Honestly I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure I don't have to ship through ups. Even if it's spending extra money on shipping. These guys are so damn terrible it's ridiculous. We had a dedicated driver for the longest time. Nicest guy around then boom we get degens who have an attitude when you ask them to deliver the packages respectfully. You'll see in the video ol Bertha being upset. Not my fault you're driving for ups. Don't like it? Quit. Cause honestly it's a terrible experience every time I deal with these people. Would rather rip my off and throw it in the river then have to deal with UPS and their BS. Do I sound bitter? Just might be. I'm over it. read more

Package was delivered to a different address. We notified UPS. Soon we were in constant contact with a local representative. She told us that she updated our address in their system because it was a new home and she would monitor the package to make sure it was delivered the next day. The package was never delivered. Never received another phone call. They just shipped the package back to the sender. read more

3 1/2 months ago, after several days claiming my package was where it was not, UPS delivered an empty box to me at a UPS store. I photographed it as it was opened.... It should have had a $5000 Camera in it. It was stolen by a UPS employee and the company stonewalled me to avoid responsibility, even closing my case without telling me at one point. Ripped off by a UPS employee and then they tried to rip me off again by not paying up. Criminals, in my opinion. read more

If i can give a negative i would. I try best to not order anything that goes through UPS! Every single time I order a new phone some how UPS lost it or it get deliver to the wrong house and somebody else sign for it. It takes 30 seconds to double check the address or verify the person is the right person to deliver to. But i get it because i knew people who work for ups and they tell me the drivers will stwal packages pr deliver to their friends house. SMH read more

Something need to be done about the worker not doing there jobs.. im home on my on my pourch smoking, and having a cup of coffee. Wait for ups to arrive and so i go to check updates, says sorry ups was unable to deliver. How is that when noone ever showed up with my package .. read more

Am I supposed to wait all day at home. Delivery windows are a wide time frame that change for some unknown reason. My packages used to automatically re route to a UPS store but not now for some reason, I didn't change that. Normally not a problem but the shipper sent with a delivery signature required. read more

This is the closest UPS to my business so I'm in there on a pretty regular basis. The employees are always super friendly, helpful, and patient :) read more

No help...ever. Nobody cares if you lost a package. You feel helpless and unappreciated.

are you serious, the driver are amazingly stupid.... how do you deliver a package to an address that nowhere close to the given address??? my package was supposed to go to 475, and the blind driver delivered it to 501, i know they are really close to each other.... like 475, to 477, 479, nope, he just chose 501 read more

I just went at 10am to ship 3 boxes. The gentleman that helped me was gracious, professional and so helpful. They have computers to type your own labels but any assistance you need they will gladly help and answer questions. The service was top notch. Go directly here if you need to ship! read more

Every single manager is a joke in this facility. Employees not happy with them so as customers. Pretty much just bunch of adults cooped up in my warehouse......I'll make sure UPS doesn't earn a single penny from me in the future. read more

Always have good experience with the gentlemen at the counter. Very convenient, lots of carts available.

Observed UPS deliver a package to my front door (did not follow instructions - my account specifically states side door). A suspicious grey suv parked about 30 feet behind UPS. As UPS drove off the grey suv left simultaneously. Within seconds my wife went to our door and there was no package. I think UPS is behind a theft ring here. Reporting to State Attorney Generals office. read more

This place is TRASH they have you doing all the work like if we were in the 90's and even if you take your box with labels on them already they still make you enter all the information yourself into the computer or make you do hand written labels for every damn box with all the information on every box! While you do all of this crap you have four useless employees just sitting there talking about life and all there personal problems and have us doing all the work instead of them just inputting the information once and printing out the labels themselves like FedEx does it which speeds things up! Never again shipping with this sorry ass office! it's honestly the worst shipping center I have ever been to! read more

