(see photos) Anti-freeze everywhere, staples even on the beds (which my Autistic daughter got stuck in her foot!), and someones lunch trash in a kitchen cabinet!! As (another) apology, Bryce the Sales Manager, offered a $300 refund. SIX WEEKS and THREE ATTEMPTS with COUNTLESS TEXTS later... I finally get the check: addressed to some random name!!!! Empty promises, pointless apologies, beyond frustrating! Don't waste your time, buy from somewhere else!

Richardsons Fix the way do business…read more I bought a used 2018 TT & an extended warranty from Richardsons in late 2021 took it out for the 1st trip 3 months later. Toilet flushed once then water pressure to toilet was gone. I take my Trailer in for the issue toilet won't fill properly due to low water pressure to toilet only. Kitchen, restroom sinks and shower all have good water pressure. I explain how I feel it might be the toilet valve to Guy A as he takes trailer information from me. 1 week later I get a call from Guy A saying I need a new toilet that run $700 and the warranty don't cover it. I lose my cool explain how it's BS. I just got the trailer from them, I asked don't you guys check the trailers before you sell them some kind of point inspection. The toilet worked for 1 fill then pressure was lost. He apologizes and says he understands I should had been able to use it more... I feel bad so I go into the office apologize to Guy A for losing my cool I understand it's not his fault. He seems to accept my apology so I ask him to help me understand the issues. I ask various questions when Guy B jumps in and says there's build up, could be from city or camp site having poor water and or hard water. I explain I understand, but that build up normally don't happen from 1 fish to the other it takes time. Mean while Guy A went back to speak with the service tech and confirmed that water is flowing to the toilet but then there's build up. I say thank you and say I'm not paying for a toilet. They explain how I'm gonna have to pay $175 for the time spent. I tell them I can't take trailer yet cuz I'm in my car. I return an 45min later with warranty in hand to show that warranty states it covers valves and fittings which I felt is where the issue is. Guy A is on the phone so I'm standing there waiting Guy B asks what I have, I say my warranty showing valves are covered did you guys check the valve? He then replied with yes there is blockage warranty won't cover blockage you need a new toilet if you want it fixed. Guy A gets off the phone and says they were going to let me take my trailer with no charge cuz I didn't sign that section of the paperwork. I say thanks can I pick it up tomorrow. I pick up trailer the next day take it home and in 20 min I have the toilet removed and bypassed the valve and toilet works fine. What really gets me is that there was no attempt to fix my toilet just sell me a new one. Not even a $175 per hour charge and a $30 valve was offered just a $700 new toilet. I really hope that Richardsons as a company can fix how they do business cuz I'm only 2 min away and hope that when I run into a problem outta my capabilities they don't try and take advantage of me again. I spoke with Brad I believe. He was helpful in getting me info. Not sure who serviced the toilet or who told him I needed a new one. Not sure who the guy sitting next to him that said if I wanted it fixed I needed a new toilet was ether. Toilet is working fine now that I fixed it myself so no matter what they say I didn't need a new one.

Whoever supposed to give us money back is AWAYS not in that day to talk to. September 23 we call again for the check supposed to sent out on September 22. Because previously they try to fool us again by issuing a small check less than what they supposed to refund. We asked Marcos to send us a copy of the check & confirm the correct amount. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

We show up to pick up the trailer, and nothing is done on the itemized list, and the trailer wasn't even cleaned. The Owner made promises he couldn't keep, said he was out of certain items needed to fix what was needed. We had no choice but to take the trailer because of course the loan already went through. He had 3 weeks to get everything done and did nothing. He couldn't even be bothered to fake it at least. Just made excuses. On top of this, the owner said he would provide us with all new hoses and power cords. Everything was used and dirty and he didn't even give us the right generator cord for the trailer. Didn't find this part out till we took our first trip and couldn't hook up properly. As a business owner, I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know how they impact business. This however is just frustrating. And reviewing the previous bad reviews, this seems to be an issue with the owner. Typical over promise, tell you what you need to hear to get the deal done and under deliver once everything is locked in. Likely needing the sale to cover expenses from the last botched deal. Should have done some more research before shopping here. Avoid this dealership.
