By Thursday I could not bring my self to go back there and I decided to try this office. I went around 2pm and there was no wait, the office was nice and cool, and the staff was very friendly! The guy who did my prints was very knowledgeable and re-did any prints so that they were the appropriate quality for the DOJ. The price was also more affordable than the other options I looked at. Right when you walk in you can scan the return, prints out, tape it and then just wait in line and turn it. Did and there was a LONG line! It is the season. Luckily, ir moved fast! I believe if you have packages but if you like me that is there for a quick In and-Out you have a place to drop off packages right when you enter, but you could also go to the line to scan your QR code. I have the store location, the exact timestamp, and the Print & Go retrieval code ready. The two associates working the evening counter were unprofessional and under-trained.