Absolutely shocking Tracking will indicate a delivery time frame for specified day And not turn up. Then indicates delivery by 9pm the next day. When I call the 1-800 number and eventually manage to get a live person they not helpful at all except to say they very busy. But why does tracking indicate on truck and out for delivery but not arrive. Customer service says cannot guarantee the following day delivery either. Then I ask to be connected with o a supervisor but the hold time is 40 minutes. Is this bad service or what! read more

This company is hands down THEE WORST in package delivery. My package sat for 24 at one point, then conveniently got delayed another 24 because of the holiday. And now for God knows what fn reason it's delayed ANOTHER 24 hrs!!! I tried calling to see if I can just go (for the third damn time) to pick it up, but the automated menu wouldn't transfer me. Last word was they were having problems with the package. I received a text from USPS saying they received a package from shipping partner. Could that be it? I DONT KNOW BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE!! Worthless POS, I tell you! read more

there's a piece of other wall in front of my front door to put a package down where it won't be seen by the street, have the delivery driver put it there and not in front of there door where everyone driving by could see it. Don't want to write back and say my package was stolen because driver didn't use common sense. read more

You can not count on UPS to deliver your package on time. We do a lot of online orders and half of our packages are delivered with UPS. Every time I see a UPS tracking number I wonder if I am going to get my package on time. What I dislike the most is seeing that my package is out for delivery but doesn't get delivered that day and I get a rescheduled e-mail. It's one thing to miss the delivery day due to transportation conditions to the UPS shorting center but not when it's in the delivery truck that day for delivery. The thing is sometimes you have no choice because the company use UPS as their carrier. If you call to question why your package is late you just get a "I'm sorry blah blah blah" basically saying you'll just have to wait and they are not going to do anything about it. This might be just my location but whatever route they have planned I'm usually getting my packages in the evening. Probably another reason why I get my delivery date rescheduled since I'm towards the end of their shift. After reading the reviews here I see I'm not the only one with this problem. Unfortunately there's nothing one can really do unless you want to waste even more of your time in vain. read more

FRESNO UPS and overall UPS is a shitty company. It took them 12 days to deliver my package from PA. The company should be ban from the U.S

The drivers do not know the basics of delivering packages. Throwing my packages over an unlocked gate three times is all I can take. I will go out of my way to spend more for other companies to deliver my packages. read more

0 stars!!!! I will NEVER use UPS again! Multiple "signature required packages" are NOT delivered but marked as delivered via tracking. Several "signature required packages" are often left on porch, in bushes, side doors, or random places like side doors with NO signature!!!! Unable to speak to a customer service representative, only a robot that offers NO assistance and replies "sorry I didn't get that, please repeat!' Claims filed for lost packages with over $xxxx value with no timely follow up on lost packages left with NO signature obtained.!!! Unreliable, piss poor customer service (robots only), no answers, non-responsive, fraudulent delivery verification (get with it!!!-AMAZON takes pictures of all deliveries even for $4 items; this should be the standard!) Be cautious of fraudulent deliveries; use any other delivery services. DO NOT USE UPS.... "Delivered" items do not get delivered and you will NOT get answers or a timely response. How long should I wait for a missing $xxxx missing purchase????????? Angry, pissed, over the top frustrated, and bitterly dissatisfied. Ex UPS user! ups sucks i am so beyond pissed my son was getting out of his car and the driver walked off without leaving my package and its Friday and guess what i have to work Monday also so what then. and your customer service or should i say your lack of customer service is horrible. Whoever Michelle is - a "supervisor" .... I've never dealt with someone more rude! To say this is my fault and they can't help me then cuts me off as I try to explain what is happening ... then in turn hangs up on me. Michelle first called me last week when a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house never came and went to an access point. She then ensured that will be come to my house the next day. Here we are a week out and no package. When she calls me again today she says there's nothing she can do. When I tried to explain what is going on and why she told me it would come to my house she cuts me off and yells at me then hangs up the phone. I've even spoken to the shipper and she does not know why this is happening as well. I've never had issues with UPS drivers or their regular customer service line but this woman is a wreck and maybe should get out of customer service...especially a supervisor role! Caught in a lie and all you do is yell and hang up. Absolutely horrible. read more

