Oftentimes, i have items shipped to store if delivery straight from home doesn't work out. What i love about LB is that they often have great door busters, and if i need to return something after i pick up its as easy as 1-2-3. Today, i visited to pick up an item shipped to store, and was able to find some great deals. Utilize the LB cash rewards and their app and you can get great deals. Its not Nordstroms, but for me its about how the garment makes me feel. Not necessarily the label itself. So if its a high end label or a no name label as long as it invokes joy, sass and comfort count me in! 10/10

Worn meaning; "the past participle of the verb "wear," acting as an adjective to describe items damaged or thinned by long use". Upon entering the store, I noticed signs that explicitly stated "NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS" and another sign near the register that mentioned the 7-day exchange policy. The first red flag was the inconsistency between the receipt and the store's signage. The lady at the register refused to exchange my unworn leggings, even though I had the tags, the original receipt, and had purchased them just 3 days ago. She inspected the item as if it were dirty, despite the fact that I had never worn them and had only tried them on, which didn't fit. When I asked about the exchange policy, she simply stated that I couldn't exchange items that had been tried on. I understand that lingerie should not be tried on after purchase and then exchanged, but clothing should not be subject to such a strict policy, especially one that isn't communicated on a receipt, sign, or verbally. The store never informed me that the leggings were on final sale. To avoid this situation in the future, I recommend that the store clearly state on the receipt that there are no returns or exchanges on items that have been tried on, worn, etc. Additionally, it would be helpful to include a note that clothing items are final sale. In conclusion, I would advise against purchasing from this store unless you are willing to gamble on your size.
