Went for an açaí bowl and I was disappointed!! New owners and the bowl was blah. And staff seemed bothered by my order. Old owner made their açaí bowl with fresh açaí and fruit. Unfortunately I won't get my açaí bowls here again. Miss the old owner's recipe and friendliness

i came here to study about twice and both times they were not very busy the last time i came here, they had about 5 customers for the past 3 hours, so not very busy but they do have a tv playing music so be aware of that if you come to study. it is also FREEZING so bring your winter boots and parka if you're gonna be here for a while. their ac is set at 67. I got the vietnamese ice coffee. i thought it was pretty good and tastes like your standard vietnamese ice coffee. i also got the salted creme coffee which was super sweet - but that's on me i forgot to adjust the sweetness. i also got the popcorn chicken and the fried tofu. the wait time was not long at all but be aware the pieces of food are baby size, the portion is not small but the pieces of food itself are like the size of my toe (popcorn chicken) and the tofu is like size of half my pinky. one time i had their taiwanese sausage but it's not on the menu but it was the best thing i had from this place but kind of not worth the money cuz u only get one for $5 it should be 4 for $5 or at least 3 pieces anyways i think about that sausage a lot... please bring it back

Love the space & laid back atmosphere. They tofu is my favorite. Perfect combo of soft inside & crunchy outside. The popcorn chicken is my second favorite. They have a wide selection of drinks & flavors. They recommended the watermelon slushy & it was very refreshing. Great to have a local family owned business.

We stopped in today before picking up dinner. I got a regular milk tea with boba and cinnamon foam and it was delicious! Not too sweet and the cinnamon foam was perfect. Service was great and super friendly. I'll definitely be back.

3.5 stars. Came here after dinner and the wait time for the drink was really long. There was only one worker at the time but it seemed like they didn't want to be there and I felt like the service was much slower that it should've been. There is a decent variety of drinks but it seems like most things here lean more towards the artificial side and the tea quality here seems pretty average. If you're craving some sweet drink without minding too much about high quality, this place will do. The aesthetic of this place is nice but the drinks are kind of mid.

I came here for the first time today as and active boba fiend and I loved it. I had amazing excellent service no complaints. Beautiful store and wonderful selection. I enjoyed my experience here and will be coming back. The tea is very fresh and taste amazing unlike some places where it's overwhelming. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience! Met up here with a group, and I had the Thai Tea with a bbq-seasoned fries, and both of those were fantastic. The group I was with all enjoyed their drinks as well, and while we were eating/drinking, a cashier came by with a carafe full of a free milk tea drink they said they wanted us to have because apparently we were the first customers there after they had reopened or something? In any case, that was greatly appreciated, and that free drink was delicious as well! The interior is cozy, but at the same time also kind of spacious, I guess it's kind of hard to explain. But it's very comfortable in there, and my group and I spent an hour or so playing some board games and having a good time. Would definitely come back here if I'm in the area so I can try some more dishes. If I had to nitpick anything about this place, it's that they were out of some dishes - we tried to order the fried tofu and the popcorn chicken, but they didn't have either one! read more

Great hang out place. They have a cool laid back lounge. We came in 15min before closing time and we're assisted promptly. The hubby ordered his usual taro boba with honey boba. He LOVED it! I got their specialty drink - Snow Mountain. Yummy! Too bad they're out of egg pudding. But she replaced it with more boba - the good stuff! Was really excited to be trying Taiwanese tea as Taiwanese is known for having good tea. I have tea several times a week. Cute place, friendly staff but still got my order wrong. They were happy to remake my drink. The ultimate test came down to the tea itself. There was abundant of ice without any tea flavors. Tasted watered down. The sea salt cream tasted like cream without any flavors or salt. Jasmine green tea was probably the worse I've tasted. So disappointed I had to throw it out after few sips. Please don't cut corners bc it is noticeable. I feel the steep price didn't correlate with the final product, which I'll gladly to pay if that were even 50% close to good. read more

Ordered a vietnamese coffee and it tasted like water with milk and sugar and a hint of artificial coffee flavor......This can barely be considered coffee let alone "vietnamese" coffee. Their fries were also not very good, waited 30-35 min for a drink and soggy fries. Was my 1st and definitely my last time here. read more

