The only downside is that a flight was $21 and I have never paid this price for any flight, none of the beers were special enough for it to have costed as much as it did. Mind you I did not have any barrel aged beers a part of the 4 I think 4oz pours that are given in a flight. I'm just going to start off by saying that I loved this place so much I went two nights in row! The vibe of this place was so relaxing and so chill, enjoyed every minute of it. The place was very spacious and very clean and the serves all wore their masks and handled our drinks with care. The menus were online through our phones and we were able to order and pay for our food online and they brought it to our table. The servers knew their beers very well and helped my friends and I try out different beers and guided us toward beers that we enjoyed. The food was delicious! They cook it out on a grill up in the front of the brewery and brought it to your table. The burger was so fresh and cooked just right! They have a "secret sauce" they put inside the burger and it did the trick. I had the coconut shrimp and those were so soft yet so crunchy which is how I prefer my fried shrimp and they brought it with a side of some sort of mustard that I used for the fries but all in all I would order it again. I really enjoyed the scenery of this place, the paintings on the wall were so nice to look at and the area overall was a nice one to be around. This is such a cool brewery! Came here for a friends birthday and we all had a lot of fun. Inside it's super spacious with couches and tables spread out. Outside they have a food truck which you can order from. I went on a Saturday night and as the night went by it did get pretty packed! The parking will get a little tight on popular nights. As far as the beers, I had two of their sours and they were absolutely delicious. They do offer you two sizes for their beer, 5 oz and 10 oz. The prices are also very reasonable. The decor and walls are so beautiful. The theme they have going on is really nice. I would recommend coming here and enjoying a couple beers. read more

Very open space with a wide variety of board games. I love that they are dog friendly. Only have a handful of beers but well worth it. Especially the IPA. They also have a decent parking area though you need to get there early and a few bbq options for munching though personally this would be my only criticism. I would make a deal with a local restaurant of food trucks. The food they have as of today gets the job done but it's not very good. Not only does the menu have very* limited options but it also came cold. Other than that, I'd definitely come back here for the beer and vibes. Really cool spot and a deceptively large/comfortable interior space. The parking can be tight on a busy Friday/Saturday night and the entrance seems small, but once inside there's a variety of sofas, tables, and counters with stools. I must also say the two team members I interacted with were probably the nicest and most polite I've ever met at a brewery or bar. As to their beers, I felt they were pretty good bang for your buck with respect to ABV and easy enough for an intermediate beer drinker like myself. My non-beer-drinking wife even enjoyed their raspberry sour. Will definitely be back! FYI, Lincoln's Beard (another chill brewery) is just a couple blocks away. read more

Friday night I was driving around with my girlfriend looking for a chill place not too fancy or packed to have some drinks. I got on yelp and randomly Unseen Creatures popped up. We weren't too far (it's located right off of bird road next to the palmetto) and we love beer so it seemed perfect. There was a generous amount of parking spaces out front which is awesome. We walked in and wow...never thought a brewing bar could look so cool. It was huge inside with a boho/farm house vibe. They have multiple tables, chairs, some sofas and a bar at the far left side(where you order your drinks). We sat at the bar and Gabriel one of the bartenders helped us out. Since we had never been there we wanted to try as many options as possible, so instead of having full beers we had 5oz beers. We probably tried 6 of them(which we shared) but we both loved "Sophia". It was sour and a little fruity but it was the perfect combination. We ended up getting a 10oz each because it was so good(it came in a wine glass which I loved). Great relaxing place, with nice atmosphere, staff, crowd and views. The beer selection was great. You can make your flight of as many beer as you want (and any style) and you can choose the size of the sample. The wild mango ale was amazing. The Child IPA was great too. We tried a really strong stout too - tasted more like a desert liquor, but delicious if that's what one is looking for. PARKING: they have generous parking! (I'll share a photo of the parking map) BEER: The beer I had was the imperial milk stout, which felt very smooth and refreshing, it did not feel too dairy like (if this makes sense) and it felt light enough to compliment a meal. My wife had the Gracious Grateful Peach Wild Ale, and it was similar to Funky Buddha's Floridian, which is a Hefe, but the GG has a crisp taste as a first impression with a slightly more bitter after taste, she enjoyed it very much. Beer was served to us in wine stemmed glasses, which solves two problems: 1.) keeps the beer colder for longer as you should hold these glasses by the stem and 2.) eliminates the expense for coasters which can depreciate quickly when made of cheap materials, or taken home if too boujee (Miami people SMH) lol anyway, they offer sample tastes and then offer you 5oz of 10oz options. FOOD: they have a tent outside ran by @AreYouHungryGrill; they offer pan con bistec (sold out that evening), Frita burgers, which I'd compare to a Cuban frita, but with IPA BBQ sauce--this blend was very unique, each plate comes with a bag of Miss Vickie's chips and I took some extra sauce to dip this with. Wife and friends had the same. They also offer Wagyu burgers, bowls with either chicken, beef, or tuna AND veggie burgers! Friendly group of guys, very welcoming and genuine people. VENUE: the venue was very clean, every time we would place a glass down it was immediately picked up, tables were being wiped often, and restroom was clean, they had soap and paper towels stocked full. For a Saturday night it was full but not overwhelming packed. We had places to sit our full party 7 and they had a generous selection of board games for us to play--thankfully with complete pieces and instructions attached! The brewery has a calm, rustic theme. Very relaxing earth tones to give it a laid back feel. A couple TVs to watch the games. Don't believe they play PPV events. PRICE: the beer was reasonably priced. (2) 10oz glasses, and (1) 5oz was $32 with tip. We had (2) frita burgers, $9 each! Free water with cups by restroom area. Water was cool and fresh. I want to give this place a 5, but will want to revisit again to get a fuller experience, but otherwise it showed us a great time! I see heavy competition for Lincoln's Beard! read more

