Appointment she did my roots but…read moreunknown to me used temporary color on the rest, did this three times, I had red roots and rest was washed out, I said this is terrible and I told her I wanted permanent color. Next, I showed her a photo of what I wanted for length, hair was almost to shoulder , she immediately zeroed in on color. She said I can do that color. Which she did, beautiful auburn. However the cut was a disaster, the top and sides from front view was wonderful. Then she did the back then turned me around, gave me a mirror and said it's short. OMG. I had a migraine I literally could not process what I was looking at my migraine was so painful. At home the next day (pain was receding) I looked at my hair and thought What did she do??? The front and top were great. The back; from ear to ear, then to the crown she cut my hair 3" at crown and shorter going down to nape of neck. WHAT! My family was WHAT??? I talked to Brittney (owner). No resolution there. Actually there is more but this is long enough. I'm leaving my name because I never do anonymous complaints. I have very long and thick wavy hair and wanted her to cut it so it had layers and emphasize the natural curls. She did a fantastic job and also taught me how to style and diffuse and dry my hair at home so that way I'm able to replicate the same low maintenance look I was going for. Highly recommend! You can make a reservation online and they do require a deposit. I think it was about 25% of the service selected. And then you pay the rest in person. I found that it was good value for the money compared to haircuts in the bay area where I live.
