He is so quick to respond to every single inquiry, no matter what time of day, and he will troubleshoot any issue with you with the utmost respect and patience. 2) Timelines are pretty accurate - FAR more accurate than the industry average which is awful. And this team moves fast! 3) His team is an amazing group of people! Shout out to Mario, Ramon, Jose, Jason & Eddy. Just a really solid group of guys who are professional and happy to help. 4) Mistakes are properly addressed - mistakes happen in a huge project like this, and we had two incidents with tile work. One where the wrong grouts were used, and one where the direction of tile was wrong. Both were caught at the end of the days work, and both were quickly addressed the following day with no issues. I guess the lesson here is double check everything prior to beginning work. 5) Valuable work! The quality of work is excellent for the price. Not everything is going to be 100% perfect, if you are expecting that, you should expect to pay 3x what CBR will quote you. Don't get me wrong, the end result is still a 9/10, but the value is a 20/10. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to go with Robert for another remodel project.