If I could, I would put 10 stars. In my opinion, this is by far the best beers in the Miami area. I have been coming to unseen for the last 18 months or so and I was never disappointed. Only MIA brewery I've been to where I've asked to sample and have been told that "you have to buy a 5 ounce sample" to try it. I'm happy I finally got to check this place out back in May. I heard so many good things about it and saw great pictures too. I went for a friend's birthday and it was a good decision to celebrate it there. They have unique and different types of beers. I think I had the Oenophile's Pursuit. It was recommended by a friend that was also having it. It has an acquired taste that is somewhat bitter yet sweet. Not too many people tend to like it. I like it better than most beers. They also have tv screens and we were able to watch a Miami Heat vs Milwaukee Bucks basketball game. And the restrooms are always available and clean. The one thing we did keep in mind is that there isn't too many parking spots. It's best to arrive as early as possible, carpool, or order an Uber or Lyft. If you're hungry, you can order food outside from a vendor they provide. They have tostones, coconut shrimp, burgers, quesadillas, and more. This spot has some amazing wild ales! They have a great big space inside, they're dog friendly and the beertenders are super chill. I can't remember which night of the week it was where they set up a game night but I was able to relax and play Mario Kart. Parking is limited in front of the building but not to worry, they've got more spaces on the other side of the building. Food? There's typically a food truck outside. HOWEVER, this is the first time that I see a small brewery that is trying to be known in the market that does not offer clients a sample of the beer you want to try before buying it... it's just not good business practice. Love it!! When you walk up, don't be surprised to see quite a few motorcycles parked outside and maybe a few enthusiasts hanging out. The brewery is located next to motorcycle/Harley Davidson shop. It is slightly tucked away about a block from Bird Road. Like most breweries, Unseen Creatures is nestled inside a warehouse. I enjoyed a nice glass of The Child, a cloudy and refreshing IPA that stand up with some of the best beers in town. The place is very spacious. I heard a lot of great things about this place and was really disappointed. My fianceé and I decided to come after eating hometown BBQ which paved the way well. Once we got here, I was greeted by a "don't lean on the counter". So I understand that during COVID times you want to stop spread of contamination. But how about printing out a piece of paper to explain that, as I've seen in other restaurants/bars? After the odd encounter, we learned there was not even any menu to scan so we can decide what we both wanted. I hate those situations because you literally have to sit there and remember whatever the person describes to you. The girl asked us what we liked and we told her IPAs. She suggested two (the child/sunshine through clouds) which were both lackluster. The child IPA supposedly has passion fruit taste in it, but I didn't taste anything. Sunshine through clouds was supposed to have mango but i couldnt taste anything. When I finished my beer the same girl literally picked up my glass but didn't ask if I wanted anything else. It seems like this brewery is still trying to figure out what it is and who it's inviting. I'm someone who loves a good beer and am pretty chill with my reviews towards breweries, because it's pretty hard to mess up. But congrats unseen creatures, you did just that. Came to this new brewery for a friend's birthday and I have to admit we loved everything about it. The atmosphere is very hip and there's plenty of seating which is great for bigger groups like ours. I had the peach beer which was a little sour but refreshing and my husband had a dark stout which unfortunately I can't remember the name of, but it tasted like the best cold Cuban colada I ever had (and I'm not a beer fan) Now the food... I'm still drooling over this cuz the "Are You Hungry Grill" guys who are stationed right outside have the best burgers I have ever had and I've tried lots of burgers. I ordered the Hungry's Frita Burger and O.M.G it was perfect, the secret sauce they put in it taste like pure heaven in a patty. It was small for my hubby but perfect size for me.
