By Thursday I could not bring my self to go back there and I decided to try this office. I went around 2pm and there was no wait, the office was nice and cool, and the staff was very friendly! The guy who did my prints was very knowledgeable and re-did any prints so that they were the appropriate quality for the DOJ. The price was also more affordable than the other options I looked at. Right when you walk in you can scan the return, prints out, tape it and then just wait in line and turn it. Did and there was a LONG line! It is the season. Luckily, ir moved fast! We receive a good number of small packages here, of the size that would fit in that box. They used to put small packages in there. In the last couple months, however, they have decided that (1) they're not going to put small packages in our box, even if they fit; and (2) they're going to charge us a dollar a day if we don't pick them up within three days. So we are already paying extra for a large box, and on top of that they want to fleece us for more fees for holding things outside that box that could fit in there. Three times now I have complained about this. They tell me that there is a note on our box saying to put small packages there. But they are not doing it. So why are we paying for a large box if they will not actually use that space? Ridiculous. And scammy. Time to start looking for service elsewhere, I guess.

I believe if you have packages but if you like me that is there for a quick In and-Out you have a place to drop off packages right when you enter, but you could also go to the line to scan your QR code.
