I'm not a thrifter but my kids introduced this particular shop to me. I've been turn off from other thrift stores because it's unorganized & tight. This Savers is huge & more importantly ---clean! I discovered Savers supports Red Cross which one of the nonprofit I strongly believe. Since then, I've donated clothing & kitchen ware. The staff a super helpful when I park at the drop off. Donating is so convenient & each time I get to the designated parking, staff are always there to help. read more

This marks Savers #3 and it might be the best one. I was looking for variety in mens clothes and was not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and constantly bringing out new selection. The pricing was fair for the quality found. read more

This place is cleaner, and more organized than other thrift stores. The employees I came across were friendly. I noticed that one day of the week seniors get a discount. They have regular and self checkout. You can pull to the front of the store to donate items. I ended up buying a book on massages so I can improve my skills for my lady. read more

What is normally my favorite place to shop... In fact I spent over $300 in here yesterday. I brought my daughter beck here to check it out. Disappointed beyond belief, I have this little pup named Bentley - he is my hearing dog. I carry him around everywhere with me. Never have I ever experienced the rudeness from a manager in my life. I too, was a manager in my day and I wouldn't dream of speaking to someone the way he did to me. His name is Manny. He walked up to me, didn't introduce himself or anything and said; "Your dog is barking and we don't allow that! You'll have to leave." I didn't argue, or fuss. I walked out, then turned back in to ask the lady in the front what his name was. She wouldn't give me his name rather she ran back to tell him. He came rushing outside, rude and abrupt - "hi um did you have a question?" I looked at him and said, "no, I just needed your name. This is a hearing dog...." Before I could finish my sentence, he proceeded to tell me he needs a vest, and to be on a leash. I gave him the correct information and kindly said, "No, he does not." He then said, "he needs to be on a leash, or you can't come in!" And stormed back into the store. Manny, I think you need to be retrained on service animal rules and what's permitted in a business. I'm sure some customer was complaining, and you felt the need to support them and their wishes! She walked out with one vase and you lost a loyal customer, I will be sure to tell all this Savers is not the Savers you want to shop at... Manny, just because it's in the hills of Orange - doesn't give anyone the right to mistreat another person. Maybe next time ask, before assuming and kicking someone out of the store. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow and letting them know what an outstanding job you've done in violating the law! Happy Sunday! read more

I'm glad there is a new savers around! I usually go to the Yorba Linda location (love it there). I have only been to this newer one once but I liked it. I felt it was organized and the staff was kind. The parking lot is shared with other businesses but parking is never an issue. Overall I can't complain! I also love that I can bring my donations to the donation center right by it. read more

Clean, large, and organized but even more overpriced than other Savers stores. Absolutely ridiculous prices for most items. Go with coupons if you have them, but make sure to screenshot or print them because there is literally no cell service or internet access in this store, so if you have them on email, you may not be able to access them- which is what I experienced. While some employees looked busy, others were on their phones. The jewelry counter made no sense- some items, were on the wall, and some in the case could be taken out and shown, but others in the same price range required mangers approval? For a $5 ring be shown to a customer? Plus, every time something required managers approval the person had to leave and then there was no one to service the area, which frustratingly meant that people milled around for a long time until someone came back. Jewelry jar that was just a bunch of shell necklaces like the kind for $1 each in Hawaii- $30. Toy section- bags of items are just ok. Some ridiculousness there as well- they literally separated a "friends" Lego set into several small differently priced bags at around $8 each AND put the instruction manual into yet another differently priced bag by itself. Appliance section- super-used dirty-and still had aluminum foil from previous owners- Breville oven in its box priced at $50. Filthy Oster toaster oven for $20. Yuck. Come on. Overall it's large and clean but just ok. Not impressed but three stars for overall store and floor cleanliness, tidy racks, and friendly associates. read more

Went in looking for a new to me bread machine. The one they had didn't seem to work well so I had to leave it but we found a nice mini fan for my mama! Pretty darn clean and organized aside from the book area which was a mess. Though to be fair there was not that many books to hold eachother up. I do wish they had more crafting stuff they just had some yarn, also I love that the jewelry is in such a pretty display case! So happy to have a Savers close to me! My favorite thrift chain. I attended the soft opening of this store. I was blown away by how organized everything was. Hoping it stays that way! This is a pretty large store too. LOTS of clothing racks, wall decor, shoes, bags, furniture, etc. I found some really great clothing and glassware items. Savers' prices can be a little high, but if you join the Super Savers Club you will periodically receive coupons. You also get 20% off coupon when you donate to them! read more

This new store has very distorted mirrors. They are designed to reflect a taller and much thinner image. When I asked about why they were so distorted, I was told that they had ordered from a "new manufacturer" as if it was a "mistake" I call BS. The mirrors were chosen and placed, (there are now several instead of just a few) because people buy more when they look thinner in the reflection they see. Body dysmorphia is a big issue for women, this practice does not help. If you want to see what you really look like in the clothes, find the area where they sell more accurately reflecting mirrors. SOOOO OVERPRICED!! The sorters in the back not only are keeping the good stuff for themselves they are also looking to the cost of items at full cost ?! Why is a jacket that was donated for free $99 dollars... I can get a brand new jacket at Ross or Marshalls or Burlington... they are all having better sales/ have better sales than this . First, I love the Savers stores! So happy they opened one and orange. The store is so incredibly organized, easy to find things. Other stores don't size their items and it's frustrating to shop. They have special days for savings, Tuesdays for seniors and Wednesdays for military personnel. 30% off if memory serves. 20% off when you donate. Maybe they're just a couple dollars more expensive than other thrift stores, but other thrift stores are frustrating to shop in due to lack of organization. Savers is super clean(store & items), extremely well organized, and I still got great deals, even on some $$$ labels. I'm a fan! read more

Honestly, good store very clean for the most part. I don't go thrifting and the one time i do the service was horrible. i waited 10 minutes just to go the checkout and when i did i was greeted by a lady whom had blonde hair and piercings and was very disrespectful and was watching me and my daughter the whole time. would not recommend this store. read more
