Terrible customer service. If you're unsure about a dress don't even bother leaving a deposit…read morebecause they will keep your deposit if something goes wrong on their end. My mom went and tried on a dress on Monday and the manager, Irma, told her that she needed to leave a deposit and that it had to be half of the amount of the dress. My mom left the deposit and since they didn't have her size Irma told her that she would order her two sizes that she could try on when she came Thursday to pick up. An XXL and an XL. We got there Thursday and another worker was there and brought out only the XXL but the dress was stained with grease. Then when we asked her about the XL she said it didn't arrive. We never received a phone call from anyone telling us that only one of the dresses had arrived and why would we take a dress with a black grease stain on it? I asked the girl if my mom could just have her deposit back because we didn't have time anymore to be driving back and forth, the dress didn't even fit her and it was dirty. The girl just blankly stared at us and said she had to call her manager Irma. She called her manager in front of us and the manager told her that if we wanted the deposit we had to drive to their location in Buena Park and get it from her. The girl said she could not give a deposit back herself without a manager present. I find that odd, most stores can give deposits back why does a manager need to be present? I asked the girl when her manager was available at each location, and she wrote it down for me and everything so we could stop by another day. We had already wasted time and gas getting to that location. Irma agreed over the phone to give us the deposit and we heard it too because they talked in front of us. Forward the next day and Irma calls my mom telling her that she can't give her the deposit anymore and she can come instead Tuesday to try on the dresses because she would be ordering them. We told her she had literally confirmed yesterday that we would get a deposit back, then she played clueless and said who said that? I took the phone and said you said that, we heard the call when your worker called you. She got upset and said she would need to see who we were talking about and said she would call back. I'm pretty sure she will not be calling back. Please avoid this shop at all costs.

The owner herself helped us and was incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. They have a beautiful variety of dresses in many different styles and colors, as well as a great selection of jewelry and tiaras to choose from, making it easy to complete her whole look in one place. You can tell they really know what they're doing, they were knowledgeable, patient, and helpful without being pushy. We visited several stores that day, but this was the one where my daughter found the dress she absolutely fell in love with. Seeing her so happy made the decision easy. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quinceañera or special occasion dress. Thank you for making this such a memorable and positive experience for us!

It was a quick 16 minute drive from me. When I walked in I was blown away. This place has EVERYTHING! Clothing, jewelry, you name it. The gentleman helping me looked at me and sized me up for a kurta on the spot! He showed me multiple different options, all of them were VERY reasonably priced! They are sold in sets (top and pants) so it's quite the value for what you pay! There was also a lady there helping two other people and when she walked by she remembered my name and who I was from a voicemail I left. And said hi to me while helping them. Wonderful experience all around!

Then, she entirely ripped me off! 3 out of the 4 sets of bridal jewelry that I purchased BROKE. Unworn, they simply broke because it's not quality AT ALL. She promised to fix the broken items before my wedding trip, but when I went to pick it up at the time that we AGREED on she suddenly said it was not ready!!! I had the broken items appraised by another jeweler and they said it could NOT be fixed. It was beyond repair! When I asked her for a refund or store credit because I knew it could not be resolved, she denied me! I don't live near her store, and she refused to send my necklace back to me through the post. SHE STILL HAS MY MONEY AND MY JEWERY. It's theft. It's unfair. I was a good customer and she failed to fix the set OR refund me. She did nothing to make it right. Beware, this shop owner Saba is nice at first, but her items are not quality and they will break on you, and when they do she will do little to help you or leave you entirely in the dust. Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices. Prices are too high for the lack of quality. Take my advise, go elsewhere. Go to the stores that have customer service and more quality goods. Saba, you know what you have done and I hope your business suffers because of your lack of empathy for your good customers.
