From the moment you walk in, the cleanliness and nice set up catches your eye. They give you the most comfortable robes that makes you feel so relaxed and it wasn't cheap. I could probably sleep in that robe. The locker room, showers, jacuzzi, and cold room were super clean. I had a little time before my massage started and I went into the cold room. It felt so good on my sore muscles and joints. It's not as cold as Cryo but it was super relaxing. Their waiting area was stocked with water, champagne, mimosas, and hot tea. My massage therapist's name was Courtney and she was wonderful. She worked on all the areas that needed extra TLC. Thank you for making this spa experience worth it. I would definitely recommend this place.

At no point before entering was I told that I would still be required to pay the full cost of a service I did not receive -- including an automatically added 20% gratuity. I was given the incorrect appointment time by another member of the bachelorette party. I never personally booked the appointment, provided my information, signed an agreement, or agreed to any cancellation/no-show policy. What makes this even more confusing is that I was told by the girls in my party that the front desk staff had actually moved my appointment time to accommodate another member of our group after I missed mine. So according to both members of my party and the employee, the appointment itself did not go unused -- someone else was accommodated instead. Where exactly is the disconnect here, and why am I being charged for a service I never received? When I asked to speak with a manager, I was met with a much different response and explanation than I had initially received. If guests are going to be held financially responsible for missed services, those policies and charges -- especially an automatic 20% gratuity on a service that was never performed -- should be clearly communicated and agreed to beforehand. Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

DONT GO TO BELLA SALON IN DAVENPORT, IA, OR ELSE THIS COULD HAPPEN...You may end up with completely…read moredifferent color than what you asked for and tiger stripes that don't even match on each side of your head. I went in today to complain. They said that I got what I asked for- that the only thing different from my inspo pic and what I got are the curls. This is totally not true but I'm not going to post it because I don't want Bella salon to take credit for it). When I explained how they had two people working on each side of my head-causing the highlights(?)Not to match, the owner said it's impossible because her stylists know better than to have two people do someone's hair. (Guess the pictures were wrong? That the sides really do match?) One of the girls who did it was literally standing right there. I flat out asked her to confirm that she was there and she lied to my face saying that she only put one foil in. How can I be making this stuff up? It's totally possible because the main girl flat out told me that she only has been working in hair for 4 months and the other girl who helped her was some sort of intern. When I mentioned these facts to the manager, her face cringed, then said my hair person had more experience than what my hair person told me. So many lies. Luckily, I got my money back, which will now go towards corrections and not towards getting what I actually want. I have never gotten my hair professionally dyed but decided to splurge because I'm getting married in a few months. This was actually supposed to be a trial dye before my wedding. I'm also going out of town this week to meet my fiancés parents for the first time. I'm completely embarrassed that I'm going to have to meet them looking like this. Still shaking because They refuse to take any responsibility for how it turned out and tried to make me look like a liar. I'm feel so humiliated. SERIOUSLY, DON'T DO IT. Beyond the quality of their work, the way that they treated me afterwords speaks for itself.
