I cannot recommend Anthony and his team enough! They are responsive, prompt, highly skilled and quick. I hired them for two projects -- creating two marble countertops, and retailing two fireplaces. Both projects turned out beautifully. I hope to hire them again for future projects. read more

Highly recommend. Quality work in a very efficient time frame. I've worked with other tilers in the past, and their methods can be questionable. I am very picky with the installation, the lines and corners need to be perfect. Nothing but perfectionism from Anthony, and his crew. Very happy with the result for my rental property shower. read more

Top Tier Tile was quick and easy to work with. They did a great job drilling a hole in our granite for a water filter spout.

Came by to give an estimate and was very thorough. However after I received the estimate and had follow up questions refused to answer any of them or return my messages. Overall disappointed after initial positive interaction. read more

Anthony was super communicative right from the beginning. Process of getting an estimate was easy and he did a fantastic job installing my countertops. Pricing was fair for someone that does great work. Wouldn't hesitate to use Top Tier Tile again. Thank you! read more

I found Top Tier Tile on Yelp and couldn't be any happier with the service and workmanship. From the beginning Anthony was responsive. He and his team were professional, performed great work, and the price was extremely fair. I first used them solely to remove tile. They were so great to work with that I then used Anthony to install LVP flooring and baseboards throughout my house. They did a fantastic job. I' would definitely use Anthony and Top Tier Tile for future projects. read more

After working with Anthony and his crew to replace several rooms of carpet with Travertine that matched our existing flooring (approximately 20 years old), we couldn't be happier. Anthony is the expert! He matched the new Travertine to the existing (I thought it wouldn't be possible) beautifully and completed a high quality job in exactly the amount of time he had predicted. Quality, trustworthy, professional are the adjectives I would use to describe his workmanship. Thank you Anthony and team. You are the best! read more

My husband and I hired Anthony and his team for our bathroom remodel, which included new floor tile, shower/tub tile, and backsplash tile for our vanity wall. Wow wow wow we are so happy with the final outcome!! Right the from beginning, Anthony and his team were great to work with, always on time, very detail oriented, easily explained things when questions came up, and they left their work area clean and organized at the end of every day. We had an intricate floor tile pattern and they were able to execute it as planned. They finished the project on time and blew us away with how it all looks. Highly recommend working with them ! read more

My girlfriend is moving in soon so I figured it was time to fix some stuff up; I settled on remodeling both of the bathrooms and redoing the kitchen countertops. I did my research, sent out some requests for quotes, and ended up going with Anthony's crew for three reasons: 1) He was the only person out of the four who a) showed up on time, b) was personable, and c) seemed genuinely interested in the project. I felt comfortable with him after only a few minutes of chatting. 2) They were able to do both the tiling and granite countertops, which made life a lot easier for me. 3) Their quote was actually the lowest of the bunch. Two of the other estimates were in the same ballpark, but one was literally double what TTT was charging. Not going to throw anyone under the bus, especially if I didn't work with them, but I figured it was worth mentioning for context. Throughout the process their entire crew was polite, punctual, respectful, communicative, and careful with my possessions/flooring/etc. I always knew what was going on, was consulted when something popped up, and felt confident in their expertise. I am not the handiest of individuals, so I occasionally required a more detailed explanation about processes and procedures that they were always happy to provide. We chose brick-look tile which required additional work to lay out properly and they did a beautiful job. We also, of course, fell in love with granite that was seriously like 75% crystal, were warned by the granite yard employees that it would be difficult to work with, bought it anyway, and decided to worry about it later because sometimes you just have to make those emotional purchases, you know? We were concerned about finding someone who could handle it, but Luis was up to the challenge and after we templated it out he actually managed to fit the kitchen countertops (seamless!) and both bathroom vanity countertops onto a single slab, which allowed us to return the second one and save a few thousand dollars. I was billed at the completion of each phase of the project, and Anthony personally went over the itemized list with me each and every time. I very much appreciated that touch, because home improvement projects can and frequently do tend to spiral out of control. It's easy to add stuff, but we were able to keep things more or less on budget and I knew where my money was going. Thank you Anthony, César, Luis, and the rest of the crew -- I couldn't be happier! I'll try to remember to upload some better pics once I've got the lighting, drywalls, paint, etc. all fixed up. read more

I am so glad I chose Top Tier Tile. Anthony was very professional, clean, and communicated every step of the way. Out of the many quotes I received, Anthony was the most affordable and I'm happy to say, he did better work that some other previous installations. Anthony has a crew of other tilers, and while they were at my house, I was able to get to know them a little better. Anthony runs a family business, so I met his father and uncle, both who mentioned they had been doing tile for over twenty years. I felt really good knowing these guys had solid experience. In the end, the tile came out AMAZING and I can't wait to finish the project up with doors and other classy details. I will be contacting Anthony again for our Master bathroom remodel! read more

These guys did a great job on my kitchen countertops, backsplash and shower tile. There was a little tiny bit of grout that was missing in between tiles. Normally, it'd be a hassle to get a contractor to come back out for something like that after you've paid - and I expected to have to call repeatedly, or never see them. But, Anthony came back - a couple days later, no need to remind him. He just came and got the job done. I always appreciate that. Nice work, guys. read more

