Response time with text/calls was minutes! The craftsmanship is 10/10! All the workers were punctual, polite, and professional. (Jose, Connor, and Michael's! .. thank you guys!) Ben made the whole process flow smoothly. We chose to do real stone and Ben called over to Arizona Tile and they had the stone slabs (6 total!) pulled out and waiting for us to view. I made several changes to the design [like changing drawers to cabinets, adding more pull outs...] and they accommodated all my requests without any hesitation. They even coordinated with Pacific Sales with our appliances and made that process stress-free for me. Our custom island is like a beautiful piece of furniture!
