I've had a nest outdoor camera installed and then later, a nest lock fixed (after I tried to install it and failed miserably)! As I continue to make my home a smart home, I'll DEFINITELY be reaching out to The Latest Ideas for help! Outside of him doing an exceptional job installing products, Keith went above and beyond and here's how: - I had a break in and was super eager to get a camera installed. Keith made special accommodations to his schedule to fit me in to make sure I felt safer in my new home. - he's nest pro certified!! He's installed 2 nest products for me and both are working exceptionally well! (I tried to install the nest lock by myself and failed miserably! Had to call Keith back out to fix what I didn't get quite right) - while he was installing the outdoor cameras, he noticed the previous owner left an active wire just hanging from the wall. He tested it to see if it was active and then put some tape on it when he realized it was!! Would've been a not so great situation if I ever went to move it on my own! This was totally out of the scope of what he was doing but TOTALLY appreciated his overall concern for my well being. - as a first time home owner, he made recommendations about other things I could do to get my home move in ready (I bought a fixer upperish home) - his prices are reasonable! - just an all around nice guy! Great conversation while he was doing his thing! And great home owner advice!