In short, I did NOT have a positive second run-in with Anthony. Which is unfortunate given his crew did a great job for us last year. I'm also sad to not work with his father, Caesar who is extremely kind and a very hard worker... but Anthony? Let's just put it this way, despite being a returning customer who gave him a month and a half advanced notice, paid on time, agreed to pretty much everything he said -- I was treated as if he was the client and I the contractor. When we agreed to part ways, he showed up at my home before 7am prepared for what I believe was a full on confrontation. I was scared and thought about calling the police. Anthony's demeanor and poor attitude in the last several weeks showed me that he personally was overwhelmed or taking out on me what might be other tough clients. This time around he was forgetful, not organized, failed to meet his own deadlines (but accused me of rushing his crew - what a joke!), he recommended a terrible unlicensed plumber who delayed our home remodel by two full weeks, and to top it all off... Anthony was confrontational, tried to use intimidation tactics on me, poor communicator and was extremely defensive to me even after admitting his own fault and apologizing for his poor behavior. In fairness, he did apologize for disrespecting me but I would never work with him ever, ever again. If you see a series of red flags like I did, do not sign contracts and move on with someone more courteous and professional with better references. Anthony is a supposed business owner but honestly, I see a child with a bad temper looking to make a buck. Trust me when I say he doesn't care about your home and don't let him recommend his plumbers. read more

We hired Top Tier Tile to install a glass mosaic backsplash. The job required removing the old backsplash without damaging our brand new quartz countertops. The demo crew was professional, careful and kept my kitchen very clean. The installation was extremely complicated but they made it seem easy, even though I know it was not. Top Tier Tile are true artists. They took the time to match the corners, inside and out. Their attention to detail was very impressive. I will hire them for out bathroom projects in the future. Tony and his dad Cesar really love what they do. Thank you! read more

Buyer beware!!!! I called Anthony for a bid on my kitchen. He came to my house and could only give me a verbal quote and told me I had to go purchase my own backer board cement, screws, and grout. I found this very odd but thank goodness I own a truck. He gave me an estimate on demo of existing tile also but could not include disposal of the tile. At the last minute he almost doubled the price for demo so I told him I would do it myself since I had to take to the dump. After this I felt uneasy and asked for a quote in writing. As I was afraid he jacked up the total sq footage increasing the job by 25%. Needless to say I decided to use someone else and I told him I would be writing a yelp review. He then threatened me and said he has something up his sleeve for me. I would bet that the positive reviews are from friends and family. I will update soon to let you know what is "up his sleeve" for me read more

Top Tier Tile was fantastic, from the initial estimate to completion of the project. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond the scope of the work. I lost power to an outlet (one of the wires came loose) and the refrigerator stopped running while they were doing work in the kitchen! They fixed it without me having to call an electrician. And, on the final day of the project, they took extra tile that was left over, and framed around the refrigerator to give it an even more finished and professional look. (Plus, if we ever had to replace the fridge in the future with a smaller one - there would be tile there to cover the space!) They laid out the tiles and helped me choose the best color grout, gave their opinions on what would work and what wouldn't - and when part of the project became a potential safety concern (due to what I had wanted as part of the "vision"), Anthony called in a carpenter to double check and confirm no extra support was needed under the new countertop and bathroom sink. Anthony even when out of his way to pick up the new sink for me! They came up with additional ideas that added to the finished project - using the quartz countertop as a window sill, and made my once run-down kitchen look clean and new again! From the beginning to the end I knew I could trust Top Tier Tile with the project. I would definitely hire them again. read more

Top Tier Tile did a great job tiling my shower and bathroom floor. I really appreciate how he was able to work around my schedule and would inform me of his concerns or questions that would arise. I was referred to Top Tier Tile by a family member who had recently remodeled her kitchen and bathrooms and RAVED about the work Anthony and his team did. After seeing their work firsthand, I knew I wanted to work with them on my master bathroom remodel. Anthony came by a few days later and went over every detail and expectation we had for our remodel and I received a formal quote the next day. His team demo'd our bathroom in just a few hours and then began working on our new shower area right away. They were done with EVERYTHING within a week and we are so happy with the remodel! Even the glass company that installed our new frameless shower walls gave them compliments at how level and even the tile was laid. We'll be working with Anthony again on our guest bathroom remodel! Needed a tiler to install about 40 sq. ft. of glass mosaic backsplash in our newly remodeled kitchen. Called Top Tier Tile after having a couple of other tilers come out to the house. Those tilers wanted to install the glass tile using mastic adhesive. I had already been told by the tile dealer that glass had to be set in thinset, not mastic. Thinset requires more skill, and the others just weren't up to the task. Anthony ( owner of Top Tier) came out to the house to give me an estimate, the first thing he said was "We have to do this with "thinset". So I knew, that Anthony knew, what he was doing. He was also friendly, courteous and informative. Got what I considered to be a fair estimate. Anthony scheduled the work at my convenience. Antonio was the gentleman that Anthony sent to install my tile. Antonio has been setting tile for a very long time and knew exactly what he was doing. He was fast, efficient, careful and clean in his work. Antonio was also helpful in helping us choose and obtain a new grout color after it was decided that the grout that we had purchased was not suitable for the job. I would hire Top Tier all over again. This was a smaller job, but I would trust Top Tier with a small or large job. read more
