We had a dedicated driver for the longest time. Nicest guy around then boom we get degens who have an attitude when you ask them to deliver the packages respectfully. She told us that she updated our address in their system because it was a new home and she would monitor the package to make sure it was delivered the next day. The package was never delivered. 3 1/2 months ago, after several days claiming my package was where it was not, UPS delivered an empty box to me at a UPS store. I photographed it as it was opened.... Every single time I order a new phone some how UPS lost it or it get deliver to the wrong house and somebody else sign for it. This place is TRASH they have you doing all the work like if we were in the 90's and even if you take your box with labels on them already they still make you enter all the information yourself into the computer or make you do hand written labels for every damn box with all the information on every box! While you do all of this crap you have four useless employees just sitting there talking about life and all there personal problems and have us doing all the work instead of them just inputting the information once and printing out the labels themselves like FedEx does it which speeds things up! This company is hands down THEE WORST in package delivery. My package sat for 24 at one point, then conveniently got delayed another 24 because of the holiday. And now for God knows what fn reason it's delayed ANOTHER 24 hrs!!! I tried calling to see if I can just go (for the third damn time) to pick it up, but the automated menu wouldn't transfer me. Absolutely shocking Tracking will indicate a delivery time frame for specified day And not turn up. Then indicates delivery by 9pm the next day. When I call the 1-800 number and eventually manage to get a live person they not helpful at all except to say they very busy. But why does tracking indicate on truck and out for delivery but not arrive. Customer service says cannot guarantee the following day delivery either. You can not count on UPS to deliver your package on time. We do a lot of online orders and half of our packages are delivered with UPS. Every time I see a UPS tracking number I wonder if I am going to get my package on time. What I dislike the most is seeing that my package is out for delivery but doesn't get delivered that day and I get a rescheduled e-mail. It's one thing to miss the delivery day due to transportation conditions to the UPS shorting center but not when it's in the delivery truck that day for delivery. The thing is sometimes you have no choice because the company use UPS as their carrier. If you call to question why your package is late you just get a "I'm sorry blah blah blah" basically saying you'll just have to wait and they are not going to do anything about it. This might be just my location but whatever route they have planned I'm usually getting my packages in the evening. Probably another reason why I get my delivery date rescheduled since I'm towards the end of their shift. After reading the reviews here I see I'm not the only one with this problem. Unfortunately there's nothing one can really do unless you want to waste even more of your time in vain. read more

Claims filed for lost packages with over $xxxx value with no timely follow up on lost packages left with NO signature obtained.!!! Whoever Michelle is - a "supervisor" .... I've never dealt with someone more rude! To say this is my fault and they can't help me then cuts me off as I try to explain what is happening ... then in turn hangs up on me. Michelle first called me last week when a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house never came and went to an access point. She then ensured that will be come to my house the next day. Here we are a week out and no package. When she calls me again today she says there's nothing she can do. When I tried to explain what is going on and why she told me it would come to my house she cuts me off and yells at me then hangs up the phone. I've even spoken to the shipper and she does not know why this is happening as well. I've never had issues with UPS drivers or their regular customer service line but this woman is a wreck and maybe should get out of customer service...especially a supervisor role! I'm not talking about this UPS location. I just wanted to report one of UPS driver. I ordered item trough Macy's website. I put destination address as my job address because i don't have to worried about someone steal it. Anyway unfortunately company changes delivery policy because of this pandemic. Now outside hauler has to unload items outside the gate and has to bring them into security office. 10/8 UPS website showed delivered even put signed person's name. Per our security the driver refused to unload items turned around and left. I called customer service and I was able to speak with customer service. Miracle! Well off course they arranged delivery next day. 10/9 website showed driver attempted delivery but busy was closed. It was 9:45 AM. ????? We are open basically 24/7. Even Christmas Day someone is at security office. I don't know if these lier are same person. I couldn't speak to customer service so I stop by local UPS center to arrange pick up there. I traced my package this morning but it was showing will deliver Monday 10/12. /o\ Am I getting my package or going back to shipper? If UPS see this review please respond. I went in to return something. To my disbelief the clerk as well as the customer before me were not wearing masks and standing only about 3 feet apart. After the clerk helped the man in front of me I asked why he wasn't wearing the mask he had hanging around his neck or requiring the man to wear one? He told me he didn't care?!?!!? I then asked if he had been tested for Covid today and was sure he didn't have it? I also asked if the man he helped was tested today and knew he didn't have it? The clerk didn't have an answer!!! I popped in to pick up a package, and the place was crazy due to black Friday, and all of the ship to home going on right now. Absolutely disappointing. Ordered a package for next day delivery. Order was shipped from the company immediately. Made it to Fresno first thing in the morning. Received a notice that package was out for delivery, then all of a sudden requested the apartment number which was already listed. Updated it and then package was delayed to the next day. Again check for updates on the package and it was on the truck by 9 am. Continued stalking the ups site for updates which showed out for delivery. Arrived home and then received a notice an hour later that they couldn't deliver. No attempts made, nothing. Called and spoke to a very helpful customer service representative who said she would contact the local center. Two hours later received a call from the local center stating they didn't have the new gate code, even though it was never changed. Then when asked when I would receive my package since it was supposed to be delivered yesterday she said not sure, she had no control over it. And although it says tomorrow on my end, it was just an automated message. I told her that it was an urgent order which should've been delivered yesterday and she could careless. Worst customer service ever. I wish I could get away with treating people that horribly and getting to keep my job. If I ever see that my order should be delivered by ups I will cancel it. The poor customer service representative should probably stay off the phone lines. read more

Get your address right the first time people!! If not your package will be "benched" on a shelf for days!!! Had to speak to 5 people in order to find the location of my package but thankfully I have it now and it's safe and sound (BECAUSE I FINALLY GOT TO PICK IT UP).
