BEWARE if you sell on consignment. On May 7, I brought in my LV purse to sell on consignment. The owner was out during this time and contacted me a few days after Mother's Day. She let me know some details around price, posting, etc. She mentioned once it's sold, she would contact me and my check would either be sent or I can pick it up. Based on the conversation, it seemed like it would sell a little slower since Mother's Day had just passed. 2.5 months pass and I called because I hadn't heard back from her. The sales associate let me know that it had been sold about 2 months ago and wasn't sure why the owner hadn't contacted me nor sent my check. She was going to let the owner know so that she can contact me. The owner never contacted me. I called back same day and the sales associate again would follow up. Never received a call. I called the next day. Same thing. Never received a call. Finally on the third day I was able to contact her. She never said apologized or had an explanation to why she never contacted me. I was able to pick up my check but I truly believe she would have never contacted me to pay my portion of the purse. read more

5/16/2024: Went again to sell some clothes(had a whole bunch that still had tags) and was disappointed. The two girls at the front seemed polite and greeted every customer. I am disappointed because they only took 4 items from me and as I waited and browsed the store, I saw a low quality in the clothes. Again, clothes with stains and sharpie( like what in the world is going in that store that all their clothes are poorly chosen?) and just really old looking clothes. I also noticed that they price items the same as the price tags; like this is a thrift store at least PRICE those items $2-5 less and be reasonable. I would NOT recommend coming here to SELL or SHOP and this is my last time trying to give this location a chance. I hope they read this and really train everyone on choosing quality over quantity. read more

Workers don't want to be there and low ball all items. I went yesterday morning in to sell about five of my things and was immediately greeted with the dryest most unhappy girl in overalls at the front. Very snappy when I simply asked what "20% more store credit" meant in general as I had never sold here before and didn't realize you could get credit instead of cash. Her coworker (a guy) had to answer my question for her. When it came to valuing my items, she claimed she couldn't take a tagged $52 Brick Market Boutique dress I'd bought but never worn because of its "style." Made me laugh considering when I was looking through the store, I saw two other very similar satin dresses on the back wall. She then told me these Brand New Comme Des Garçons, this coach wallet and this backpack were "too worn." The coach wallet I understood as she pointed out a small stain. The one and only item they did buy from me was a tagged Edikted shrug valued at 28 that I honestly could've sold on Depop for $10 but they gave me $4. Not to mention, the entire time I was standing there I had to listen to her rant about all the store's scheduling problems. Wasn't even that upset about it all at first, yet I was still able to sell the wallet, shoes and dress this morning at Buffalo Exchange for $25. Weird right?! read more

Stumbled upon this place after having some lunch close by. A well organized store with a lot of inventory. From skater clothes to designer finds. You will find something that will catch your eye. The clothes are hand picked in good to new with tags condition. I left with a Mathilda Leon oversized sweatshirt in EXCELLENT mint condition for $14! I have not sold anything to this store yet. I was introduced to this place, thanks to my Gen Z, 16 year old son who asked me to drop him off, to attend one of their outdoor sales on a Saturday or Sunday morning? (don't remember exactly) with another friend. The sidewalk was crowded, its tables surrounded by people looking through clear bins filled with clothes. As, an avid thrift store shopper going through bins is not always a good thing. Honestly I was skeptical he would find anything worth it. Especially because his a very picky teen who frankly avoids clothes shopping like its the plague. Yet when I picked him up he'd scored 3 gently used button down short sleeve shirts (worn open over solid Ts') and 1 with tags for about $50 total. These are purchases he wears often, making this a win for mom of any teen in my opinion ‍. read more

Unfortunately I'm not one to usually write reviews but after multiple attempts at selling clothes and taking in bags of clothes and them only picking 1 to 2 pieces it's just simply not worth it to me. I went in to try and sell a nice $90 name brand pair of heels and the girl at the front told me it was going to take about 30 minutes for them to call my name.. (keep in mind I only had 1 ITEM) I then told her it was only one pair of heels she then grabbed them and said "no we can't take these in the condition they are in" (they look PERFECTLY FINE) compared to the shoes they are selling in their store I was confused as to why mine were denied. Just disappointed in the customer service and discrimination the store has on who they choose to buy from and what items are up to par. read more

First off, one of the buyers had an RBF that you can see a mile away. As I walk in with my items to sell, I'm not even greeted, but stared at as if I did something completely insane. I JUST WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR!! I get you hate your job, but learn how to fake a smile while you're on the clock OR do us all a favor and look for another job. I get how most of my items were from Forever 21, but don't tell me that you only pick items that are in fashion within the past 2 years. YOU'RE WEARING A GRAPHIC TEE AND THE OTHER PERSON WAS WEARING A BASIC TANK TOP. Note to the owner: Retrain your staff on customer service. Also, if you claim to be a fashion retail store, ensure that your own staff has a decent sense of fashion. As I'm reading the other reviews, not sure what their sense of "clean" is. The fitting rooms could be cleaned and the floors swept. Also, their wall of bags could be more organized. read more

Horrible, waited outside for 10 minutes after opening. One coworker was stuck outside waiting with us. The fellow coworker was then let in at that 10 minute mark. With no words said to those waiting outside. Which is extremely rude. read more

If you have a teen like me, then come check out this store. Most of the clothing that is on the rack were probably worn once or twice (you might even find brand new items with tags). We mostly come here for the clothes but they do have a lot of shoes for sale. Obviously the price point is more than your usual thrift store but I still find cheaper Levi's or Abercrombie jeans here than at the actual retail store. They do have sales and coupons if you join their rewards program which is a plus. We haven't sold any clothes yet but the staff do an excellent job of selecting the clothes to buy/sell at the store. the WORST customer service i've ever experienced. i walked in and was not greeted, i had to say hello to get any of the employees attention. i went to sell my clothes, about 50 trendy, vintage items and they only took one shirt. they claimed that my items were "worn." however, the one shirt they did decide to take was worn dozens of times and everything else was in excellent condition. never stepping foot in this store again it was a complete waste of my time. read more

Staff can be slightly aloof but overall sweet. Selling there just depends on the staff member but they have bought back most items I bring in and are willing to explain the buying price. I would say the clothing is very trendy, youthful and the designer bags are always present. read more