I would give less stars if I could. 1st off. They said they attempted delivery at 11:48 p.m. 1. They don't deliver that late. 2. I was up past midnite. No one came to the door. I'm not talking about this UPS location. I just wanted to report one of UPS driver. I ordered item trough Macy's website. I put destination address as my job address because i don't have to worried about someone steal it. Anyway unfortunately company changes delivery policy because of this pandemic. Now outside hauler has to unload items outside the gate and has to bring them into security office. 10/8 UPS website showed delivered even put signed person's name. Per our security the driver refused to unload items turned around and left. I called customer service and I was able to speak with customer service. Miracle! Well off course they arranged delivery next day. 10/9 website showed driver attempted delivery but busy was closed. It was 9:45 AM. ????? We are open basically 24/7. Even Christmas Day someone is at security office. I don't know if these lier are same person. I couldn't speak to customer service so I stop by local UPS center to arrange pick up there. I traced my package this morning but it was showing will deliver Monday 10/12. /o\ Am I getting my package or going back to shipper? If UPS see this review please respond. Oh I've been getting in touch with customer service by email but I received "please file claim as lost package" I don't know what they are doing but I know they are not professional people work there. I just want to receive my order. read more

I went in to return something. To my disbelief the clerk as well as the customer before me were not wearing masks and standing only about 3 feet apart. After the clerk helped the man in front of me I asked why he wasn't wearing the mask he had hanging around his neck or requiring the man to wear one? He told me he didn't care?!?!!? I then asked if he had been tested for Covid today and was sure he didn't have it? I also asked if the man he helped was tested today and knew he didn't have it? The clerk didn't have an answer!!! This is why we can't open up!!! The drivers are wearing masks but the clerk inside with one around his neck simply said "I don't care"!! MASKS SAVE LIVES AND REDUCE RATE OF INFECTION!!! read more

Zero stars. UPS is so disrespectful of their customers. Kids in the yard playing, opens gate leaves package on porch. UPS leaves and does not close the gate, AGAIN. Is it their policy to be sure to leave a previously closed gate open upon exiting. Must be. This happens all the time. read more

I love the ladies & gentlemen that run the service center counters! They are always so cheerful and happy to help. I popped in to pick up a package, and the place was crazy due to black Friday, and all of the ship to home going on right now. They were still 100% smiles, and took the time to joke a bit with each customer that came in. I've been in a few times and have usually seen Casey (spelling?) At the counter. He is a shining example of what customer service is all about! read more

Unfortunately I could not get through to anyone at the local UPS as I wanted to give a compliment to the manager for the driver who delivered my package today. Absolutely disappointing. Ordered a package for next day delivery. Order was shipped from the company immediately. Made it to Fresno first thing in the morning. Received a notice that package was out for delivery, then all of a sudden requested the apartment number which was already listed. Updated it and then package was delayed to the next day. Again check for updates on the package and it was on the truck by 9 am. Continued stalking the ups site for updates which showed out for delivery. Arrived home and then received a notice an hour later that they couldn't deliver. No attempts made, nothing. Called and spoke to a very helpful customer service representative who said she would contact the local center. Two hours later received a call from the local center stating they didn't have the new gate code, even though it was never changed. Then when asked when I would receive my package since it was supposed to be delivered yesterday she said not sure, she had no control over it. And although it says tomorrow on my end, it was just an automated message. I told her that it was an urgent order which should've been delivered yesterday and she could careless. Worst customer service ever. I wish I could get away with treating people that horribly and getting to keep my job. If I ever see that my order should be delivered by ups I will cancel it. The poor customer service representative should probably stay off the phone lines. read more
