Even when I explained to her that with my insurance, once the referral had been made, following the appointment and any procedure, she simply turns in the bill and the insurance reimburses, hence the term, "Fee for service". She was STILL CONFUSED. Now, to retaliate against me, they are attempting to send me to their clinic nearly 2 hours away. I'm contacting the insurance company first thing Monday to report this. It is unethical treatment of a patient and a violation of their insurance contract terms and agreement. It is not my fault that to put more money in the Drs pockets, they opt to hire ignorant, uneducated and uninformed employees.

Kellly, Caroline, Robin and everyone there was so accommodating and really worked with me in coming up with a good plan that I could afford. I hope I can find a place this good upon my return to Nevada, as I will be getting my skin checked yearly, just in case. I was worried it would be painful but they numb you, and it just feels like someone running their nail across your skin. I'm extremely particular about my makeup and used to spend way too much time on filling in my eyebrows/getting it right, which is why I was interested in the procedure. Obviously, I was nervous because the microblading lasts around 2 years or so, but trust me when it's finished you'll wish they lasted longer. I was also worried that I couldn't go out that night because of it, but my eyebrows looked so good that I wanted to get dressed up and go out to show them off. When I got done paying, she put my item in a bag that was barely large enough to hold the item without ripping. Then she said, "here's that for you." No, she did not say thank you, or have a nice day or any other acceptable phrase that would indicate to YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT ULTA APPRECIATES THEIR BUSINESS. She said "here's that for you" motioning to the item that I just paid my hard earned $$ for! I understand that it may be hard to find good help, but trust me on this Ulta, I've been working in business for 40 years and IT'S MUCH HARDER TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMERS! After being a "Platinum Member" for years, given my continued disappointments at Ulta Davenport, I have decided to switch all my future purchases to Sephora.
