Great spot to hang out. I joined some coworkers here for happy hour and we had a really good time! I'm gluten-free, so I ordered a canned cider labeled "passionfruit pineapple" which was super yummy. There is a food truck just outside the brewery, as well.
Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending 5 o'clock happy hour at Unseen Creatures is exactly the kind of vibe I love. I showed up right as the band was getting ready for the evening, and the whole place had that perfect mix of energy and chill. Sipping on some really good IPAs while watching the stage come together made the wait feel like part of the experience. They had a food truck outside that looked tempting, but I skipped it this time honestly, that just gives me a reason to come back. Between the beer list, the atmosphere, and the live music setup, this spot is an easy favorite. Here are some pics of the place so you can feel the vibe.
We didn't have any food. The server from the bar was friendly and helpful give us some taste of different beers . They have more beers than the last time I was there very tasteful. The ambience , the place was empty at 5.30 pm during the week days we don't know on the weekend. Recommended to all beer drinkers. The problem is the parking spaces they don't have to many Recommended to all beet drinkers
Came here with some friends and loved the place right away. We got super lucky with parking since it can be a pain. Someone was leaving as we got in. There IS a QR code near the parking entrance with details on where to park but since we got lucky didn't look at it. The place is small but utilizes its outside space very well to add space. We went during an art event so the outdoor space didn't just have seating but vendors showcasing their art. Inside there's typical bar seating as well as couches more towards the back. There is a pool table place in the middle of some tables which is odd placing but as long as you're not serious about your pool playing, it doesn't matter. There's a stage for bands which we got to catch one before leaving. The way it worked for ordering food and drinks is you order at the bar. Drinks you get right away and you can put it on a tab or pay right away. Food you get one of those vibration keepers and once its ready you go outside to the food truck where the food is made. Service there is super nice FYI. Didn't matter who at the bar I talked to, everyone was cool. I didn't get pictures of the food but I got wings and they were delicious! I also stole some fries from my girlfriend and they were good. The sound for the band seems decent but its definitely meant for bands you bob your head to and not for moshing or anything like that due to the small space. Either way I had a great time and wouldn't mind coming again to the place
I really liked this brewery a lot! There was a really nice mix of people from regulars, to business men, to guys hanging out, to families. The vibe was very chill with a pool table, 3 pinball machines, some couches where people literally kicked their feet up with a beer in hand, and some tables and high tops. The bartender Cesar was extremely kind and excited to talk about the different beers and food and events that go on at the brewery. We really hit it off with him and enjoyed his company. I had the Bird Road beer and it was so delicious we ended up taking home a 4 pack to enjoy later on. Although we didn't order too much food, the burger we ate was insanely delicious! My husband was in an instantly good mood after setting foot inside and hearing the 90s rock and reggae which really set the tone for exactly the kind of vibe we were looking to get from a Saturday afternoon. I'll definitely be back on a Friday night when they have a live band and more food trucks!
Chill spot to grab a brew, large space bunch of seats and different spots to hang out. Quick service at bar. Great selection of draft beers, the south point was light and easy to drink. would come back again to try some others and to try some food too
one of my favorite breweries, chill vibe and good beer, nice staff and they tend to do lots of events
Cute beer spot, walking distance from Lincoln's if you feel like bar hopping. Workers are friendly and it is very spacious.
Come with me to Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending, located on Bird Road near Tropical Park. If you are looking for a cool spot to hang out with friends or get a good brew, Unseen Creatures is for you. They offer a good selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beers. They also offer food. Everything we had was 10/10.
Pretty good beer, though I wasn't the biggest fan of the fried Brie. The olives were good though! Service was friendly and quick. Inside is very spacious and great for large groups. They have games you can play, as well as a large stage, so I imagine local bands come to perform from time to time!
Great beers and vibes at this brewery. The place is pretty massive inside, has a small-ish bar, but ample hightops, low tops, couches throughout. Lovely lighting hitting you as the day is winding down. They have a nice selection of crispy, sours, darks, ciders, etc on tap. I selected the Suits and Skulls, perfect red and friend the South Point, nice and crispy! They have a food truck outside serving pizza, burgers, salads, and apps. Good stuff. Jaireme (sp?) was very attentive when opening my tab and keeping the flow of beers coming! Around 8ish, the place was packed w people -- kids and doggies welcome too! Parking can be a little difficult if you come late in the evening, but doesn't stop the crowd! Def will be returning.
Unseen Creatures merged with Prison Pals, just FYI! Which is great because it's like two breweries in one! Both breweries have their own menu featured at the bar, and both offer a lot of options. Anyone is sure to find something they like here. Parking is a little tricky, since the brewery is kind of at the end of an alley. But the area is easy to find. Service is great, and quick. They have a food menu with appetizers, burgers, pizza, and even a kids menu! I will say the beer is just a smidge pricey compared to other local breweries, with 12oz pours being $8-9 each.
First time at Unseen Creatures Brewing and it was super nice place to come with friends and play games or some pool and have some good IPA's. I personally don't drink beer but they make them themselves and my friend did try some and loved it. I came for the burger and it was juicy and delicious. Please look at the picture I posted and you see how juicy it was. I love the sofa spot in the corner was my favorite because I got to vibe eat and still had good service . I have recommended to many of my friends already.

