This was my first time at this location, it's essentially a spruced up Goodwilll - nice decor and well put together. According to my daughter the clothing selection is a bit nicer and better curated than most other locations. From a hard lines standpoint it feels similar to others, a small electronics section, although the kitchenwares area is larger and nicer. Management needs to look into employees hoarding new/high value items and bringing them directly to the register from the back room before customers get a chance to even purchase them. This morning I saw a girl carry 2 pairs of shoes (appeared to be uggs and sneakers) from the back and took them directly to the front, behind the register. They didn't even hit the floor, which I thought was against store policy. I tried to ask her if I could purchase them and she ignored me. Please keep it fair for the customers (who should actually come first). I will shop the other goodwills from now on, who don't have these bad business practices. Staff is not helpful or friendly. Half a tag was missing from a stuffed animal that my little one fell in love with and they weren't able to sell due to it not having the QR code when you were able to see the price. I think if they're going to have these kind of policies they should have a better way to tag them otherwise some flexibility. I'll stick to the one in Orange where staff is a lot friendlier and much more helpful. read more

Honestly, not a bad Goodwill location! It's clean. Everything is organized. Items were tagged appropriately. The deals were great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint, is that they didn't have much for 3XL or 4XL. I wear a size 2XL, but like it a little baggy so it's comfortable. I couldn't find any 3XL's here, not for tips or bottoms. this place is HUGE. there's a bunch of racks to look at and upon first walk-in, i didn't realize that the carts are in the front by the cash registers. there's so much denim which i appreciate, but navigating through the store made me so tired. there's no signage indicating where anything is, so you have to look through everything to see where things are. items are organized by color which is pretty nice, and there's no organization by sizing. you really have to look through EVERYTHING for how big of a store this is, there's only 3 fitting rooms. but at least there are fitting rooms and they are quite large! there's not a lot of space to wait around the fitting rooms, due to their proximity to racks other things i noticed - even though there were a bunch of employees walking around, there was only one person consistently working the registers. i went on a "half off for green tags" day and couldn't find any green tags. clothes ranged between $10-$20 which can get expensive quickly. there was a LARGE range of brands, which was cool to see. home goods were super inexpensive! this store is in a big plaza, so parking is pretty chill to find and there's a bunch of places to get refreshments at before and after (i would recommend wushiland boba and dave's hot chicken). i would love to return to this goodwill because i still feel like there's more of this store i need to explore read more

This has got to be one of the chillest Goodwills I have been to. But it was also my first boutique shop I've been to, so the entire feel of this store is well...boutique-y! Once you walk-in, you almost feel like you're at a Nordstrom Rack, with items neatly organized throughout the store. It's a pretty huge place, so if you're looking for one thing, you'll find something else also. They also do the regular daily color tag discounts, so lookout for those for savings. Finding this store can be a little tricky. It doesn't have the same Goodwill sign, but it's in smaller black letters that says, "Goodwill Boutique." I had to walk around in the heat to find this store. But thankfully they had good AC inside (thanks, Goodwill!). I will definitely be coming back. read more

This is one of my favorite places to go to now. Like all thrift stores, you have to take your time to find some good deals. I found some expensive items at a super low cost. The best advice is to skip over the "fast fashion" brands and feel for the best quality items. Yes, the store is a bit messy. That's what I get for coming in on a Sunday afternoon. Nice store,decent prices. But shame on management for allowing the 3 ladies that stand at wait for hours for each new cart to come out and raid them literally taking items out of others hands. And they are buddies with the employees. Laughing away with each employee that rolls out a new cart. Obviously they are resellers and so am I, however the favoritism towards them and the sheer greed is disgisting!! Makes me wonder how many hours and days a week they do this. Great items! Was able to find many designer bags for $12-16 & majority of their clothing started at $9.99 or $11.99. There's also fitting rooms, which I don't see often from where I live. One issue I had about this place is that a woman cut in front of me while I waited for minutes & the employee at the register pretended he didn't see it happened--despite him literally staring & pausing what he was doing to look at me trying to confront the woman TWICE, but ignored it & still proceeded to help her instead... T-T I did ask him about it & he couldn't find an answer besides sorry. I work too, so I was also in a bit in a crunch when that person cut me. But it's not hard to tell a customer to wait after another person, who respectfully waited in line or tell them where the line properly ends. read more

Rude employee reprimanded me about bringing a cart into the fitting room even though the sign doesn't state this "rule" and there wasn't an employee there to tell me otherwise. Also, I thought this was okay because while I was waiting in line the same worker was talking to a customer (her friend most likely) that was in the fitting room with a cart inside... I ended up coming back to try on a shirt and the worker was rude, clearly annoyed (rolled her eyes and asked me which door I wanted unlocked) that I needed help since at this point they had locked the fitting rooms. The only reason I am leaving an additional star is because the other employees are kind, with the exception of this worker. read more

This Store is all over the place! Tags all over the floor and there is a foul odor by the shoes. I had found a cute sweater and I wanted to pay for it. The cashier said she couldn't sell it to me because there isn't a tag on it. She then said If I found the tag she would sell it.....mind you tags of different colors are on the floor. You're telling me you can't put in your system it's a sweater and give me that price??? Ridiculous. read more

I was very surprised with the prices at this Goodwill. Jeans were marked 17.99 for Gap and H&M jeans! That's insane! The prices are crazy here, I haven't had that experience at other Goodwills. They really need to make some price checks, Zara items sell cheap at the store when they hit the sale racks. Prices ranging from 1.99 - 19.99, a used jacket I saw at the Goodwill was marked 19.99! The clothes are not well organized, I found a lot of men pants mixed with the women's. The sizes are all mixed as well. Sweaters were market $14.99 - if you want a good deal for used clothes, go to other Goodwills. This place is pricey! read more

