Took my friends here since a few of them wanted to get their feet and nails did. I don't know what they ordered specifically, but they're all pretty happy with the work. The prices is reasonable for the services that was provided. I was sitting in the lobby the whole time waiting on my friends who felt the service was good for the most part. When the store got a little more busy, my friends then felt their work was little bit rushed which in turn, wasn't a totally great job. They have a variety of colors for your nails and other services to choose from. The parking lot is small and shared other establishments. The staff are pretty quick and friendly. There no restrooms in this place. The waiting area is small and have 3 chairs so just know you won't have a place to sit. They appear to be following COVID procedures. read more

Novel nails did great work but the service we received was terrible especially for a Thursday afternoon. We made appointments but walk-ins seemed to get more priority then we did. It was my little sisters first time getting her nails done and it took almost two hours before they got to her. We drove an hour to get there and it was four hours to do two sets of acrylics and one set of dipped and we had appointments.We missed out on the rest of our evening that we had planned due to how long we spent here. Which was such a disappointment. The staff was super friendly and they have quality work but it seemed like they didn't have enough staff for the amount of business they take. read more

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING! Went into this salon for a mani/ pedi. Upon being seated, I clearly explained SEVERAL times that I have a LATEX ALLERGY and asked the nail artist to NOT use latex gloves. She assured me they weren't latex, but my body started to tell me otherwise. I immediately started sneezing and asked her again if the gloves were latex... She proceeds to go to the back & grab the box of gloves which reads, "LATEX- POWDER FREE" I pointed at the word LATEX & again, explained I had an allergy and could not be touched with those gloves. I immediately start to panic, sneeze uncontrollably and start wheezing. I left the salon and called 911 because I couldn't breathe. Shortly after, the salon owner approached me & said her staff called her because of the situation. She ended the conversation by saying, "Please give my salon another chance. We'll cut you a deal on your service- it won't be FREE, but we'll be sure to discount your services due to this matter." I respectfully told her I would NEVER come back to her salon where they try to kill people! read more

She helped me settle into the massage chair, with a cup of tea. With relaxing ambience and soothing playlist, Mary continued to pamper my feet and legs with meticulous massaging technique with milk foot bath, masque, honey , butter cream and paraffin. My toe nails and feet have never looked so pretty, young and smooth ! I also highly recommend their dipping manicure. Went in asked for a gel manicure. First the tech literally cut all my natural nails down to the skin, I had grown my natural ails out very long and they were good and healthy. After she clipped the first few down I asked why, her response was people like short nails. Well I do but not nubs! When she was about to paint I asked for the clear dip she asked the owner and she replied we don't do that here and they began talking in their language and laughing. Very unprofessional! This is a wonderful place! My mother, aunt and I were looking for a new place to get our nails done and found this nail studio by sheer luck. The staff was attentive and so polite! We felt so welcome here. We made appointments as it can be hard to get three pedicures all at once if you are a walk in, and when they were running a bit late they apologized and upgraded our pedicures to the next level. It made a wonderful first impression. They also offered manicures - which was so tempting if we didn't have appointments after this we would taken them up on it! I have bad feet - they callous and crack easily - and I haven't had someone take this kind of care with them in awhile. My mother and aunt both have tendencies for ingrown nails, and both were handled expertly. Already planning to return for that manicure! read more

I am disappointed with the service. The first time I went it took around 2 hours to finish and even though we said things were fine it was much too late to ask to fix them. The color was also off base. It turned out light blue and I asked for a deep green. Once I realized the size was not going to work for me my mother called and they said they would fix it for free which was great. However they told her it would take 15 minutes and it took about an hour and they shaved one of my acrylics down past my real nail . Not to mention that they were rude to me because my friend had left a review with her displeasure. read more
