I made an appointment well in advance for multiple pedicures, two adult and two children. They were…read morenot busy when we arrived but we were rushed through and each of us were done in less than 35 minutes, the children less than 20 minutes. No soaking, no foot scrub, no lotion, no warm towels! I was literally in shock. Further, there was a large sign when we had walked in about cash only on Sundays, which came as a surprise. I asked the cost and made sure we had enough to cover them all. Since we would've been a little short, they offered to let one of us use Venmo. The whole situation after was awkward. So after the most lackluster and awkward pedicures, we paid, and my SIL who was using Venmo was told to only put "TY" for "thank you" in the comments and nothing about nails. Not only was the whole experience completely lacking, I paid the same $55 cost for the children as I did for my own pedicure. Most places I typically go do not charge the same rate for children and I'm just so shocked at how much they charged for pretty much just painting our toenails. If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't imagine running a business and being okay providing that level of service and charging the "normal" amount.

We got overcharged. It was a Sunday and they only take cash on that day. On top of that our total…read morebill should've been 165 and they charged 185 because of "tax" for a basic pedicure. That was sub par. When I questioned it, she came back with the same answer. I will not ever go back.

Overpriced the the quality you receive. I've gone here on…read moreand off and the prices they charge don't match up with the quality. Additionally I feel like they just make up prices while you're checking out. I got my nails done in the photo and they charged me an extra $20 for a design fee.. I could understand a $10 charge maybe but $20 seems excessive when you take into account that they only applied one layer of color coat and the edges of my nails were not painted. The gal I had was incredibly nice but the prices just are not worth it for me.

I came here for a basic manicure and was assisted almost immediately. The establishment is massive…read morein case you're wondering. They're able to assist at least 20 people for manis and pedis simultaneously. They also have cute chairs for the kiddos too. I asked if I could upgrade my manicure to a deluxe which they don't do but the guy offered sugar scrub to my service for an additional $10. My manicurist did an excellent job but the nail polish used didn't cure/ set nicely. I don't know why. Nonetheless, she took her time and insured I was well taken care of. A couple cons: I don't like all of the talking. From customers it's fine but amongst the staff need to be minimal. For me, I am a person that likes the silence so I can watch the tv or read my book etc. It isn't a moment of "girl time" for me. Aht aht cut that out. Another con is the fact I paid using cash and was still charged the tax. Often times, nail salons will remove the tax and offer to take a bigger tip. Not DQ Nails - so I wasn't a fan of that. One more thing - I don't appreciate or like when establishments don't offer a service but find a way to accommodate the client and then charge an additional price. For example, adding a scrub to my manicure shouldn't have been an additional $10.00 knowing that the manicure itself is $20.00. That's $30.00 for a "deluxe" manicure. Not sure - I'm don't believe I'd return here unless I didn't have any other options.