If you frequent this place (2x week), I bet you would find some amazing things. We came in on a Sunday right at opening and there was already a line. Some things they had: Mother jeans, Herve Leger bandage dress, tons of Zara items new with tags, and Patagonia. It was 50% purple tag items and I got some cute work trousers for $5 from Zara. I noticed that many people headed directly to the shoes and a guy snagged some new vans and a pair of Jordans. The customer service was fabulous. I was carrying a ton of stuff and should have grabbed a cart but I was so locked in lol. One of the employees offered to get me a cart which I thought was really going the extra mile. The store got really busy around 10:30am. I recommend going right at opening and checking out the roll out racks they put out first. read more

All the clothing is not where it should be. Looks like I s been this way for a long time. Manager claims it's because of customers putting in the wrong place. Actually I watch employees come out with racks of clothing and place them on racks where ever there was space available. If u have hours to spend going through racks of clothing just to find something in your size then go for it. Came here first time at the OC Goodwill in Tustin. I always find some interesting things sold here. Definitely not your typical Goodwill store, more like an elevated secondhand store. I have found some good brands which included Adidas, Hurlye, Underarmor, Nike within the the mens section. As with any goodwill store, inventory is different and not organized. If you are looking for odds and ends you will find it here. If you want matchin set of dishes or furniture you won't get lucky here. read more

This is concerning the drop off area for donations. I've been coming to this location for ten years and never had an issue. Today I walked up with two bags of clothes to donate and the lady attendant told me to get back in my car and get in line (like a drive through). She said this was their "process". I asked her "Can't I just hand you my clothes? I'm only 5 feet away from you?" She said "No, they have a process that they have always followed" at that point I left because donating items should not be a hassle and there are plenty of other options in the area. I won't be donating here again to someone who is not grateful for my donation. I suggest everyone donate somewhere else - like the Salvation Army- where the only process they have is called a "Thank You!" read more

I understand that prices go up over time but last week I saw an employee bring a dish over to the counter and say that she was going to mark it up from $2.99 to $6.99 bc "it was really pretty". Now if this is how you run your business that's fine but everything is donated so what benefit does that employee get for marking things up at a higher price. I have also seen quite a few times where the ORIGINAL price tag of a clothing item is cheaper than what goodwill is pricing it at and they don't even try to hide it, that also seems to me a little ridiculous. I have been coming to this goodwill for as long as I can remember and I would rather take a longer trip to go Salvation Army where the prices are still reasonable. read more

I've been pleasantly surprised about the Goodwill selections in Southern California. This is not the experience I had while living in North Carolina. If you wanna go to a bougie Goodwill, then go to the boutique! We found some really awesome things for our house and for our upcoming trip to Coachella. I've always found the key to success for Goodwill shopping is not going in there with your heart set on an exact item, but going in there with the generic idea of what you need. The moose we found at this location was only $10! Needless to say, my partner walked out very happy. :-) The service here was top notch and the ladies at the register did a great job of helping us organize all of our goodies. I got to wear some of the items to Coachella and I'm very thankful that my outfit could be sustainably sourced at Goodwill. read more

This place used to be so organized. Now all the clothing is just put anywhere on the racks. If you are looking for a specific size, don't look in that size, you have to go through ALL the clothing and hopefully it's the right size. Super sad. It was my favorite but now too frustrating. read more

My daughter is a big Thrifter. She loves thrift shopping and this is the nicest goodwill we have ever been to. We found some great fines there the dressing rooms were open, even though they only had two and the lines were pretty long, but we found some really great purchases at great prices. The prices are a little bit higher because the merchandise is nicer and some things we saw our way over priced but we got a couple of really great things and it's definitely worth visiting. read more

Very good safety health measures implemented at this store! ( although I cannot comment on the buyers inside the store..-.-) they limit the amount of people inside so you can shop openly and not worry about being too cramped. Found multiple dresses for work at a great price. They have some designer brands and a section at the back for home stuff. I was able to find a brand new salad spinner for 50% off. Every week they tell you which color tag has 50% off. Tip: make sure you don't go on an arm workout day. You have to use quite some arm strength to swipe the clothes are the racks. Some racks are soo packed that if you take out the clothes you want you prob won't be able to stick it back in lolz.. but this is a great location for some great finds! read more

Been here like 3 times and bought a couple pots for planting houseplants here. Haven't bought any clothes though. The "Boutique" aspect of Goodwills seems like the clothes are displayed on an assortment of racks, circular ones, instead of the straight long clothes racks in most goodwills. Tustin and Huntington Beach boutiques use the better racks/displays for their most trendy clothes in stock and it's a little more expensive a regular goodwill clothes sections. But there have been some decent decor and glass items here. I was looking for picture frames but didn't see any. read more

This location used to be my favorite. With being a "boutique" I could count on this location to have amazing finds. Unfortunately the last 2 months it's rapidly declining. Not only did they raise their prices to OUTRAGEOUS prices ($17.99 for All jeans) but they are trying to sell items that you can get at TJ maxx, Amazon, Wallmart or Target clearence for cheaper. In September you could barley move the clothes on the racks (assuming Due to price shock they couldn't move inventory fast enough) but now the Racks are extremely bare and looks like a normal location That is desperate for inventory. Extremely outdated items, torn, stained, or straight from wallmart, Target, shein, or Amazon. This location no longer looks like a "boutique" Goodwill. read more

The employees as soon as doors open take shopping carts and go down the aisle and take all the clearance tags off the rack. On the day I went the deal was the color green, and at least three on shift employees were doing it with their lanyards badges on. When I asked why they were taking the discount items, they said they were making space for new items, but then I overheard one say " omg, look at what scored" From what I gathered they collect high values clothing items and resell on apps or sell to consignment store. read more
