Best Dump Trailers in the world! After blowing through 4 different trailers made by 4 different So Cal companies, I finally decided to pay a little more and get an Imago Trailer. Let me tell you, they are worth every cent! Xavier and his team really know how to build trailers and understand what features are important, like a locking tongue mounted tool box that safely holds all the battery/hydraulic gear components and rear lights/license plate mounted where they won't get jacked up in the course of use. My favorite thing about this trailer is the fact that they build them so heavy duty that it doesn't need a rear horizontal support bar for the barn doors like every other dump trailer manufacturer design has. A shout out to Xavier, Ryan and the crew at Imago Trailer manufacturing..! I have a travel trailer that I brought in (drove 330 mi. one way) for a check up on work they had done previously on the trailer. They discovered that it needed the springs replaced, along with the hangers. Put the new ones on and they did not work the way they hoped. So, they replaced them with a lighter size (without any additional charge for parts or labor). In the process they advised replacing a wheel and all 20 lug nuts as well, do I did. Could have saved me some headaches later... Thanks again guy's for fitting me in your schedule and doing a superior job in every way. read more

Just picked up my new dump trailer and could not be happier. Xavier and Orion went out of their way several times to make sure I got everything I wanted. I worked with Xavier for several weeks coming up with a customized version of their 14k dump trailer. What's great about Imago is you can fully customize to your exact specs and it won't cost you an arm & a leg. A great experience! I drive 150+ miles every day to my construction projects, so mpg is an important factor. I needed a trailer that could haul and do the work, and also be towed by a half-ton truck. I did alot of research before deciding upon Imago and their 10K highside. Their pricing was fair, their scheduling was perfect, and their input and experience was invaluable. By welding weight distributing hitch clamps to the front triangle, i got a very clean looking trailer that was very easy to work with. I can't say enough about how great my experience with Imago. I live in Sacramento, Ca and I priced Trailers around here for 6 months. When I called Xavier from the very first call I knew I finally found my trailer. He asked me what I was looking to do with the trailer and gave me many options and suggestions since I've never owned a Trailer before. This is perhaps a bit of an odd review, but I think it speaks directly to the type of company and product and people you can expect to find at Imago. I've been researching dump trailers for quite a while, trying to figure out what the best quality, longest lasting trailer is for the money. I don't work in the trade, but do a lot of construction and land improvements on my own properties and needed something to haul my bobcat as well as haul debris to the landfill and bring materials to my building sites. I feel strongly about buying quality tools so I can keep them for a long time and they won't let me down. I was looking for the same qualities in a trailer. I would rather not buy something if I can't afford to get the best, and save up until I can buy the right one-- rather than save a few bucks and get something of lower quality. So I did my research-- spoke to friends and anybody I saw driving around with a dump trailer, researched online, checked out the competitive products in person and everything pointed to one product which was pretty obviously the gold standard in the industry-- Imago. I won't go through the line by line comparision with all of the competitors, but I'm sure you'll figure it out the minute you start looking at different companies' offerings side by side-- the quality of materials, workmanship and thoughtful design are just conspicuously better with Imago. So that was the hard part-- the decision was made. I called Imago and spoke to Javier who I believe is the owner. Super nice guy-- not trying to make a sale, just happy to talk about trailers and answer every question I have. Really knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about making sure I am getting the right trailer for my needs. But there's a problem-- he is running 6 weeks delivery lead time and I need a trailer right away because I have to move my bobcat. I desperately needed a trailer and plenty of competitors had product sitting on their lots, but I really didn't want to compromise on this decision. Javier brings up a customer who just bought a trailer-- the exact model I want to buy-- a few months back but is having a major health issue and needs to sell it. Javier reaches out to the seller several times, follows up with me, and makes sure I am able to reach the seller. I go see the trailer the next day and buy it on the spot. This deal had nothing to do with Javier-- he was just helping out a customer in a tight spot and helping me-- and bear in mind he was basically killing a sale of a new trailer by doing this. That's somebody who sees the big picture and is in it for the long haul. So I've lived with this trailer for a little while now and I can confirm that everything I had hoped to be true about the Imago product absolutely is-- these things are built like tanks and work all day without complaint-- but the most impressive thing is that every single detail has been thought out just right-- when you are reaching for a tie-down D ring- there it is-- just where you need it; when you open the doors, the locking pin is easy to latch; and on and on. I can't say enough good things about these trailers, but more importantly you will be buying it from a great company which cares about their product and the user experience long after the sale. Honestly, Javier is a rare find in a world filled with slick salesmen who will feed you any line of bull just to make a sale. If you need a dump trailer, buy an Imago. Period. read more
