I had my design ready online but realized there wasn't a print-to-pickup option, so I figured it would be easier to simply go into the store. I ordered 50 postcard-sized prints and was charged 50 cents per sheet for cardstock, 60 cents per page for printing (total $27) and then was told it would be another $12 to have them cut!!? I ended up buying my own paper cutter for less than the cutting fee. What upsets me is the price to cut each invitation was included in the online price. I assumed the same would be true for an in store experience... I understand that individual locations are independently owned, but UPS should explicitly state on its website that services and pricing vary by location, or make online print-to-pickup available. The lack of transparency is ridiculous and made this much more expensive and frustrating than it needed to be.

The delivery was due last week it didn't come until about Monday or Tuesday of this week. Once the FedEx delivery driver appeared bring the bell and I was able to receive my item. However the item came in two boxes look like somebody opened it and then put it back together so that I was very disappointed about especially with customer service.
