Techs have been here 5 times…read more Most recently, because...with no fire alarms going off, the fire department was called at 0430 and there was no fire, smoke, or alarm in the house. Just a signal stating that there was a signal failure? Ummmm your equipment is faulty and the fire department is called? While the techs are nice, I'm not sure if any of them know anything about what they are doing. And every time a tech leaves...we get a call about an alarm or signal failure or this time special instructions. "The tech was just here and supposedly fixed that" ! Why are you calling me? If any of the issues were related to serious trouble, I'd be happy with the abundance of caution. But, I think they are just not competent.
