AWFUL. The nails were SO bad and crooked!! I mentioned i didn't like the nails and the manager dismissed me. When my mom called to try and get a refund or redo them she hung up! So disrespectful and difficult. do not recommend whatsoever. they used to be consistently good but i would recommend going somewhere else cause once they do a bad job they make it extremely difficult. read more

ZERO STARS I had a 75.00 gift card from 12/2020 right before Covid hit - I walked in told them I had an old gift card they seemed fine with it- when I go to pay AFTER MY GEL PEDICURE the woman (owner) told me she wouldn't accept the gift card - would of been nice to know b4 I got any service. And to top it off the expensive gel pedi wasn't worth the money I had to pay. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone. read more

I have been here twice for a gel pedicure. I so appreciate that they take walk-ins! (which apparently has become rare based on other places I've tried to stop?!) when I stopped last I waited quite awhile but appreciated them squeezing me in on a busy Friday night. They were very apologetic about the wait and stayed 20 minutes past closing time to finish me up - I did not feel rushed at all though, they still did a thorough and patient job! Price was $56 for a gel pedicure which feels high compared to other area salons, but I was happy with the quality of my service. read more

When I politely mentioned to the nail technician that there were some places to be touched up, she was upset with me and basically told me to let her do her job and was rude. I have used Glam Nails for the past few years and have been quite happy. Everything is clean and well done. I have even recommended it to friends. However, I will no longer be a customer because Wendy, whom I suspect is the owner, has been very rude on more than one occasion. I feel it is also quite rude for the entire staff to converse back and forth in their language and make no attempt to talk to me as their customer. read more

Great experience!!! I got a dip manicure I was 2 1/2 weeks in and one nail chipped so I got it off. I stopped in on a Friday night just to get that one finger fixed. Wendy did it with no problems and didn't even want to charge me!! Definitely found my new place!! read more

I drove past this place and thankfully they happened to be open on a Sunday and I needed a pedicure something fierce. When I walked in they greeted me and I was able to get in right away. No wait! SCORE! The salon is really clean and everyone is really friendly. Their pedicure chairs are super comfy and the best part is that they have a ton of colors to choose from. I've stopped in at Glam Nails on two separate business trips and found it to be a solid place for a mani/pedi. They are organized, allowing them to do a great job of getting people in and out. I like the end result of getting a mani/pedi but hate taking the time to do it so the efficient nature of Glam Nails is something I appreciate. During my last visit the daughter of either the owner or one of the women who works there was working to keep things moving along. She got patrons set up and found out what they wanted, which helped a lot. They also have nail dryers built into the tables where you get a manicure so you start drying your nails on one hand as they are applying coats on the other which also speeds things up. read more

I came to Glam Nails after a very poor experience at DQ Nail Bar. Glam Nails had been recommended by family friends, and seeing the work that they had done on their nails (they frequent this establishment) I was more than willing to give this place a try. The staff is knowledgeable of their dip products and was very patient and insightful in answering all of my questions (it was my first time trying dip nails!). They did a wonderful job and happily and patiently made any modifications or re-filing that I asked them to do (I can be very picky...). I have returned multiple times and now that I am back for spring break will be returning again. read more

Came for a basic manicure/pedicure with my mom on a Saturday morning. We didn't have to wait because a big party had just left. They have about 6 pedicure chairs and it's a cozy and clean place. The staff are very nice and the price was on target. They accept credit cards which I appreciated. Great place to go! read more

If your going to prom and your doing some design on your nail, I wouldn't go here at all, while trying to show the girl what I wanted to do with my nails she kept pushing the examples on me, saying these were my only options. She was very rude the whole time, didn't even hardly talk to me and every time she was done with one of my hands she would just push it away, towards the end I said to just leave them clear because i wanted the nail color I wanted and they wouldn't do it, right away they acted very rude to me and said I needed to pay right now even tho we were not even done yet, she didn't even tell me how much just took my card and walked away after she was done she got on her phone and didn't say nothing else to me, the women next to her to me I can go now, to me they ended up not the best and Wasn't even smooth on one nail, I'm really upset on how they treated me and I'm even more upset of how now I need to go somewhere else just to have them fix the nails up then go to Walmart to get how I wanted my nails to look, just not nice at all read more

I've tried to give this place a chance, but they just pale in comparison to practically every other nail salon in the quad cities. First, and foremost, the owner is flat out RUDE. I don't know if she doesn't know how to run a business properly or what exactly, but she is absolutely condescending and hateful. Second, their products are subpar. The polish is old, but they try to dilute it down allowing them to use it longer. This means frequent chipping and clumping of your polish. Great, right? Lastly, I'm not entirely sure anyone who works there actually knows how to give a proper manicure or pedicure. It's not rocket science! I've left there twice now with uneven edges, nail polish in the creases around the cuticle, dry hands, and (because of the old polish), clumped and uneven polish distribution. Plus, they are not cheap! They charge a pretty penny for their services that are lackluster and deserve a D grade (at best!). My advice to you: save your money and go absolutely anywhere else!!! read more
