I would highly recommend Unlimited Home Services. Phil was the first person that I met and helped me through the process of getting our free roof. Whenever I had a question he would always be there to answer. There was Johanna as well from the office who informed me regarding the roofers and solar workers. George the adjuster was awesome and always on it! Thank you to the roofers and solar workers for doing such a good job ! If you need a free roof check out Unlimited Home Services. I was looking into redoing my home's roof as it has been raining pretty heavily lately, and I noticed some water damage in a particular area of my home. I reached out to social media to see who has done work on roofs in my area, and I was suggested to reach out to Phil. After reading some great reviews, I reached out to them for a quote through the website form. This is where the problem starts and where I, as a customer, start making judgements on this type of service as it is a huge amount of money I might be spending, and I'm very careful with this type of transaction. Impress me early on, and you will have my business. After my online inquiry was not answered after a full work day, I decided to call the next day. I forgot who I spoke to, but she said she would leave a note for Phil to call me back. I waited 2 days and called again,he was now on travel! Being patient, I say just bad timing. I did want to go with this company, and they were on the top of my short list, but they are throwing huge red flags my way just for a quote! A couple more days go by, and I call again, saying I'm still trying to get a quote. This time, I finally spoke to Phil about the work I was looking to get done, and we scheduled a day for him to take a look at the roof. Finally! He comes by and inspects the roof and the damage. I tell him what work I want done and want quotes for separately as there's multiple avenues of approach I'm thinking if I do have to spend out of pocket. Phil said he would reach out to me next Tuesday with quotes. Unfortunately, the quotes never came, and now I'm tired of playing this game where I have to initiate the contact as the customer. Although there are plenty of great reviews, maybe I fell through the cracks? At the very least, please tell me you're busy, and we will revisit this another time. As of now, I'm still gathering quotes, but I know that I will not be doing business with this company for my future roofing project. read more

Ended up having to do more repairs to my roof than initially anticipated. Since the roof work had already began we were given the option to continue and pay for everything up front while they work with our insurance company or pause the work until insurance responds. We paid up front and work was completed. Mark and Phil then stopped responding to my emails. No update from the insurance company and no final inspection of the work that was done. Emailed several times with no response. read more

Our heartfelt appreciation is extended to the staff of Unlimited Home Services for their professional business acumen. Their positive interaction with our insurance provider with regard to our weather/wind damaged roof covering resulted in a full replacement with no out-of-pocket expense incurred by us. Our family's safety is of the utmost priority and we personally appreciate the entire staff of Unlimited Home Services for embracing a customer oriented in-kind attitude as witnessed and experienced in their thoughtful and mindful extension of what we refer to as Aloha-infused customer service, which we have experienced the sad reality of its limited to virtual non-existence in our current business climate/practice of today. Advertised as a General Contractor and following a discussion with Mr. Phil, we included two additional requests/tasks. As of this posting, one task/repair is still pending, and we look forward to updating this post following completion. In closing as it bears repeating...our sincere appreciation to Messrs. Phil, Titan, Mark, Peter, and Johanna. Mahalo and May God Bless You! Aloha, The FURUKAWA'S Mililani Mauka. read more

We reached out to Unlimited Home Services to learn more about their free roofing program. Phil came over to our home after our initial call for an inspection and confirmed that we do qualify for a free roof. His team worked directly with our insurance company and also assisted us filling out the HOA application for our roof replacement projection. His team did it all on our behalf! Once all the paperwork has been submitted, our roof was replaced by Phil's team at no cost to us. His team was great and finished the roofing project in about 3 days, they did an excellent job cleaning up after the project and was courteous to our neighbors. Thank you very much Unlimited Home Services for our free roof! Thank you Phil for helping with the process, and making things easy for us. In life, we've all come across "too good to be true" propositions, but I'll tell you one thing:. The work that Unlimited Home Services accomplishes DOES NOT fall into that category! Rep Jun Arconado is there to help YOU. In fact, the whole team works with true integrity. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and so easy to partner with. My roof had damages and a pronounced leak. Insurance would only address the water spots on the ceiling which would cost less than my deductible to repair. So in other words, my insurance initially weren't going to pay for anything. Unlimited took my issue and fought hard for my best interest. It took time, but it was very much worth the wait as I now have a completely NEW ROOF which cost me NOTHING. I mean, who doesn't want a free new roof?? So grateful to Jun and company! They're beyond awesome! David Nakama Kula, HI read more

I was totally impressed with the initial assessment of the problem (I noticed broken roof shingles in our bushes after a heavy storm) and high quality roof work. I was concerned because we have solar panels and this was in the midst of the pandemic. All work was done neatly and professionally. The solar panels were carefully removed and stored during roof work and then replaced with everything working well. This was done with the approval of our home insurer with no cost to us for the work. read more

Unlimited Home Services - Roof Replacement - Roofing Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

We just had our 27 year-old roof replaced at almost no cost by Unlimited Home Services! They did a terrific job from start to finish. Phil made a great first impression by piloting a drone to do the initial roof inspection and then going through a well polished presentation that explained their service and the insurance claim procedure. They use a public adjuster who handled all parts of our claim. Once everything was approved they promptly scheduled the job. The roof on our two story house was replaced in a day-and-a-half, including a very thorough clean-up, and it looks great! The work crew was polite, friendly and efficient (although they did sing a little off-key!) I highly recommend UHS for your roofing needs. read more

My husband was approached by Kevin and asked if we would like to fix our roof. The insurance would cover it if there was wind damage. He went over everything, including the process of coordinating with our Home owners insurance, All State. Upon initial inspection of our roof, the first Senior Claims Adjuster said it would cost $700 (minus our $500 deductible) to replace 30 shingles. That did not make sense! Thanks to Kevin and the legal team of Unlimited Home Services, we were subsequently approved for 100% repair of our roof. There were over 900 shingles that needed to be replaced. Great job to all involved for a job well done. We highly recommend the services of this company! Aaron and Gale Costa read more

When I first made the call after receiving the UHS postcard, it seemed all to good to be true. However, working with Travis at Aloha Public Adjusters my family was able to get half a roof. Travis did everything thing possible, he was a great communicator through the process and did what he could. The UHS office wasn't as great with communication. I ended up with a dumpster in my driveway over the weekend and my cars in my neighbor's yard. When they removed our old shingles we had 3 vents and in the end we only have one. read more

Tommy, Luke and the rest of the Unlimited crew did a great job repairing and painting our interior walls and ceiling after some water damage due to a leaking roof. The work was covered by our homeowner insurance policy. Tommy and the crew were hard-working, conscientious, meticulous and left our home as clean as when they got here. The quality of the work was top notch, and they were true professionals! Unlimited also did a great job replacing our roof, which likewise was covered by our insurance policy because of wind damage. The only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars was because the communication was not very good during the months-long claims process. Other than that, though, I was very pleased with the job that was done! read more

I have had a terrible experience with my roof being replaced. I was told if its damaged it would be fixed. The crew came in and stripped my roof and put the new shingles on in a couple days. While doing that damaged existing plywood that was obviously old and dry. Never suggested replacing the plywood just shingled over the damaged areas. When the roof was done there was a sag left on the ridge and visible damaged plywood plus a broken truss visible from the attic. After coming to repair the issues my roof looks like a patch job. Soon after we had a heavy rain and the roof had a leak. They again had to come and repair that. They also removed and replaced my solar heater panels that were working before this began and didn't work after. After a couple attempts they haven't fixed it and haven't contacted me to do so. read more
