on time each day. October 2019 We called Justin to help us with a situation in our kitchen. We bought a new stove range and the gas line needed to be moved so that the stove could fit in without sticking out. Due to very high-water pressure, we called Purpose Driven Plumbing to replace our old water pressure regulator. Jamie was very accommodating and scheduled us for the same day. If you are looking for a plumber...look no further! Justin is your guy! He is honest, very reasonably priced & just an all around good guy who goes above & beyond! I've been having issues with the low water flow & lack of hot water in my kitchen for almost 2 years now. Justin was able to quickly identify it was the faucet (even though I changed the faucet previously & it didn't fix the problem he assured me that was the issue) causing the trouble. I bought a new one at Home Depot only to find out it was used & had crud in it. Jason has his technician go back to Home Depot, buy another identical faucet with the company credit card & install it then told me about that issue afterward. I had a slab leak at my house and had 5 different plumbers take a look at the problem and give estimates. Most of the plumbers wanted to charge almost $17,000 and wanted to do a complete repipe. Justin took a look at the problem and advised a repipe was not needed and was able to repair the leak for around $1,300, and even took care of a drain line blockage for no additional charge!