I've ordered from here over 5 times, in person and through Door Dash (pickup & delivery) & my drinks are always on point! DRINKS: I've had the Taro Slush with honey boba (my fav, boyfriend says it tastes like cookies haha), Coffee Slush with extra honey boba, Rose Milk Tea with honey boba & a couple of different iced teas with boba. I honestly recommend it all! The slushes are great for warm days (coffee one is great for a caffeine boost), the milk teas are always creamy (my comfort drink) & the iced teas are great for when you're craving something cool, refreshing & light. My girlfriend and I ordered the Thai Tea and Watermelon Tea from Uranus 27 on Doordash and we were so happy with our order! We ordered right when they opened so they didn't have the honey boba we wanted, but they called and allowed us to make substitutions and even gave us free upsizes to the large size! The man we spoke to on the phone was extremely nice to us, and when we received our order (very quickly too), they had a cute business "card"/message and even free candy for Halloween. The Thai Tea was sweet and refreshing! My girlfriend said the watermelon tea was also super good and refreshing too! Overall a very good experience! We highly recommend :) read more

I used to order from here all the time and everything was always good. However, today I ordered and they replaced my items with random items I don't want. They didn't even bother to contact me and just decided to replace the items randomly. To top it off, the popcorn chicken they served me was spoiled meat! I tried it and it had a terrible, rotten taste. It smelled so sour and spoiled, I had my family smell it just to make sure it wasn't just me. They all said the chicken smelled sour. It made me absolutely sick. Unfortunately, I will never order here again. Replacing drinks is forgivable but serving customers spoiled chicken is a hard no. read more

tried the "tiger tea" which is thai tea (and maybe milk tea? if it's like the "tiger tea" I've had from another place). regardless, the drink itself wasn't overly sweet. and even with the thai tea, it didn't have that lingering bitter aftertaste. got honey boba with the drink but the boba didn't really have that honey sweetness I was hoping for. it was however soft and chewy. in terms of size and price, the small tiger tea plus boba came out under 5 dollars (*refer to picture for the size). would say the price was pretty reasonable, if not on the cheaper end? this used to be tea party which I hadn't been to so can't offer any comparison there. but, the ambiance here was nice. has a pretty minimal, cool vibe. would be helpful if the menu is shared here (sorry, didn't occur to me at the time to take pics of the menu oops) so that people can call to order beforehand especially with the quarantine and social distancing. read more

If you are looking for a good boba place, I definitely recommend this place for you guys. The boba shop is renovated in a major of black and white. I had ordered a taro milk tea and a passion fruit green tea for my boyfriend. We both like it very much. I look forward to revisit it again when the quarantine time is over. Eh. The milk tea was okay, but the boba was not. They gave a free iced tea as part of a promo, but it was horrible. We had to throw it out. 3 of us tried it, wanting to like it, but couldn't stomach the flavor. I had the sea salt milk tea. Wow...my first sip was a chunk of salt. I thought okay, it wasn't mixed. But then it kept happening where I was crunching salt chunks. The cream that was used also left a weird film in my mouth that felt thick and fatty, not at all what I am used to from quality boba places. If you only want a milk tea, you can chance this. The base was good. But adding other toppings ruined it and well as if it's a basic tea without the milk. Yuck. read more

This location used to be Tea Party. I decided to give it a try, even though, it had change of ownership. The popcorn chicken (Mild) is still tasty. My favorite honey green tea is still delicious and sweet. They had a promo for buy 2 drinks and get 1 free drink that's kiwi flavor for 4th of July week promo. I decide to try the kiwi black tea since it was a free drink. I would not recommend that drink because it was really disgusting and hard to drink. I literally took a sip and pour out the rest at home. Thankfully I didn't pay for it though or else it'll be such a waste and now I know to NEVER order that drink. They currently don't have any rewards program. The staff kept giving me inconsistent answer. One will tell me it'll be stamp cards when they receive the new cards while the other will tell me it'll be the clover app. That was disappointing since I want my rewards when I do go there A LOT. The staff are friendly though. The parking lot is small, but there is no parking issue at the moment. read more

