My tech's name was Tony. He was very friendly, conversational, and I think he did a good job. Part of a nail appointment is the atmosphere of the salon. I would say the salon was clean, but needed updated decor. The price was a little bit higher than I expected for white tips only. But, I do think I will come back, specifically for Tony. read more

I went there to get my nails done for prom. I brought in a reference picture but I knew it seemed more complicated so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect. They were able to perfectly replicate the picture. It looks amazing. And on top of that, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. I had never heard of this place, but I am very happy that I did!! I got a pedicure, and a dipped powder manicure. My pedicure was $25, and they had 3 other options that were more expensive. My dipped powder was $30. They were true to their pricing, which is very important. Not to mention the inside looks very very nice!! First time visit. I've seen some of the beautiful work that comes out of this new nail salon. Everything so far has been top notch work. I went in and they gave me very professional service and listened to everything I asked for. The flower she produced was so beautiful. And the Bio Seaweed Gel BSG 3 Step color/shellac they used was new to me but very interesting. New to me but I'm very happy with the product this far. The red is vibrant, the sparkle is like diamonds. My husband keeps complimenting my nails which usually doesn't happen. The owner Tony and his wife were so friendly. Loved the hand massage and hot towel treatment at the end. I am looking forward to a pedicure next. I can't wait. Price is very competitive for the effort they put forth. If there was an option to put zero stars I would pick that option. I had an appt this afternoon and I had a car emergency that I had to pertain to. I called and let them know I would be about 15 minutes late. The lady was extremely rude on the phone and said get here soon. Snappy and truly disrespectful. We then walked into the salon nice and respectful. They had two customers, in chairs, the girl that was going to do our nails came around the corner and we said our name and she rolled her eyes put her hands on her hip and said your very late. We were 17 min. Yes I get we made a reservation but they also have a sign that says walk ins welcome! I told them we won't be arguing we will take our business elsewhere. And we walked out. I will not be disrespected in a business I plan to pay for a service. I am appalled and completely disgusted. We will NOT be back. read more

Went in for a manicure 1.5 hours before close. Their door was wide open & OPEN sign blinking. People were in the chairs for manicures and pedicures. She told me they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I was only in town for a day & purposeful drive to this business over others because it had 5 stars online. read more
