It is rare in that it both has a soul and is run exceptionally well. Everyone from the owner and teachers to desk staff put their heart into the Shop, and it shows. The owner Ashley does an amazing job at creating a warm and inclusive environment where you can get your yoga fix, get your workout on in barre or spin, and have fun and make friends in the process. They have regular community events, teacher trainings, and a stacked class schedule with something for everyone. Teachers are knowledgeable and welcoming - this studio attracts and creates top tier instructors without the bullsh*t. Ashley, Justin, Jenny, Kandi, Anaiz, Mo, Sara... I'd keep going, but I can't list everyone and there literally is not a teacher here I wouldn't recommend. Big plus that the space is beautiful and in a great location near AJ's, good restaurants, and shopping. I work from home, and for almost 5 years I have considered this studio my home away from home. I always leave feeling happy and supported. If you want to do something good for your body and mind, and be part of a high quality low drama community, support local and come here!!

I appreciated the community/neighborhood feel!

The studio looked great, was in a convenient location, and there was ample parking. I feel more limber, my balance has improved, and have noticed that I've gotten a little slimmer! I'm also way more interested in fueling my body differently and confident enough to see what other exercises my body can do. This is dramatic but Reformed has played a significant role in me taking control of my health and I'm so grateful for it! I started more than 75 lbs overweight -- my trainer suggested we try Pilates and we picked Remedy because it was close to home. After a few group classes I realized I needed more one-on-one attention, so I started training with Jess Pate. Over the next year I lost 45 lbs and got hooked. When Jess's schedule filled up, she connected me with Peyton Kirke, who has been amazing working around my ankle and shoulder issues since she's dealt with similar limitations herself before she began Pilates. I'm a pretty confident person, but Pilates humbled me fast (I fell in well during my very first class -- if you know, you know!). Thanks to Jess, Peyton, and the whole team, I can now keep up with everyone in class. Kelly Snailum has built such a warm, welcoming studio here. The heat of the classroom was the hottest I've experienced, and I've attended a handful of classes around the valley. This studio had the classroom set to 110 degrees, with a closed door and full class so the temperature easily feels closer to 115. If you're new to heated classes, I would work your way up to this class/studio. They do offer great pricing for class packs if you're interested in trialing it out for two weeks. If you're sensitive to heat/scent, I wouldn't recommend a heated class as you DO sweat heavily as well as all other participants. Meaning - you WILL smell other people and their sweat. The studio offers lockers and cubbies to hold your items and also has a well kept bathroom with showers to rinse off after class.
