I was searching for a nail salon at 9 am on a Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised to find this one open. I was greeted by Amy at the door, very kind and helpful. I was the first in the door with no appointment and they were able to work on me right away. A different woman did my pedicure, but she was equally nice and helpful. She did a fantastic job. She used a callus slicer type thing on my feet that I hadn't had someone use on me before. It freaked me out at first, but left me with really soft feet. I think I probably needed those calluses for yoga or something, hopefully I don't regret letting that happen! They let me hang around in the massage chair for an extra long time so that I wouldn't smear up my new polish inside my tennis shoes. Getting pedicures in the Iowa winter is pretty challenging - not easy to leave in flip-flops. Of note was the foot and calf massage, which the practitioner took her time through, and was so lovely! The pedicure came to 23 plus tip. Great price and totally worth it. I would definitely return here when I'm back in Davenport. read more

Absolutely the best set of acrylics I have ever had. I am a nailbiter, so my cuticles and nails were in awful condition. By the time I left there, no one would have ever known that I had such a horrible habit. Forgive the lighting in the picture, but take my word for it, best nail place in the QC read more

I had a terrible, absolutely the worse pedicure I have ever received. I upgraded my pedicure and don't believe it was anything different than the regular pedicure. The technician rub the sugar scrub so hard that I felt like my skin was raw. Then when "massaging" the bottom of my feet, I could feel their nail piercing in to my skin. When I asked maybe just use your knuckles because your nail is scrapping the bottom of my foot, they didnt do anything different and kinda laughed. Then, placed burning hot rocks on my legs. I about jumped out of the chair. Finally the nail color wasn't the color I picked but whatever close enough. However painted it on so thick I would never dry and looked like a child had painted my nails, no topcoat applied. I'm not writing this to get anything from this. I will NEVER be back. Plenty of places in the QC. Don't go here. read more

Unprofessional, using her phone half the time to text while trying to give me a pedicure. Don't like that they use the same scrub brush on every person. Gave them a chance but will never return read more

My nails turned out sooo good. Tamy did them and she matched my inspo pic. It is so clean and the vibe is just perfec.

Scam... somehow a $56 pedicure ends up being $80. But you can save $10 if you use cash. They have an ATM by front counter. Total Scam and tax fraud. Poor business ethics. read more

They were very nice but my nails were sloppy and uneven. They asked me when I arrived what nail shape I wanted and they didn't even give me the right one. I wouldn't come here again and I wouldn't recommend. read more

I had an appointment for 3:20 and I came in at 3:20 and I was just waiting and I finally started my nails at 4:30. That's the only problem I had. My nails turned out great though! There was a lady who was very sassy with me which I did not like. I would probably not come here. read more

color doesn't last a week. it peels off. this has happened multiple times. one time it didn't even last 2 hours after I left

Made reservations for 2 ... got there.... overcrowded and when we finally sat down together one guy was doing both of us!!!! Really rushed... after 5 minutes he was already putting polish on mine... still had residue of my old polish snd my nails were shaped better before he started!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!! read more

I've been going to this nail salon for years!!! They use to do such a great job, but ever since their remodel they are definitely lacking attention to detail.. I've tried to give them the benefit of doubt by giving them numerous chances but after today I will not be returning there my manicures have looked awful and it isn't worth what they charge, this picture does no justice to how horrible shaped my nails are and the paint job was just okay read more

Very sloppy and unprofessional. However, they are quick and cheap. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and was out in less than an hour. I'm in my car, right after, and these are my nails. They are sloppy to say the least. She did not take off all of the red polish I had in when I went in. I have new polish all over my skin. They were unfriendly and I felt unwanted when I was in there. Disappointed. Will never Return, nor will anyone I know read more

Very mixed feelings....we had an appointment for nine people (so they should have been prepared...or informed us they couldnt do that many or that it would be several hours...) we actually ended up only having seven. We got there at six and didnt leave till 9:30, I personally sat in the chair for the pedicure waiting for like an hour...I had to try to figure out how to warm my water because I had waited so long the water had gotten cold. Overall there were a couple of nice people there - Henry was one of them he was very kind to my soon to be sister inlaw and pampered her and took notice that this was for her wedding and celebration and really was great and I am glad she got him....there were also not so patient employees ...I saw one roll her eyes and be very short and rude to my soon to be sister in laws sister and others....so on top of the wait the service was not the best or even great. We all wanted to get a matching design on our toes we had the picture but just wanted different colors to be used to match the wedding colors....the designs all look a different and even on my own two toes they were not matching and I had a really hard time getting it to be fixed because I dont think she understood me but I also feel I shouldnt have had to explain or show you that the two dont match and that they should.... it was a bit frustrating to say the least. I must say thought that they did do a great job on the acrylic nails they are not overly thick - they are the perfect thickness and they look great but even with that process I told her I had cut myself and yet she still ended up taking the file tool right over my cut and hit it about three more times after that....but at least they look good.... I dont think that I would go back but maybe if you are going alone and have time to possibly wait around and/or maybe if you can get in with Henry then it would be worth it....or if you just get acrylics then you are set because I am happy with the nails...but not so much with the whole waiting and process and seeing how rude some of the employees were to other members of our party..... read more

Very nice salon. They are clean and quick. Very thorough leg massage. Friendly as well. Good price $35 for pedi and main.

