Simon has met me in my hour of need twice now. I called blindly in a panic and he was able to meet me where I was- investigated, fixed the immediate issue and gave me a plan for follow up (all within 1.5 hours of the end of a 16 hour work day during the pandemic.) Then, i had another crazy problem I could not fix on my own- my alarm would go off any time I even LOOKED at my car!! Awesome experience with locksmith Simon. Actually suggested we call and ask the previous locksmith if it is still under warranty! We decided instead to have him come and do it RIGHT. Called to make the appointment and was told someone could be here in 30 minutes but delayed until the morning because not urgent. Arrived in a timely manner (8am) with mask. Our cylinder had fallen out, so Simon installed a new one and got it set up for our existing key. He also checked out our gate and gave us an honest assessment (ie, would be expensive to fix) and his opinion (ie, might as well just leave it since it locks). He is INCREDIBLY nice and reminded us we have a 2-year warranty. Would definitely call him again, but hoping not to have reason! read more
