It didn't have some of the romantic bells and whistles that we've had at other spas, but it did the trick, and our therapists were skilled and professional. I've seen other reviews that complained about their questionnaire, but if you take it seriously, it's a huge benefit. My therapist knew she could dig her thumbs in as hard as necessary and that my desk work and guitar playing put major strains on my shoulders, back and wrists. She even remarked at one point, "i normally spend more time on the feet, but we have a lot of ground to cover." She and my wife's masseur were both very good at finding trouble spots without the need for feedback, which was great, because in a couples, you don't want to be constantly giving directions. My therapist got very chatty when I opened the door to it, but after I got a little self conscious and worried we might be bugging my wife, she did not need prompting to get quiet again. After we got dressed again, the two waited outside our room with glasses of water and exhorted us to drink them fully. Their manner while doing this felt oddly servile but it was nice. You could feel that tips and getting repeat customers is important to them and that the company has very consistent training for a specific style. I also found their marketing to be interesting. They have plans and packages to bring people in regularly, and it is tempting, I have to say. I will be interested to see whether it gets aggressive or sticks with occasional email. We very much enjoyed the experience and will be back the next time we get a chance.

Being a Medical Professional and having worked a position in an outpatient clinic where Billing was part of my duties, I know how to navigate insurance companies. Even when I explained to her that with my insurance, once the referral had been made, following the appointment and any procedure, she simply turns in the bill and the insurance reimburses, hence the term, "Fee for service". She was STILL CONFUSED. Now, to retaliate against me, they are attempting to send me to their clinic nearly 2 hours away. I'm contacting the insurance company first thing Monday to report this. It is unethical treatment of a patient and a violation of their insurance contract terms and agreement. It is not my fault that to put more money in the Drs pockets, they opt to hire ignorant, uneducated and uninformed employees.

I'm here visiting due to a family emergency and a spot on my neck that had cropped up earlier this year had suddenly gotten much worse. Needless to say, I was scared to death that it could be cancerous. I found Soderstrom through Google and wasn't sure what to think, but needed to do something right away before it got any worse as I was going to be living here for a while before my return to Nevada. I saw Dr. Hayes and he was wonderful! Removed the spot in only a few seconds. Took about two weeks to get results and luckily they were good. They said I would have a scar, but amazingly, it's healing up very nicely and doubtful there will be much a scar at all. Kellly, Caroline, Robin and everyone there was so accommodating and really worked with me in coming up with a good plan that I could afford. I hope I can find a place this good upon my return to Nevada, as I will be getting my skin checked yearly, just in case. It also looks like they have a great anti-aging and beauty department that I wish I could try out. I would highly recommend going here. Great service, friendly people and good work!