This was one of the only salons I found that did SNS. It was late and Henry still accepted me coming in. I usually get nails done in Atlanta where I live, but it was a nail emergency- splitting nails from a poor nail job. Henry did the best SNS polish I have ever had!!! I recommend him highly! Well I must say the young lady who did my nails did a great job! I am happy with the way they came out. I was a bit disappointed because I called and asked for prices. I got them so that was not the problem but when I walked in I wanted an ombre nail design. The young man repeatedly kept reminding me that ombre cost extra. It was very insulting and rude. He even got a bit of an attitude this disappointed me and I will never be going back! read more

I appreciated how quickly they were able to get us in, but for the price I think there are better options. The person doing my nails was not as neat or precise as most. They were friendly and fast, but lacked the attention to detail most others have. read more

Super nice staff, but unfortunately bad nails. They are very fast, but my acrylics are almost always crooked, my cuticles looks horrible, and the paint job is uneven. I've given 3 chances- and this has been my experience every time. HOWEVER- I have friends who get dip nails and they do a great job with that. read more

The people here are so very friendly and welcoming. I went in for a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised. They massaged my legs and feet for probably 25 minutes. It was wonderful!! I would definitely recommend fancy nails for a pedicure! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. They are great when it needs to be done quick, but you end up paying for sloppy unfinished nails. I came in yesterday for a mani pedi, I came in at 1:30 and they had an appointment coming in at 2:30, I figured that would give them enough time to do my nails. While I was getting my pedi they started my mani which is fine, but there were two different women and they didn't communicate well. Once the women began cleaning part of my cuticles she left to start another women's pedi, once again fine, but I expected the work to be finished. After the women finished my toes she began painting my nails, after they were painted I noticed there was a lot of white all around my nails and it wasn't my polish. I asked to fix it, and they some what did and she admitted that she forgot to trim my cuticles but then she kept a saying my skin was so dry and that's why it was white. I don't enjoy paying for work and then being told because their lack of communication the reason why there was white around my nails was because of my dry skin. I get a mani pedi at least twice a month I've never had anyone say something like that over there mistake. If I'm in a rut I'll go her again, such as I have literally no other options rut, other than that I'll find another place to get my nails done. read more

Five stars if nothing else for the hand massage. Really relaxing. I like the use of the electric buffer. The manual buffing is like nails on a chalkboard to me. She buffed the yellow off my nails, too. Overall really good experience. read more

Awesome! Clean! Fast! Friendly! Great Prices, and pleasant experienced technicians! Great for guys too!

I just needed a classic manicure. Initially I thought they did a good job. the next day I noticed they hadn't done a very good job on my cuticles. And I have three fingers wear it is now sore and red own by the cuticles. My cuticles were in tough shape when I went in. however I think they should have let my nails soak a little longer or something. They were all very nice and friendly. read more

Gave them a second chance and failed. The smell there was like a rotten body area, and I don't think it was coming from the other customer. Between being sick and then excessive work hours, I needed to get a fill and repair done. What I ended up with was nothing of the sort. By the time I realized what she was doing or rather the lack thereof, I was left with not enough time to go anywhere else as I had a meeting in an hour. So I ended up with half my nails with no extensions to make all my nails the same length and several with humps from previous work. I was tuned out with her head phones in. Will never be back again no matter how bad I need to get them done and no other place able to get me in. I don't know what that smell was but it was almost sickening, and it was throughout the entire shop. read more

if i could i would give no stars. im sure this place is great for just a simple polish change but this is by far the absolute worst nail job ive ever had. the guy had no clue what he was doing, theyre shaped badly and what was supposed to be an ombre pink and white powder job turned out to be extremely blotchy and messy looking. i also just got them fixed and the guy said they wont even last longer than a week because he put on the acrylics wrong. extremely disappointed and would never recommend. a good alternative would be nails de vie. this place say theyre cheaper because they dont have any signs up on prices, but their prices are no different than anywhere else u could go. read more

Just moved to the area- looking for a new salon. Everyone was very friendly. Had a fantastic foot scrubbing/leg massage. Probably the best I've ever had. Then got my toes painted. I have paint on the top of nails and on my cuticles. I said something and they didn't offer to fix it. I also got gel manicure (at the same time) and have cuticles hanging and the paint is terrible. I said something and still no offer to fix it. So now I'm going somewhere else to get them repainted. Bummer. read more
