Worst customer service ever! There was an issue with my order & I had the experience of dealing with Victor. Who first claimed to be the manager & then claimed to be the owner. He was extremely rude & unprofessional. As I stated that there ordering system on seamless was incorrect he proceeded to argue with me. Victor stated that Urban Leaf was not on seamless but it is. Victor then proceeded to speak over me & tell me I was incorrect. As an individual with years of experience in customer service I would never treat a loyal customer like this. Just an all around disappointing experience. The bubble tea tastes like watered down sugar. Will definitely not be a returning customer. A wonderful and unique addition to the area! I'd been meaning to try this place for some time and finally got around to doing so. So glad I did! I've been a handful of times and always look forward to the next visit. It's got a cafe feel to it with a decent sized seating area. That staff is friendly and always very patient especially as I battle indecision over what to order. What I thought to be a dessert spot offers a lot more. Desserts and small bites is a more accurate depiction. The bubble waffles with ice cream are a must. They're so light and airy that no sharing is needed! I also love that it doesn't leave you feeling overly full. Another favorite is the ube oreo bubble tea. As for savory items, the spam musubi is a staple favorite. If you're looking for more food then you can't go wrong with either the spam nori bowl or the soba noodles. Overall, a great place for dessert! read more

I wish this place all the luck in the world, they make some damned good bubble tea! We got chai bubble tea, which wasn't listed on the menu but they still made for us anyway. It was SO good! Very cinnamon-y, really tasty. I also asked for unsweetened black iced tea, which they also made even though it wasn't on the menu. This is a really cute spot hidden. Great place to sit and have some good tea, get some work done. The music isn't that loud so you can definitely focus. My friend and I tried the peach mango tea in the kettle it was so good ! We finished the entire thing. I do want to go back to try more of the food options. Worth going read more

I'm so happy to finally have a Local Bubble tea place! I'm a fan of the ube oreo and I'm looking forward to try the other flavors. I was also surprised to find that they have other sweets and savories, including teas that is really like to try. The owner has been there each time we've gone, and everyone is so nice and friendly. This hidden gem needs to be known! It's nice little shop that serves bubble tea and food as well. I haven't tried the food yet but walking in, the smell is heavenly. The bubble tea is top notch. The shining star(s) of this spot though, is the staff. Always a smile on their face. Whether you're walking in when they just opened or walking in as they're about to close, they're always so friendly and happy to see you. I love it here. They offer a unique range of items that definitely stands out in Nutley. The staff is always friendly. They recently had a Super Smash Bros event, which I thought was very clever. Great relaxing space tucked away in a strip mall in Clifton. I had a good strong green tea. With leaf in the name I should not have been surprised at the lack of coffee/espresso drinks. Very friendly staff and cozy environment. Lighting in the main seating area is good for laptops/tablets but not for reading if you're middle aged like me. So more light (and coffee drinks for us non-tea-experts) would make this place perfect. read more

The place is spacious and clean, excellent customer service, friendly staff and LOVE their unique menu!! People, please understand that each town has a maximum capacity in these establishments and unfortunately, they cannot (by law) have more seating! The customer service and menu is just as good "to go":) If I had to critique is that the ice cream scoops can be a little bigger and more bubble tea flavors (but we know you're just feeling things out) other than that, we will definitely return!!!! read more

Their milk tea looks really good in photos, but tastes like store-bought powder milk tea. Their boba also does not taste very fresh. I guess it's ok if you're craving boba and they're the closest shop to you, but for the price, you can get something a lot better and more authentic anywhere else. read more

I decided to give it a try after reading the reviews but seems like it was a bad decision- I've ordered bubble waffle with ube(which I didn't receive) and taro bubble tea. Love love love this place!! The owners are super cool and the staff are very nice. The bubble tea menu is diverse, and you gotta try the ube Oreo flavor. I come here at least once a week, usually Friday, for my Thai bubble tea fix. The spam nori bowl is a local favorite amongst Nutley residents. My local Pokémon Go community loves coming here together after special events, and the staff recognize us and we feel very welcomed! I'm definitely a fan!! read more

I've been here half a dozen times so far and I love this little hole in the wall. It's got a very cozy atmosphere and everyone that works here is so friendly and accommodating. The pandesal ice cream sandwiches are great but I never leave without at least one bubble tea - my favorite's the Ube Oreo. So unbelievably good! read more