I'm just going to start off by saying that I loved this place so much I went two nights in row! The vibe of this place was so relaxing and so chill, enjoyed every minute of it. The place was very spacious and very clean and the serves all wore their masks and handled our drinks with care. The menus were online through our phones and we were able to order and pay for our food online and they brought it to our table. The servers knew their beers very well and helped my friends and I try out different beers and guided us toward beers that we enjoyed. The food was delicious! They cook it out on a grill up in the front of the brewery and brought it to your table. The burger was so fresh and cooked just right! They have a "secret sauce" they put inside the burger and it did the trick. I had the coconut shrimp and those were so soft yet so crunchy which is how I prefer my fried shrimp and they brought it with a side of some sort of mustard that I used for the fries but all in all I would order it again. I really enjoyed the scenery of this place, the paintings on the wall were so nice to look at and the area overall was a nice one to be around. I would definitely go back to this one after a day at the office. read more

Parking was limited, but I was there for the beer.. solid wild and farmhouse ales. The only downside is that a flight was $21 and I have never paid this price for any flight, none of the beers were special enough for it to have costed as much as it did. Mind you I did not have any barrel aged beers a part of the 4 I think 4oz pours that are given in a flight. I still did buy a bottle which was less than the flight .. wish I would've known the price before.. I could've enjoyed full poured beers instead. read more

A five star all the way!! Inside the warehouse district off of Bird and the Palmetto. Really good beer. We also had some bites, which went well with our brews. Very chill spot and good vibe. A little hidden, so makes it even better. A locals joint for sure. Highly recommend. read more

Very open space with a wide variety of board games. I love that they are dog friendly. Only have a handful of beers but well worth it. Especially the IPA. They also have a decent parking area though you need to get there early and a few bbq options for munching though personally this would be my only criticism. I would make a deal with a local restaurant of food trucks. The food they have as of today gets the job done but it's not very good. Not only does the menu have very* limited options but it also came cold. Other than that, I'd definitely come back here for the beer and vibes. It's definitely a good place for groups and they have room for the kids to run around. read more
Really cool spot and a deceptively large/comfortable interior space. The parking can be tight on a busy Friday/Saturday night and the entrance seems small, but once inside there's a variety of sofas, tables, and counters with stools. I must also say the two team members I interacted with were probably the nicest and most polite I've ever met at a brewery or bar. As to their beers, I felt they were pretty good bang for your buck with respect to ABV and easy enough for an intermediate beer drinker like myself. My non-beer-drinking wife even enjoyed their raspberry sour. Will definitely be back! FYI, Lincoln's Beard (another chill brewery) is just a couple blocks away. read more
The Child IPA 7.5 ABV is the truth! Crisp, light but packs a punch! Spacious taproom, great lighting, old school jams playing. Great addition to the beer community. If you're a sour lover, this is your spot. 5-6 sours on tap, 15 total taps. Easy to get to, right off the palmetto and bird road, there was parking out front. Def worth checking out ! read more

Excellent beers. Great service. They currently have three new IP's that came out in the last couple of days that are amazing. One is called we return to earth or something like that it is fantastic. All the beers are fresh and delicious and well crafted. read more

Located in the warehouse area west of Coral Gables is this new must-visit brewpub. Let Gabriel pour you a draft of their farmhouse black current ale (reminiscent of a Belgian Abby ale). The pub has been open for only 2 weeks and food trucks will find their way to the pub as it becomes more popular. You will be returning again and again. read more

Great relaxing place, with nice atmosphere, staff, crowd and views. The beer selection was great. You can make your flight of as many beer as you want (and any style) and you can choose the size of the sample. The wild mango ale was amazing. The Child IPA was great too. We tried a really strong stout too - tasted more like a desert liquor, but delicious if that's what one is looking for. Staff shared helpful information and recommendations and didn't rush us out even though we arranged shortly before closing time. We'll be back. read more

