Then, when the lady was serving us, I was still asking her a question and she ignored me and went to another customer and she's the only one working there, so it's so slow. If you want a nice place to go to and they reward you doe every drink, go to So Juci in Bloomfield. More friendly staff and they reward you for all your drink. You buy two, you get two rewards, not one per visit. Customers should get what they deserve for their money. read more

I tried this spot while I was in NJ for a wedding and I got it to-go. I got the Okinawa Milk Tea, which was ok. It tasted very watered down and had no distinct tea flavor. When I looked up Ochado I came across the meaning ... "Ochado" is derived from two Japanese words Ocha and Chado. This sister owned Bubble Tea Cafe successfully achieved the way of the 'Japanese Tea Ceremony'. I was immediately welcomed with masked smiles. One of the ladies behind the counter leaned over and asked, "If you could be someone famous who would you be?" When I completey suprised her and said Beyonce she channeled the Queen B, threw her hands in the air, swayed left then right and yelled Beyonce is my grrrll!! She was awesome and she made me feel completely comfortable and at home. She truly embodied the passion for the business and their customers. That same passion and love was revealed in every sip of my Expresso Cheese Cake with tapioca and pudding boba tea! We grabbed lunch in the area and another place I was looking at was closer. This was a solid option with a diverse menu (teas, blends, halo halo, Mochi donuts, Mochi ice cream) and nice indoor set up with seating along with games and a TV. The owner was sweet enough to turn on peppa pig for my girls while they enjoyed their treat. We ordered the mango yogurt ice blend and taro ice blend both with bubbles. Regular size is ample, surprisingly no dairy in the mango yogurt ice blend! Bubbles perfectly cooked which is always a make or break. I actually preferred the mango over taro. My daughter has a severe dairy and egg allergy so it was nice to have a menu that isn't covered in milk options. Would definitely try the halo halo offerings when the weather is warmer. I have been here on multiple occasions and let me say, they never disappoint! We have tried at least 6 different teas ranging in flavor. My husband tried the Ginger Honey Lemonade Green Tea on our most recent visit and he fell in love. All of the flavors blend perfectly together for a refreshing taste of summer. The Okinawa Matcha Milk Tea is my absolute favorite. It has a very earthy taste but a subtle hint of sweetness. The Mochi icecream is delish!!! We tried mango, strawberry, passion fruit, and earl grey and my goodness they did not disappoint! My son had the Taro Mochi donut and he loved it! The first time we tried to get donuts they were completely sold out, so they are definitely a hit! There are plenty of seats to sit and enjoy your treats! What can I say about Ochado USA? Well for starters, they have an awesome array of choices of wonderfully crafted drinks that are pretty unique that will only see here.. So far, I've tried the Mango Kori Cheesecake, Taro Oreo Ice Blend, and Tiramisu Cream Cheese drinks and all of them are delicious!! (See pic) It is also a great place to hang out and chill.. but due to Covid-19, they are restricted to only allow 50 percent capacity. Today I order a "Mango Bravo Cheese Cake" and I was shocked for a two reasons. One, it wasn't an actual Cheese Cake (i guess it's my fault for not asking enough questions), two this has to be the worse Boba drink I have ever had. I was with my girlfriend & my cousin when I bought it so they both tried it after me. They both literally spit it out. Don't sleep on this new boba spot !! They have a huge selection of teas, although I usually get taro Milk Tea. I always judge bubble tea by the consistency of the boba and theirs is perfect. Since it's been freezing out I tried taro milk tea WARM for the first time and it was to die for! But this place offers mochi donuts, VEGAN mochi ice cream, and HALO-HALO (a Filipino flavor packed dessert that literally translates "mix-mix")!! Anyways, I wanted to fix my boba craving & decided to go with a refreshing winter melon cold tea with extra boba which they said was sweetened. I asked if they are able to customize sweetness which they said they could, but didn't offer until I asked. But when I got my drink, boba wasn't sweetned, and I couldn't really catch a "winter melon" flavor. Maybe it's because I had asked for 25% sweetness and not it's usual sugar amount that probably cut back on the winter melon flavor. We both loved our drinks and would absolutely be back. Also, unlike many other bubble tea places, they don't just load up your whole cup with ice. Very little ice so I think it's a better value.
