From the moment you walk in, the cleanliness and nice set up catches your eye. They give you the most comfortable robes that makes you feel so relaxed and it wasn't cheap. I could probably sleep in that robe. The locker room, showers, jacuzzi, and cold room were super clean. I had a little time before my massage started and I went into the cold room. It felt so good on my sore muscles and joints. It's not as cold as Cryo but it was super relaxing. Their waiting area was stocked with water, champagne, mimosas, and hot tea. My massage therapist's name was Courtney and she was wonderful. She worked on all the areas that needed extra TLC. Thank you for making this spa experience worth it. I would definitely recommend this place.

At no point before entering was I told that I would still be required to pay the full cost of a service I did not receive -- including an automatically added 20% gratuity. I was given the incorrect appointment time by another member of the bachelorette party. I never personally booked the appointment, provided my information, signed an agreement, or agreed to any cancellation/no-show policy. What makes this even more confusing is that I was told by the girls in my party that the front desk staff had actually moved my appointment time to accommodate another member of our group after I missed mine. So according to both members of my party and the employee, the appointment itself did not go unused -- someone else was accommodated instead. Where exactly is the disconnect here, and why am I being charged for a service I never received? When I asked to speak with a manager, I was met with a much different response and explanation than I had initially received. If guests are going to be held financially responsible for missed services, those policies and charges -- especially an automatic 20% gratuity on a service that was never performed -- should be clearly communicated and agreed to beforehand. Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.