We were pleasantly surprised with our visit here. We craved dessert and this was nearby. They were friendly and accommodating for when they ran out of ingredients for certain drinks. They were good at recommending similar to what we wanted. The decorations are always cool to look at, and overall atmosphere is comfortable. I do recommend and would come back again soon read more

Love the drinks at this place! I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley where there's literally a boba shop on every block so it was quite a change when I moved to Upland. I came here when it was originally Tea Party but even with the change in ownership, the drinks are still delicious! I've been coming here several times a month and the quality of the drinks are consistent. The mango green tea is made just right and their snow mountain is bomb! I've never been here so I decided to try the safest thing which should be their milk tea. I got the brown sugar milk tea and only when it came out did I realize it was mostly milk with a hint of tea. The worker was nice enough to remake it with their regular milk tea but she decided to add extra black tea. Sadly, both drinks were not up to par. The milk based one had the milky aftertaste and the milk tea was only sweet from the brown sugar syrup, so it was actually underwhelmingly not sweet. I wanted to like it because the worker was accommodating, but I wouldn't get either of those drinks again.

The two ladies who are usually working are welcoming, patient with questions, and clearly care about getting your order right. The shop itself is spacious with plenty of seating and couches, making it a comfortable place to hang out. Parking is also easy with a large lot, so there's never any stress finding a spot. Reliable drinks, great service, and a comfortable space--Tpumps never disappoints.

To start, the manager arrived around 8:30am to hand out tickets and ensure that there were no line cutters - even though the store didn't open until 12pm. That's super early considering most events don't hand out tickets until 1 hour or less before the start time. Around 11am, the manager came around and gave us drinks if we won a game. Options were tic tac toe, guess the Sunright drink, or boba trivia. I played and got the white peach oolong milk tea in a can, which was really generous. Shortly after, staff came around to take our orders outside the store so that they could begin prepping and shorten the wait time once we went in to pay. I ordered the special anniversary Upland lemon creamsicle drink and got the fragrant oolong milk tea with sunny jelly as my free drink for being the first 150. I also got to spin the wheel for purchasing the lemon creamsicle and got a white mug. The store is big with ample seating to enjoy your drinks and hang out. Nothing would matter if the drinks aren't good, but Sunright delivers consistent quality, and the lemon creamsicle drink was icy and refreshing on a hot day. It really did taste like a creamsicle. Overall, staff were really efficient and nice, and drinks are always good quality with good variety on the menu.

If you like smoothies, highly recommend the strawberry frostie (they use real strawberries and it is amazing). I also like the mango frostie - it tastes like a dessert and it includes jelly that is jasmine tea flavored! My previous favorite was the panda milk tea as they have 2 different types of boba and is so creamy and delicious. I like to try their new drinks and then end up with new favorites at the time depending on my mood. My brother in law loves the oreo milk tea with boba. The coffee oolong is also essential if you are a fan of coffee. It's a perfect mix for coffee or tea lovers. 100% highly recommend for everyone to try their drinks - their boba is always the perfect texture even if I have it next day. Their mochi waffles are also very addicting but best eaten fresh and right away while they are warm!

I was here with my family yesterday and we takeout 3 orders of Popcorn chicken . It was a big disappointment when we started eating it at home because what we got are chicken cartilage and bones and we barely able to eat some chicken meat. It's a very expensive popcorn for $8.99 but at least put some chicken meat on eat and not chicken bones and cartilage. I would not recommend it to anybody. I called on Oct 10,2022 at around 5:00 PM and some guy answer my call. When I asked for a manager to voice my concern, he said that there is no Manager around and when I told him about my concern, he hang up on me. Very rude customer service. read more

Went today with friend to get my usual- Strawberry green tea with boba- and added lychee because I was feeling ambitious, and it was absolutely delicious! For once one of my weird cravings wasn't gag-worthy... There was only one employee (didn't catch her name) but she was kind and funny, made me want to stay there all day The overall atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and modern, and I'm definitely going to be a regular.
