Do NOT go here! These people will rob you! I went in today with a box full of jeans, shorts, and tops. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to be given a lot of money for my items but the straight up robbery going on here genuinely shook me. I arrived and the girl at the front desk asked me to check in. They "went through" the items in my box and within around 5-7 minutes, they called my name. The guy told me they were offering $10 for two shirts and one sweater. They didn't even tell me which items they were taking, which I found very strange so I asked the guy. He showed me the two shirts and one sweater. This was when I was utterly appalled. I was fine with the two shirts but the sweater was a brand new Carhartt sweater WITH tags AND limited edition. The amount they were giving me was $10, so they were offering $3 for the tops and $7 FOR THE NEW LIMITED EDITION CARHARTT SWEATER! Ridiculous! When I said that I was taking the sweater back the guy looked at it again and had the audacity to look at me and ask "Oh it's Carhartt?". Mind you the sweater had the brand name on the outside, inside, and on the TAGS. They gave me the receipt wanting me to sign it before letting me know what they were even taking. Please DO NOT sell your clothes here. If I hadn't asked before signing the paper they would've given me $7 for an item they probably would've sold at a much higher price. Staff can be slightly aloof but overall sweet. Selling there just depends on the staff member but they have bought back most items I bring in and are willing to explain the buying price. I would say the clothing is very trendy, youthful and the designer bags are always present. read more

Place smells terrible. Soon as you walk inside, athletes foot right to the face. I know they have used shoes, but cmon, those displays need a daily spray of febreeze or something. Wife and I made two attempts at coming into this store and couldn't make it past the 3rd row. read more

I am super impressed with the customer service I just received from Lily (hope I spelled it right!). I sold with them and I was offered cash or store credit I said store credit but then changed my mind a minute later and asked if I could just get the money and they said they couldn't do that or reverse in the system. I was pretty upset and I don't really hold back when I am less than happy so I said something (nicely but you could tell my frustration) Lily stepped in and sensed I was upset and did some kind of magic and was able to give me the cash! My favorite second hand / thrift shop! They have lots of styles and good picks. They sort all the items they receive so it's not just a bunch of random crap. Some items are priced like any regular thrift store (I.e. goodwill) others are more pricey but that's because of brand names. Employees are nice. read more

As a consignment store they are great and prices are def reasonable for second hand items. If you want to see price gouging go to goodwill who gets items donated to them for free but charges $15+ for all their clothing and items that are in terrible condition and dirty. With so many options to buy new like shein and temu, no one should be selling used worn tops or pants for $15. Items here are clean esp their tennis shoes. I mentioned this to an employee and she said she actually tells customers to clean their shoes and they could come back to sell them. Today I got Nikes that are normally $150 retail, at uptown I got them for 40% off of $60 and they looked like they were barely used once. They have so many tennis shoes, cute clothes, brand name jeans, dresses, tops, accessories everything! it will take you hours to go thru the many aisles and u def will find so many Things that u actually want. Selling: yes I've sold here and yes they barely took any of my items but I can't complain bc I know they can't take everything and they have a specific model they use to price items when they do take them. I used to feel insulted when they didn't take my items but now I realize they are a business not a charity and are looking for specific things by season that ppl want and they think can actually be sold. Just because u paid $200 for something 5 years ago that you personally love, doesn't guarantee that it's in style and ppl will want it and its worth reselling. A few months ago I took some almost new designer bags to them and the girl apologized and said she would only be able to give me a low price for the items and recommended i try to sell them on eBay instead. I appreciated the honesty and took the times home. The employees are also very friendly and personable and going here is my daughter and I's fav thing to do when we have some time to kill and feel like shopping. read more

I understand this place is a business and they need to make a profit but the company needs to go through buyer training again or something. I had three items picked (two with tags still attached and one without) and I was offered $12. Also what's completely unprofessional is that the buyers do have an unconscious bias, so heads up on that. One of my shirts wasn't picked, but my friend who came in the next day has the same shirt and was able to get it sold, plus two other tops and received a significant higher amount than I did (not one tag was on her shirts). read more

This location made selling SO easy! I waited about 30 minutes for a pay out and they even offer to take your remaining donations off your hands so you don't have to trek them to another location yourself! I felt that their payout rate was significantly higher than other similar stores in the area & they also had a great selection to shop! Then when she started to go through my items I was selling she preceded to gossip to another employee while I shopped around on how some of my items are "weird". First time at this store to sell 2 huge bags of clothing/shoes/purses. Many brand name items that were new with tags and other items that had very minimal wear that are currently in style and for the upcoming season as well as cold weather. The buyers were making comments on how expensive the new denim jacket with tags I brought in was and barely gave me anything for it, knowing full well that they're going to price it significantly higher than what they paid me for it. Same with the bags and other items I brought in. They didn't automatically explain the pricing for each item bought like other stores do. Such a great thrift spot! I've been a few times but just made my first purchases today and so pleased at the selection, quality, and prices. I snagged a pair of worn, but not terribly so, Converse high tops, a pair of BASICALLY new Reebok Classics, 2 shirts, and 2 pants for about $100. This was a very clean and well stocked thrift store. They had a lot of big brands like lulu lemon, Nike, and urban outfitters, and had a wide selection of shoes and accessories as well. It was nice because they also had discounted prices according to different colors on the tags. We did get some good deals, like I got urban outfitter boots for $15 and cute earrings too. However, I do think that some of the pieces were a bit overpriced, especially for the items that were not brand names. The girls at the front were helpful and nice. Overall, if you like fashion that is trendy and appreciate brand names, then it is worth it to check out this store. read more

I don't recommend at all. I rather do a garage sale. I took two whole bags filled with great things and things very very similar to what they had on the racks. I took about an hour to walking around and waiting with my two boys, for them to call me up and tell me they're ready for my cash back. Which was $6 or $7 in store credit which was for a new dress that i paid more for, and a very lovely shirt that I paid $10 for. Never going back. Goodwill Rare actually has much better prices and nicer things. It's just not worth it. Edit: this is the second time I come, this time to swap my clothes.