PARKING: they have generous parking! (I'll share a photo of the parking map) BEER: The beer I had was the imperial milk stout, which felt very smooth and refreshing, it did not feel too dairy like (if this makes sense) and it felt light enough to compliment a meal. My wife had the Gracious Grateful Peach Wild Ale, and it was similar to Funky Buddha's Floridian, which is a Hefe, but the GG has a crisp taste as a first impression with a slightly more bitter after taste, she enjoyed it very much. Beer was served to us in wine stemmed glasses, which solves two problems: 1.) keeps the beer colder for longer as you should hold these glasses by the stem and 2.) eliminates the expense for coasters which can depreciate quickly when made of cheap materials, or taken home if too boujee (Miami people SMH) lol anyway, they offer sample tastes and then offer you 5oz of 10oz options. FOOD: they have a tent outside ran by @AreYouHungryGrill; they offer pan con bistec (sold out that evening), Frita burgers, which I'd compare to a Cuban frita, but with IPA BBQ sauce--this blend was very unique, each plate comes with a bag of Miss Vickie's chips and I took some extra sauce to dip this with. Wife and friends had the same. They also offer Wagyu burgers, bowls with either chicken, beef, or tuna AND veggie burgers! Friendly group of guys, very welcoming and genuine people. VENUE: the venue was very clean, every time we would place a glass down it was immediately picked up, tables were being wiped often, and restroom was clean, they had soap and paper towels stocked full. For a Saturday night it was full but not overwhelming packed. We had places to sit our full party 7 and they had a generous selection of board games for us to play--thankfully with complete pieces and instructions attached! The brewery has a calm, rustic theme. Very relaxing earth tones to give it a laid back feel. A couple TVs to watch the games. Don't believe they play PPV events. PRICE: the beer was reasonably priced. (2) 10oz glasses, and (1) 5oz was $32 with tip. We had (2) frita burgers, $9 each! Free water with cups by restroom area. Water was cool and fresh. I want to give this place a 5, but will want to revisit again to get a fuller experience, but otherwise it showed us a great time! I see heavy competition for Lincoln's Beard! read more

I'm happy I finally got to check this place out back in May. I heard so many good things about it and saw great pictures too. I went for a friend's birthday and it was a good decision to celebrate it there. They have unique and different types of beers. I think I had the Oenophile's Pursuit. It was recommended by a friend that was also having it. It has an acquired taste that is somewhat bitter yet sweet. Not too many people tend to like it. I like it better than most beers. They also have tv screens and we were able to watch a Miami Heat vs Milwaukee Bucks basketball game. And the restrooms are always available and clean. The one thing we did keep in mind is that there isn't too many parking spots. It's best to arrive as early as possible, carpool, or order an Uber or Lyft. If you're hungry, you can order food outside from a vendor they provide. They have tostones, coconut shrimp, burgers, quesadillas, and more. It's a very good place to relax, eat, and drink beer. read more

I heard a lot of great things about this place and was really disappointed. My fianceé and I decided to come after eating hometown BBQ which paved the way well. Once we got here, I was greeted by a "don't lean on the counter". So I understand that during COVID times you want to stop spread of contamination. But how about printing out a piece of paper to explain that, as I've seen in other restaurants/bars? After the odd encounter, we learned there was not even any menu to scan so we can decide what we both wanted. I hate those situations because you literally have to sit there and remember whatever the person describes to you. The girl asked us what we liked and we told her IPAs. She suggested two (the child/sunshine through clouds) which were both lackluster. The child IPA supposedly has passion fruit taste in it, but I didn't taste anything. Sunshine through clouds was supposed to have mango but i couldnt taste anything. When I finished my beer the same girl literally picked up my glass but didn't ask if I wanted anything else. It seems like this brewery is still trying to figure out what it is and who it's inviting. I'm someone who loves a good beer and am pretty chill with my reviews towards breweries, because it's pretty hard to mess up. But congrats unseen creatures, you did just that. We ended up moving to another bar so it didn't kill our vibe. read more

I'm a big fan of Lincoln beards brewery and when I found that unseen was down the street I had to go check it out. The owner Marco is very welcoming and the tap room manager Alex is amazing at what he does. The beer selection is great. They have awesome collaboration with other breweries. Definitely a must if your in the area. read more
